Staff was super nice and fun to chat with while they made our meal. Can't believe there's a 24 hour subway but I'm glad I found it! I always seem to crave subway after they close 😂

My better half and I have been to alot of Subways, this one has to be one of the better ones as the sandwiches were hugh. The location of this Subway can be a drag because they are located in a very busy area of Corona, thus the 3 star atmosphere rating.

It’s May 23 at 1 pm and only one girl working. Line of customers and she handles her job very well. I wish I knew her name but she to busy to ask. She is a champion worker for sure.

My sandwiches are usually very complicated, and have often been messed up, but it's just because I like to add a healthy touch of my own to my food. This is one of the first subways I have ever seen that has gotten my order right every single time that I go. The last time I went, there was an employee who was very kind and made conversation with me which was really cool. I ended up finding them to be a really cool person, who while talking a full story conversation, was able to still make my food in good time and accurately. I will definitely be coming here again. The excellent service makes the average subway food that much better!

food is amazing. came here at around 9 and no line which was cool. guy working there with long-ish hair was pretty chill. + he put the sauce on the sandwich in a better way unlike other subway places. 👍🏻👍🏻

So happy this Sudway location is 24hrs. It was late at night around 1am. I was surprised at there being a line at 1 am; however, the service was fast and friendly. The sandwiches were perfect (but then again they should be with you standing there telling them everything you want on it or left off of it).

Walked in today and was greeted by Riley, his customer service was great! Not to mention the fact that he was preparing my sandwich with a huge smile! Never before have I ever walked into a fast food place with a worker that was such enthusiastic and happy that’s Riley you were GREAT!!!!

I came in and staff was very nice greeting me once I walked in. The girl there Nervana had a friendly smile on her face and recommended sandwiches suitable for our choice, she even helped us with picking the best cheese that goes on the sandwich. We ended up eating for here. The place was clean and by far better than other subway I've visited. I will definitely be back at this location because of her. Thank you!

Always enjoy a great Subway sandwich. I frequent the Subway in Corona at Rimpau and Magnolia. The issue is that there is always only one employee working at 6 AM. Alot of people grab a sandwich before going to work as I do. Many times the wait is excessive. Sometimes customers leave due to the anticipated wait. Today it took almost 20 minutes from arrival to departure. The employee was awesome and was working as fast as she could but, when the customers are buying two and three sandwiches she can only go so fast. This Subway store needs to re-evaluate their early morning needs. Employee gets 5 stars.

Issues today, they wouldn't accept the coupons that we all just got in the mail yesterday. Parking lot is tricky, be very careful, people coming in off freeway drive like they are still on the freeway . :( Employees were nice and efficient, food there always good.

No Restroom!!. We family of 8 (including kids) reached around 10pm. Food was good but they did’nt allow us to use the restroom they said it’s only for employees. Not sure if all 24 hrs Subway is like this.

Everyone here EXCEPT Mike needs to retake their sandwich making class or whatever training they receive. I get that you guys are open 24hrs but that shouldn’t mean the quality should suffer. Every time I order a sandwich from here the toppings are never distributed evenly across my sandwich. I end up having to perform sandwich surgery before I eat. Every time I unwrap my sandwich all the toppings are falling out and the sauce is stuck to the wrapping paper because they don’t actually close your sandwich before wrapping they just leave it open, like a hot dog. I thought it was just a rare occurrence but this literally happens every time. Sandwiches are meant to be hand held not a messy bread plate.

This subway is always good I can't complain about the food but anyone can make a sandwich this time I was in there with mr Jordan. All two of the customers paid with card and didn't have to sign a receipt so after it was time to pay he asked me sign I signed the receipt but everyone else is grabbing the pen and I asked where the sanitizer was and his answer was we don't have any. Just a tip for corporate if your demanding signatures for all transactions even though I showed Id than please have your employees put a bottle of sanitizer like all the small businesses do.

Nicole was a terrible. This was the worst wrap I’ve ever gotten. I always order from subway and This was the first time I had a bad experience. By the time I got home to eat it the wrap I ordered it was soaking wet and dripping. I called to see if I can bring it back to get a new one that wasn’t soaked and she refused to do so. Are you kidding me? Bathrooms for employees only? What am I back in the USSR again??? We dined in. I bought $50 worth of sandwiches and the whole family was forced to eat with dirty hands. No water cups available so either you choke on your food or bring your own cup to fill it up at the machine. Yeah, no. If you, as an owner, don't treat your customers with respect then I have no desire to come back. And poor employees have to get an earful when they refuse customers bathroom access. I guess you as an owner only come by to collect the 🤑💲💰 Food trucks down the street will get my money instead.

