I ordered my food through the app, drove up and my app was glitching and I couldn’t scan the QR code. It said my only other option was to inform an employee that i was there. I waiting at the intercom for a minute and nobody helped me, I pulled up the front and nobody asked me about why I was sitting there even after two of the cars behind me got their orders. I had to call the store to let them know I was there to finally get me out of the lane. I get people are busy but I know someone could’ve noticed me sitting there. Also didn’t get my chick fil a sauce.

If someone orders with mobil app, more than likely they don’t have time to get down and enjoy a meal. Maybe take the time and actually add a fork, napkins, probably even the coffee creamer that was requested on the order. It shows you actually care about your job and keeps the customer happy. Lastly, if someone orders a cup of coffee, we paid for a full cup of coffee, not 3/4 of a cup. I get you left room for creamer that you didn’t even add to my order but come on, let’s get it together. I get 30min lunch break and could not go back to return this nasty salad. ate toppings and left everything else. paid 10$ for spoiled dirty lettuce. also ordered ice tea. tasted spoiled and had lil ice. worst food I've ever gotten from chicfila

Horrible experience! You would think after waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru the food would at least be correct or hot, neither of these things happend. When I finally got up to the window they couldn't find my order, everything was disorganized and chaotic. After telling them what I did have I was missing items and the food I did get was cold. Worst service,I will never be back.

I ordered delivery and food did not get here on time for my sons picnic. I missed his picnic. No phones were answered I had to drive over here. James b the manager did not apologize until I said why did I not get an apology. Worst Chick-fil-A never coming back.

We mobile ordered for the mobile thru at 10:45, got to the chick-fil-a at 10:50, the line was long, lunch time, thats fine. We waited over 50 mins. We got to the front of to mobile thru line and waited more then 20 minutes at the front of the line which is crazy. It wasn't a big order, only two chicken tender meals.

This isn't the first time, but it's the first time I have posted here. This place is peopled with incompetent employees. They serve ice cold food, and sadly it's not even an full order. I ordered two meals and a sandwich along with an order of LARGE waffle fries. They half filled the large container and sent us in our way. I tried calling to complain, but the number was busy, again and again. I am giving up trying, but be warned if you go here and try to order to go. Please check your order for accuracy. They will short you and give you cold food if you let them. Shame on this company, and the management who obviously takes no pride in their product, staff and logo.

Chick-fil-a on everhart was my favorite to go to but unfortunately because of one associate with the most disrespectful attitude I’ve ever encountered I will not be going back. He took my order (didn’t let me finish talking) outside on lane one didn’t get a name but he was on the heavier side with blonde hair. I understand we all have those days but taking it out on the customer is unacceptable especially a customer who treated him with the respect I expected back. Next time train the associates to keep their feelings under control. God does not like ugly.

Terrible store. This store is most convenient for me because I live down the street, but I’m gonna have to start making the drive to Staples because I’ve never had a bad experience there. I came to the Everhart location last month & received the wrong order. Today I went & the fries feel like they’ve just been sitting there, & there’s no salt on them, this taste like cheese? Whoever owns this Chic Fil A needs to step down because not only the food quality, but the employees are kinda rude too. It’s nothing like the other locations in Corpus.
