Raising Cane's consistently delivers on taste-the chicken fingers are crispy and flavorful, the Cane's Sauce is addicting, and the Texas toast is always a nice touch. The quality of the food is top-notch and definitely worth coming back for. That said, the drive-thru experience could use some improvement. The line tends to get backed up quickly, and the way it's managed often leads to confusion or long wait times, especially during peak hours. It feels like the system could be more efficient with better coordination or clearer lanes for mobile orders vs. standard orders. Still, once you get your food, it's hard to stay mad- everything is hot, fresh, and hits the spot every time. With a little more attention to drive-thru flow, this location would be an easy 5 stars.

Always busy, so the expectation to wait is fine. Food is worth it. They weren’t understaffed. We had to bus/clean our own table and many others were doing the same. The floors also needed to be swept as there was food and waste throughout the dining area. Hoping that it was a fluke experience, as we normally do drive-thru.

We used to go there a couple times a week. I've noticed the chicken tenders keep getting smaller. I used to appreciate that you got more chicken than breading at canes. However, they're now at a place where that's no longer true. And, trying to get into and out of that drive thru line has always been a pain. Usually it moves pretty quickly, though. That said, with the chicken tenders getting smaller it's becoming a little less worth it to battle that drive thru line. Now, sometimes it's weeks between our visits.

There was a rush so mistakes are common, however I paid $60 for a $49 order and only received $3 in change. And being a traveler means I can't go back and get the rest that is owed which is upsetting.

We order the tailgate and a combo. Super disappointed on the food quality. We picking up order within 15 mins pick up time frame. All the chicken was soggy. Missing breading on basically every piece. Very disappointed. The size of the tenders were so so small. My small 6 year old daughte ate 7 tenders plus a side. She normally will eat 3 tenders and a side. That's how small. I should of taken photos or returned the food, but We had multiple hungry guest over.i was in a hurry to feed them. Everyone commented on how small the tenders were. We order from this location multiple times. Never had this issue before..... Very disappointed feel spending almost $100. I except better quality. We ended up having to order pizza.

Last time I came inside the manager destiny helped me with everything and made sure I had a good experience, but the most recent I went in the manager Spencer was very rude and had bad service and a bad attitude would not help me with missing sauces saying I needed to pay when I clearly showed me receipt showing otherwise.. ordered tea and asked for lemons multiple times and never received it. Had to get another employee to go them.. also saw him being rude to employees even saw him shove one. Extremely embarrassing to have him in a collar... management get it together and let him go I am not happy.

Was my first time eating at a Canes and wanted to see what the hype was about. Chicken was horrible. There was no crust form the grease. The worst chicken I've ever eaten.

Canes is always good. at this specific location there are some of the rudest people I have ever interacted with. I door dash, and I’m a customer there, and I have never had a positive interaction with any employee. Not one time. The blonde girl (wears a Covid mask) taking orders and the other Latina With the headset past midnight left me in shock from the moment I placed the order, not understanding her, says “what do you want” with no greeting or sense of any joy at all, to the no eye contact, the attitude, not responding to me…. 99% of the staff grabs my phone to take the orders from door dash so I was reading to an employee here and showing her at the same time the order from the app and she snapped midway through my sentence and said some of us actually follow the rules. And asked me to read her the order. I said thank you multiple times. No reply. I get it. It’s a busy store. But every single interaction with every employee is crazy. And if you dash in corpus you know how many times you go to canes. Sucks to have that type of interaction with a business you deal with daily. If you don’t like your job to that level it’s time to get another

The past few times i’ve gone, I have had the worst customer service from the woman working the drive through at night, who wears a mask. It started off as me saying “Hi how are you” and she interrupted me and said “What do you want”. Sometimes we have our bad days so I let it go. The next time I went, it was her again and I asked her if my sauce was in the bag, she didn’t even look inside the bag and she said “Yeah” It wasn’t. Whatever, I let it go. THEN my chicken was tough, and it felt old. I went tonight, and ordered a box combo, no slaw extra fries for me and my sister. I did not get extra fries. she was there and I politely asked “Hi, how fresh is the chicken” She then says “It’s always fresh”. It was her tone that made it rude. I enlightened her that last time I came, it was tough. It was tough again tonight. I figured maybe since I come at midnight, it might be sitting out for a while. I would’ve waited for it to be made fresh, no biggie. She’s always so rude. I know we all have so much going on in our personal lives but do not take it out on others. I know it may just be fast food, but you NEVER know what anyone else is going through, and that could be someone’s breaking point. I literally dread coming just because of the fact that she may be there. I hope she’s okay, but her service is awful.