Walked into this subway to get something to eat, 2 employees who were working got quiet and kept looking down. Felt like a morgue, the girl who was helping me had this pissed off look on her face. The guy at the registered kept pacing. These employees need to be grateful somebody gave them a job. If your not happy working then quit.

The worst experience! I haven’t into a subway since 2015! I decided to give them another go and it was a flop! This was the second location I went to in 1 day because of two pathetic experiences! This location should have been closed!! They had 7 bags of chips left! NO MUSTARD! NO RANCH! And i forgot what else ppl asked for & they were out! I wanted mustard when he told me they were out I just walked out! Like what! A sandwich place out of Chip and sandwich condiments!! Pathetic!

Sadly there was only 1 employee working. Poor guy doing pick up orders and dine in on his own. Mind you it was busy. 2 people in line and 3 waiting gor pick up orders. They need to hire more people. Be ready to wait. Management really needs a reality check.

Worst subway experience in my entire lifetime. I never seen someone be cheap as the person that was working tonight's shift on October 9, 2023 @11:30pm. It's funny because they advertise double meet and 2x cheese. I seen the guy put to pieces of pepperoni on each side of the sandwich, the middle of the sandwich empty lol, and 2 small pieces of cheese on each side. False advertising and still wanting a tip when you swipe your card for 15 dollar sandwich( not including drink and chips) served like a 5 dollar sandwich. First and last visit here. Just be sure it was 24hrs.

Went here today Friday January 22 at around 10Pm to have a late night meal with my family but the employee that attended us was clearly not thinking straight and got our order wrong multiple times. She even started coughing heavily and I wasn't going to take any chances during this Pandemic unfortunately I did not cancel my order but I immediately threw those sandwiches away. Subway clearly needs more safety protocol for the protection of its consumers. I was completely shocked that someone who is sick and may potentially have COVID was on duty! A complete safety hazard for her coworkers and customers!!! Please heed my warning do not purchase here unless you want to run the risk of getting sick!

Placed an order on DoorDash and the night Shift worker ignored what I ordered and instead she gathered all the leftover soggy veggies and put them on a sub and sent that out. I was so pissed I called to tell her what she did is wrong and she didn’t care at all. Reported store to DoorDash.

When I visited this subway one night after work (~10pm) there was 4-5 people waiting in line and the one worker appeared to be on her own. The poor girl tries her best to be efficient as possible, but that's impossible to do on your own, especially when one person was ordering more than one sandwich and was being difficult. Suddenly a manager appeared from the back to look at something up front, then asked the girl to help the remaining people in line (um obviously she was on it) because he was 'busy'. Didn't even attempt to help her. This store needs to get it's management in check and make sure they help their workers when they need it.

This is the worst subway ever I ordered mobile and my sandwich had condiments all over the bread and it was destroyed everything was falling apart. They never answered there phone and when I went it store they didn't want to remake it or give me a refund

I order two sandwiches from here on DoorDash. Literally had the dasher call me to tell me that the only bread they had was white and wheat bread (it’s a 24/7 subway) even after all that they give us undercooked bread. I’ve given this establishment so many chances and every time there’s something that there out of or that girl with the piercing and AirPods in her ears is always rude and just uncomfortable to be around. For a subway that is 24/7 they are always out of something or everything. If I could give no stars I would.

I told her that I could show proof and she made me wait a long time before making my sandwich. She did a really bad job and was obviously upset and kept slamming things around. I asked for some side condiments to go and she was rude about it. I wouldn't come here ever again

This most recent time has got to be the worst sandwich, and expierence I have had at this subway. I was greeted by a younger man who was still chewing his steak sandwich (I asked him what he was eating) and put on a pair of gloves ready to make my sandwich. He didn't wash his hands before putting on the gloves. I asked if he was going to wash his hands and he said whoops and proceeded to go wash his hands and change gloves. He then made me the worst sandwich I have ever had from a subway. The pictures don't do it justice. I will drive a little further to a different subway next time and hopefully I will have better luck.

