I arrived and it had already been closed for 2 minutes! Everything was fine, except that someone answered on the intercom, and I heard a woman talking and moaning—very strange. I don't know if it was real or a joke, but I thought I had arrived at a restaurant, not a circus.
Jasmin is so nice and sweet!! Had a pleasant experience today in the drive thru. We need more like you! Keep it up!
I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places, but this one absolutely deserves it! When I first saw the old Wendy’s being torn down, I was heartbroken. I thought we were losing it for good. Turns out, they were giving it a full makeover—and wow, it was worth it! The new design is stunning. There are cozy lounge chairs, TVs, and even a cool futuristic soda station that feels straight out of a movie. The food is just as tasty as ever, and thankfully, the prices are still the same. That drink machine is a total game changer. You can pick from so many options—ginger ale, different Powerade flavors like lime or grape, and even Dr Pepper with cherry or vanilla. Just tap the screen, fill your cup, and enjoy. The seating area is super comfortable, with soft leather chairs and an electric fireplace that makes the space feel really warm and inviting. The TV above it adds a nice touch too.
Very clean... service was great you have your choices of kiosk or ordering at the counter....let me say first time we were greeted while enter and were told thank you for coming while exiting. Needless to say this will be "my Wendy's" from here on our.
I don’t know what it is about this Wendy’s but it is the ABSOLUTE BEST! haha I feel silly even leaving a review for a fast food place. But seriously everyone who works here should get a raise. They are the most kind people ever. I love coming to this Wendy’s just because of how nice they are. It’s always clean and the workers are serially the best. Manager if you see this please give your employees a raise! Haha at the very least do something nice for them!
Very clean establishment, I was impressed at how nice it was inside as well. Very comfortable to eat in they had a TV going comfortable chairs and a very good atmosphere. It's not quite in the worst part of town but it's not in the best but it's definitely nicer than you would expect especially for being. Staff was super friendly bathrooms were super clean and food was great I highly recommend stopping by if you're thinking about
Really good food and service. I've been to this specific Wendy's a few times at different times of the day and can say that there's really no bad wait for an order or getting food. This time around it was morning and it seemed like we were some of the first customers. Everything tasted fresh and honestly my burger was alot more put together than other times, when it does seems a little rushed. Kudos to this Wendy's for taking the time to serve me a great burger.
The Drive-through couldn’t get my order correct after I waited in their line for 10 minutes. A supervisor or manager took over and she corrected my order last Sunday. Pescatarian here 👋🏾 I ordered a Jr. cheeseburger deluxe with no meat. The Drive-through said ok and we don’t have tomatoes. I didn’t want to pay full price for a cheeseburger deluxe that only came with lettuce & a bun. I was told I can add guacamole at an additional cost 😑 So, I asked if they would substitute the missing tomato & meat patty for guacamole with NO additional charge since I'm paying full price for the burger. The manager accommodated me happily but whenq I drove away I saw there was no cheese on my cheeseburger deluxe, the fries were cold hard greasy, and the final reason for me to have to park and go inside to get the order correct. The manager corrected everything 🙏🏾 thank you. It took at least 30 minutes to get my jr no meat burger and small fry with water…..which they forgot to give me & I had to ask for it again.
Food was great no straw or spoon or napkins, dissapointing.
be really diligent when using the drive thru after 8pm. the staff often forgets things, like part of your order, giving back your credit card, giving you a receipt. I've had no problems during the day, just lately when I go after dark. I've needed to pull around back into the drive thru 3 times in the past month. Cinnamon pull apart is good
Hit & miss. Twice my order has been off or something amiss. This time there was full on hair in my chicken sandwich. I'm so over this place. I'm gonna give them a chance to show me it's worth going back. I'm very dissapointed!
TV advertising says $4, $6 and $8 combos now but when you order here it's $6,$8 and $10. I ordered twice anyways and this place can't seem to cook a chicken nugget right at all, both times the nuggets were soggy and under cooked.
This specific Wendy’s is horrible. They don’t give you what you pay for. Everytime I go they either miss giving me an item I pay for or they change my receipt. I have proof of how stingy they can be and theifs. Last time I ordered through drive thru they forgot an item and I asked them for a refund and they wouldn’t give me it they told me I would have to go all the way back when I was already at home and far away. Recently I ordered again but this time from DoorDash and they had the nerve to change my order. I get it it’s just a dipping sauce but when they keep messing up more than once and now even messing with your money it is definitely crossing the line. I asked for two honey mustards on DoorDash and they gave me one honey mustard and one honey bbq which I never ordered. Give the customers what they pay for because these sauces weren’t for free. I had to pay 35 cents each. Don’t give the customers what you think they want give them what they are paying for. Manager sucks as well.
I ordered around 9 pm and the cashier Aaliyah was very rude. I was trying to ask her a question and she wouldn't let me talk she just kept saying everything was in the bag so I just ended up leaving.
I enjoy the food and the staff, but I came Thursday August 7th and it was so hot inside the restaurant, the staff even looked uncomfortable and hot, I come here once a week and it's never been this hot!! Is the ac down? I won't come back till I know the ac is fixed then I'll fix my review lol.
Avoid ordering late at night. The kitchen clearly stops taking new orders, you won’t get what you ordered, and what you do get will be cold and disappointing. Seems like the staff just wants to close up and go home, not actually fulfill late-night orders properly. It’s a waste of money and calorie budget and honestly feels like they just throw whatever together to be done with it.
I ordered one soft drink 15 minutes before I got there. But I had to wait 5 minutes for someone at the counter to tell me they hadn't made it yet. So I asked for an empty cup to make it myself with no ice. Both of their all-in-one machines said at least 8 different diet drinks were unavailable! Since they are too lazy to refill them! So I had to go back to the counter and ask them to make it. They obviously only refill the machine behind the counter, not the 2 in the lobby. So don’t ever go there if you want to get your own drink in the lobby, or if you don’t want to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to help you at the counter, while 2 employees were doing nothing or talking to another employee!
The service at this store is quite good, and the food is also decent. However, I still have to give it a one-star review. The reason is that their soda machine has the syrup concentration set extremely low, making the drink taste very watered down, even worse than plain water. I understand this is done to save costs, but it’s not a smart approach.
My finance brought my daughter and I breakfast from here yesterday morning Saturday June 8th around 9:40am. He ordered the French toast sticks, sausage breakfast sandwich, bacon breakfast sandwich, and a breakfast burrito. The sausage breakfast sandwich had a black hair in it so we didn’t bother eating the rest of the food. This is very disappointing. Aren’t they supposed to wear hair nets?
If you want fast food don’t go hear. They took 20 mins to give me a sausage egg and cheese breakfast meal. Just to receive cold food.
Ordered 2 chillis with cheese. What we received was chilli juice couple pieces of meat and 3 beans. A drop of cheese was found at the bottom. Fries were cold . Also Ordered a hamburger. Got a small patty on a bun. Wanted a Dave's single.
The worst i have ever been to food took 30+ minutes and was old and cold asked for a manager her name is emily was VERY RUDE had a attitude and was upset with me when all i wanted was my money back so i can go also VERY DIRTY CLOSE THIS LOCATION I'm going to contact corporate for the way that I was treated by management and the words that were used by her also as I was walking out I realize that she was outside smoking and she also had a few comments to make as I was walking to my vehicle this lady needs to be FIRED. She's RACIST
