the sushi is very good and the reason that i continue to keep coming back is because there customer service is great. the waiters/waitresses don't just give you your food and walk away the actually take the time to ask you how it taste and they are always on standby refilling your drinks. i recommend trying the white dragon it is personally my favorite roll at j sushi. not to mention it is not always very busy so you can walk in and get seated right away which is an extra bonus for me.

I went came here yesterday for the first time with friends and the service was amazing! Our waitress, She had short black hair, was super polite and very attentive, and very personable. Our food was great too! I am definitely going to come back again!!

I have been going to J Sushi for nearly 8 years. It was the first place I ever had sushi, and my go to when introducing someone to sushi, due to it's great quality and prices. I love being able to bring home a bunch of sushi and sides for the same price as all you can eat somewhere else, without having to eat it all at once. Service has almost always been great, the restaurant has always been clean, and I've always enjoyed my experiences here.

Every time I come here the service is outstanding! The food never fails to outreach my expectations. If you’re on a no rice diet try the cucumber wrapped Paradise roll. The mussels are always yummy. Anything I’ve decided ordered and tried is always tasty. Definitely a must try if you’re a sushi lover!!

I love this place i have been going here for many years. Its nice, small, and the service is always amazing. Sushi man(we just call him sushi man) is the best, especially when my older brother speaks to him in korean. The owner is also a very sweet man we have also visited his other locations as well. Highly recommend the iron moneky with cream cheese and the deep fried green tea icecream or mochi icream!

Went for a late lunch and all three dishes were good, as was the service. Have been several times in the past and we always enjoy the food.

This place is oishiii (delicious), the sushi rolls are cheap, fresh and excellent quality sushi, come to this sushi restaurant at least to take a peak, their decor and service is superb, their servers are truly wonderful. All their prices are 75% off than most places, who can beat that! Oh I almost forgot, you must try their green tea ice cream! Remember to tip your servers, it's worth every penny!

I have coming to J Sushi for 7 years since I discovered it here in Corona. The service is always great and their staff is very helpful. I would recommend J Sushi to any one that is a Japanese food enthusist.

Great little sushi spot. They have all the classics as well as some of their own creations. Nothing too crazy and nothing too over stuffed with imitation crab meat. Their basic rolls are very economically priced. The food comes out quickly and they are really good about checking on your table. Try the Oh my Garlic roll! It was amazing. Crunch rolls are my daughter’s favorite and at the time of this review they were only $7.99! We come here when we want a quick sushi meal and don’t want to spend an arm and a leg.

I love the mango salmon rolls, one of my favorites! They have great prices, creative sushi choices and great quality ingredients. However if you dine in and want sake, sorry to say they do not serve alcohol. Got great service last time eating there.

At this point, a West Corona mainstay. Prices on rolls have generally been fair in this current inflation climate, but even before, deals were always available to suit your dine out on a budget needs. While not particularly authentic, the sushi rolls are creative and tend to the tastes of the locals well. Sweet and savory flavors are abundant in the modern American style of sushi familiar to southern Californians. The service is personable and pleasant, and always willing to accommodate. Spicy udon is my personal favorite for any day I need a warm comfortable meal. It's a hidden gem barely featured on the menu. Most will favor dishes like the "Iron Monkey", bits of fried saucy tempura battered scrumptiousness. It's a shop not strictly concerned about upholding traditional Japanese cuisine, but it's fitting given the locale. Most customers don't complain as they've come for the variety. Atmosphere is comfy and rustic, almost tricking you into thinking the place might be considering a Korean BBQ outlet, but alas it appears that it would be a bit TOO much variety to stay with the name J SUSHI.

Anytime I don't bring lunch to work this is my go-to spot. I've come in 3-4 days in a row before and have no complaints. I think the chef's are skilled and use quality fish for their sushi. Their items are priced very well, but the most inconsistent thing about this place is the service by the waiting staff. They're pleasant and kind, but they just don't provide great service which sometimes dampens the experience. Examples would be forgetting to put in my salad/soup order before my sushi gets delivered, or forgetting to provide wasabi/ginger. Chef's are great but the staff still needs development. Doesn't stop me from coming often though, great lunch spot.

The food was good, the service was outstanding...here's the 4 star rub...no alcohol. I'm not a big drinker by any stretch, but I do like a Hite or Asahi with my sushi.

We've been going here for a couple years now. Food is always delicious! Service on the other hand lacks the majority of the time. During COVID, they have accepted pick-up orders and recently added delivery with DoorDash. If you're calling in your order, expect that whatever wait time they give you...you will be waiting longer. With our last pick up, they quoted us "45 minutes or longer" over the phone. 1 hour and 50 minutes later our food was finally ready. Eeeek! They need a more strategized management plan. The food is delicious and the customer service is decent (most nights), but they are highly unorganized and do not know how to multitask efficiently. All that being said... Until there is another sushi joint in west corona, we will continue to give them our business.

Just happened to find this place by chance. Our first thought was, how good can this place be. Considering the location and the low cost of the sushi rolls. Well let me say this...Yummy! This is the only place I frequent most often. The service can be hit or miss sometimes, been going for over two years now. It's the prices that keep me going back.

The service here is usually pretty good. Tonight the service was very slow. We waited more than ten minutes just for our drink order. The food came quickly, but good thing we didn't want more because they forgot about us.

Most of our to-go order was okay. However, Salmon skin roll was overcooked and our order took 50min instead of the promised 30min. A little overpriced for quality and service offered. Places on the other side of town offer better for less.

Not sure what happened but the presentation, the way the sushi were rolled, the after taste, the smell, the way they make their sushi last few times vs before is absolutely horrible. We use to love the place, now it's on our the worse list of Corona Sushi Place. We are sorry to see this restaurant go from best to worst.

I also ordered two Hot Corona rolls, but the jalapeños were not fried as they normally are. The only rolls that were decent were the California rolls, which I ordered as fillers, and those were eaten quickly because the Golden Rolls were honestly not enjoyable and remained untouched. I’ve never written a review before, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I had to. I usually give the benefit of the doubt, but after tonight, I don’t feel confident recommending or trusting this place the way I used to. I gave 2 stars because the California rolls is what actually fed my family.
