The girl working the cashier seemed nice and friendly, but when I left my order was completely wrong. It’s like I ordered the food and she listened to nothing I said. This is the second bad experience we’ve had this location.

Went through the drive through today at about 4:45pm. I paid $10 bucks for pack of two cinnamon rolls. They were not warm, I was as not asked if I wanted them warm or cold. I was not given any silverware and there was hardly any icing on it! Totally ripped off! Who eats a cinnamon roll with hardly any icing.

I love the food here. I rarely get to eat it so I was excited, but the service was horrible. First off, last night I walk in . And it’s quiet. a man walks right past me. I didn’t know if you worked there or not because usually you get greeted when you walk into a business, but nobody said anything to me .I didn’t know if he worked there or not. When he finally turns back towards me. I asked him if he works there. He says yes I ask if they’re still open, he says no I say what time do you Close he then tells me nine I still have 20 minutes. So I tell him so you’re still open and then he tells me well, Is it to go? I haven’t even been in the business two minutes and I already feel like I’m being shoved out when the business isn’t even closed. I still have 20 minutes and this man doesn’t wanna make my food. He was not friendly. He was not welcoming. I still could’ve had my food there, but I decided to leave and go somewhere where they wanted to service me.

Had 2 medium sandwiches deliver the house. They were the saddest sandwiches I have every seen from schlotzskys. The sourdough bread was not fully cooked. You could taste the yeast. The only thing that was good was the bag of chips.

We will NOT be ordering from the schlotzkys on Alameda ever again! We have ordered before from this location and it had been disappointing for the last yr and a half! They used to be very good! I wouldn't go this location if you want a fresh sandwich and a hot soup! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

DO NOT use their website to order food... I ordered food for my family and 4 items were not delivered. I called the manager and was assured I would get a partial refund, which of course never came. Thieves

I love Schlotzsky's sandwich but HATE their pizza. The company is currently running $5 pizza after 5pm Fri, Sat & Sun. This was my first and LAST time to order this item. The pizza is HORRIBLE!!!! It taste like cardboard or a frozen pizza....it is BAD!!! Arrived to the location and was handed "lukewarm" food. 🤢🤢🤢 Schlotzsky's stick to your amazing sandwiches!!!!! Also....why do you charge a FEE to order on the app???

Somehow, they NEVER have the soups advertised on the website or the menu or the paper or.... Well ...you get it. Never.... All the other locations have the soups.... Not this one.

Went way downhill, twice this place has screwed up my order. First time ordered the pick two for take out . Ordered a sandwich and salad only got the salad no sandwich. Second time ordered the same thing this time ordered the salad with no olives. Picked it up covered in olives and no dressing or cutlery. Took it back to get remade, got it back with no olives but also no chicken or feta. This place sucks!!

I placed an online order for two cinnamon buns, trying out their new bacon cinnamon roll. The girl in the front name was probably one of the worst customer service person I’ve met. Did not engage or interact with anyone. She went to go get my cinnamon bun from the back. It took her about 10 minutes. I thought maybe should be warming it up or making it. Took her an extra minute to fold up the paper bag too. But to makes it worse is that she completely ignored five other guests that walked in. All patiently waiting for her to interact with them. I’m sure they were hungry too, considering his lunchtime, but instead she went to stock up Plastic silverware Instead of taking their order. I. think this place would be great with better service. My cinnamon bun was cool as well . Super disappointed ☹️

I ordered the pick two with a turkey bacon sand which and the pepperoni pizza. I asked for the sand which to ONLY have turkey, bacon, cheese and the signature sauce. They put everything on it which is super frustrating! I can’t go back because I have somewhere to be. My boyfriend also ordered the turkey bacon club and didn’t want any tomatoes. We’ll he got tomatoes on his. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location and it’s clear that they don’t know how to read. They also are ALWAYS out of sugar cookies. When I order online it says they have them but go to pick it up and there’re “out”. I won’t come here again and I suggest other people go to a different location.

It is not even 9 o'clock and I go to the place to eat and the person says she has closed the register, the hours are from 10am to 10 pm and it is Friday night too. Whi is the manager of the place, should look for another job