I used to enjoy this place rather decently, but as of today I placed an order mobile then realizing I can’t pick it up, I immediately tried calling within a few minutes but no one picked up, I tried again multiple times but still no one responds. After 1-2 minutes standing there I left and went next door to place my order was in and out in 5 minutes subway 7239 I want to add the young man inside the store was kind and professional the girl needs to treat all customers with energy and enthusiasm otherwise no one wants to give money to someone who isn’t smiling and polite training needed

There were 2 girls working, we were standing there for 10 minutes without being helped, a girl was putting napkins in the holder and I mentioned to her that we were in a hurry , she looked at me and gave me attitude and continued to put napkins in the holder taking her time, the other worker was completely ignoring us walking around. Whole floor was wet with black everywhere from everyone stepping on it. I asked to wash my hands after eating and they said there is no restroom available for public. Public restrooms should have someone we can wash our hands it’s unsanitary. I even mentioned I don’t need the toilet I just want to wash my kids hands after eating. Nope. I recently visited for a pickup and ordered two sandwiches. When I was informed that the patty was unavailable, we decided to simplify our order and make one footlong instead having chicken. However, to my disappointment, I was then told that the chicken was also unavailable. It's frustrating that a 24-hour establishment can’t keep their inventory stocked. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

24hr store that is not 24 hours the attendants at night turn the lights off and hide inside. I waited in line to be told after ten minutes they would only take cash once several people came in to the store and the the woman didn’t want to serve them all. She still took card for the person in front of me. I then ordered online since they refused to take card and she made we wait until everyone left before she’d start. She had a huge attitude about making anyone’s sandwich. I asked for her supervisors contact information and she refused, I asked for GM contact Information and she refused said her manager was Alex and to call him my self. then told me I will need him to give me a refund” I didn’t ask for one but she decided she’s refusing to make my sandwich. she can refuse service to anyone for any reason even when just asking for a manager name and contact info. Then accused me of being racist. I had just asked her name which she should have a name badge on in the first place she refused and she said “be like all the other racist white women and tell him it was the black one”. Literally said nothing about her race. She was extremely abusive, and I can’t talk so I can’t raise my voice or yell I did nothing to warrant her absolute terrible attitude. I have never experienced such unwarranted confrontational customer service in my life. I was extremely polite for how rude she was being to me and everyone in the store. Especially when telling me she is basically stealing my money I paid already for the sandwich I ordered. asking why she had just made me waste my entire lunch to refuse me service just for asking for her supervisors information. This is a 24 hours store and the two employees do not work stay open and they put no signs on the door. It’s completely at their convenience of when they feel like they don’t want to work. I have NOT gotten to eaten all day this was my one meal I had been waited for since Friday. I can’t imagine how anyone can hire people like that.

There was only one young girl working — by herself — at a 24-hour location, with about 15 customers waiting inside as well as mobile orders coming. She was clearly doing her best, but you could see the stress and fear on her face trying to handle everything alone. It took a very long time to get food, but honestly, that’s not on her — it’s on management. No employee should ever be left to run an entire store by themselves that late at night, especially before a busy holiday. To make things worse, mobile orders kept coming in, and she had to stop to make those too — which meant those orders cut in front of everyone waiting inside. Again, this wasn’t her fault at all — she barely had time to make the food for the customers already there, let alone keep up with online orders. Management seriously needs to step up or come in themselves when the store is short-staffed. She deserves credit for staying calm and trying her best under awful circumstances, but the way this place is run is unacceptable.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff were rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and when I tried to place my order, the employee acted like I was inconveniencing them. They were rushing through my order, didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted or which veggies I wanted, and even rolled their eyes when I asked a question. On top of that, the sandwich was poorly made—ingredients were thrown together messily, and it didn’t taste fresh. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor attitude from the staff made this a frustrating visit. I expect better service from a national chain like Subway. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service.

There were 2 girls working, we were standing there for 10 minutes without being helped, a girl was putting napkins in the holder and I mentioned to her that we were in a hurry , she looked at me and gave me attitude and continued to put napkins in the holder taking her time, the other worker was completely ignoring us walking around. We left. Service is absolutely horrible

The worst experience! I haven’t into a subway since 2015! I decided to give them another go and it was a flop! This was the second location I went to in 1 day because of two pathetic experiences! This location should have been closed!! They had 7 bags of chips left! NO MUSTARD! NO RANCH! And i forgot what else ppl asked for & they were out! I wanted mustard when he told me they were out I just walked out! Like what! A sandwich place out of Chip and sandwich condiments!! Pathetic!

I recently visited for a pickup and ordered two sandwiches. When I was informed that the patty was unavailable, we decided to simplify our order and make one footlong instead having chicken. However, to my disappointment, I was then told that the chicken was also unavailable. It's frustrating that a 24-hour establishment can’t keep their inventory stocked. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
