Amazing experience! Even if we came without reservation, they found seat for us. Service was 100/10. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for lunch but we bet the food is as delicious as the service is good. Everything is so stylish and clean. We really enjoyed the coffee break there. We have enjoyed our evening here, we walked in without reservations and got seats in a few minutes even though it seemed to be busy. There was a kind professional staff (all of the staff no doubt) and service was with high standard, they have been very helpful and courteous to our specific needs, the food was made with precision, the cocktails were great and intriguing. The last I got was a sambuca cocktail with a pinch of cherry liquor and coffee liquor, my first. Great recommendation of the bartender. The artichoke was a great addition to the meal. The cotlets were made with surgical precision. The deserts were full of taste and not too sweet. The prices were alright, I have eaten in more expensive places. Overall the vibe was good, will be back.

Fabulous atmosphere, very professional staff. One suggestion to the management: please advise the kitchen team not to show up in the main area. This takes exclusivity of service out of the picture. Rather than this point everything is just fantastic. That ice Cream was delicious!!! Best Coffee in town is good.

We met the manager, Noemi, who very attentively explained and showed us everything. I love this place for the outside garden and atmosphere! Food is also very good. Its pricy but worth it. Great service as well! This place is one my favorites in Milan. My daughter and I go here very often. Service is super friendly to name a few great servers, Jonny and Davide but above all Adam. They always make you feel super welcome. Food is amazing and always delicious. Best ceasar salad of all times. Atmosphere is just great in a green garden under a glass roof, heated or cool in the summer. Very kind and welcoming staff! Have been here in a while, but it still holds its high standards and great food and service. Everyone is so kind, especially managers. Joy to come and enjoy a meal or a drink here.

A unique experience with D&G branding all over the interiors. Feels like we were invited to a private party. I do read reviews that D&G do invite their guest for a treat but not for us. The walk in door sets the tone and mood for the evening dinner. Services were top notch with attentive services. We received complimentary appetiser and desserts too. The lamb cutlet was amazing! Super soft and marbled. The ravioli was average. We had two cocktails, Martini WW (pink) and another one. Total bill was pretty reasonable for a restaurant with such food quality, services and location. Price - good, reasonable for such dining experience Location - good Services - great Food - great Ambiance - great! I’ll recommend for a one time experience if you are traveling in Milan.

Il Martini Bar by Dolce & Gabbana è più di un locale: è un’esperienza di stile, dove l’estetica lussuosa incontra il gusto italiano in un ambiente curato in ogni dettaglio. Cocktail impeccabili, atmosfera sofisticata, servizio attento e impeccabile. Perfetto per un aperitivo scenografico o una pausa di classe tra shopping e cultura. Un luogo dove ogni dettaglio – dai decori al sottofondo musicale – racconta l’identità glamour del brand. Da provare se ami l’eleganza senza eccessi, con un tocco di scenografia milanese.

Location stupenda nel patio del building adiacente alla boutique dell'omonimo marchio. Tutto è estremamente brandizzato e curato nei dettagli. Peccato il personale un pò impacciato, che ha portato il vino venti minuti dopo il food, errore nella comanda del food (poi cmq risolto). Ad ogni modo, merita!

Cibo molto buono e prezzi calmierati nonostante la zona. Tagliolini all'astice buonissimi. Tiramisù di un livello altissimo. L'unico neo è l'ambiente ristorante un po' ovattato e un po' scuro. Per il resto niente da eccepire. Personale discreto e anche disinvolto. Invito alla "scarpetta" fantastico.

Da un brand come Dolce & Gabbana ci si aspetta molto più di un semplice locale elegante: ci si aspetta un’esperienza. Al momento, questa esperienza manca completamente. Credo che il marchio dovrebbe rivedere attentamente la selezione e la formazione del personale, investendo maggiormente nella qualità del servizio per garantire un’accoglienza coerente con il valore e l’immagine del brand. Location carina, nulla di entusiasmante a confronto di molti altri bar a Milano che pur non essendo high end hanno location con più carattere. L’ora dell’aperitivo è stata molto tranquilla, nonostante però ci fossero pochi clienti e moltissimo personale il servizio è stato un po’ lento e i camerieri non sono molto informati su come sono fatti i cocktail per cui quando ho chiesto delle informazioni ha dovuto fare avanti e indietro dal bancone bar. Con l’aperitivo portando due biscottini e due patatine, nulla di eccezionale. Considerando la zona in cui è collocato e i prezzi alti di Milano il menù non è eccessivamente caro.

Pranzo con la mia ragazza, servizio indiscutibile, super professionale, puntuale e preparato, ambiente e location da 10, unica nota da rivedere il cibo, ahimè tipicamente troppo semplice, nulla di eccezionale. Qualita-prezzo assolutamente da rivedere, paghi sicuramente il marchio.

Ristorante non eccellente [Rubrica MID]: ma generalmente il cibo è buono (sia per eventi easy o un po’ più formali/eleganti). Il locale è molto carino con una bella atmosfera, che tende verso il moderno-elegante, che magari compensa per i primi. Io ho preso l’hamburger (7/10) mentre la lasagna e gli altri primi sono a malapena sulla sufficienza. Servizio decente, molto carini i biscottini portati a fine pasto.

Abbiamo frequentato a lungo questo locale gli anni scorsi, sia per aperitivo che per tè del pomeriggio e cena. Era molto meglio prima. Hanno aumentato i prezzi e diminuito gli stuzzichini. Il mocktail buono ma in tre sorsi era già finito.(14€) Cocktail alcolici 25€. Non torneremo più.

I had been to this restaurant before and came back with certain expectations — but honestly, the experience this time left much to be desired. When we arrived and asked for a table, we were told there were no available spots. A minute later, we booked online — and suddenly a table was available. Maybe the system doesn’t show real-time availability, or maybe it’s something else… who knows. The food was fine, nothing to complain about, but I wouldn’t call it exceptional — especially not for this price range. What disappointed me the most wasn’t even the food, but the overall customer experience. The staff felt a bit too pretentious, and the atmosphere less welcoming than I remembered. In my opinion, the place has lost some of its charm over the years.

Come for the ambiance and the service not as much for the food and drink, though I would be willing to give it another chance. For me personally, their vesper while interesting was maybe too interesting for me. The saffron and oregano flavors were interesting but I missed the sweetness of a classic vesper. The cheese plate was okay but expected a little more for the price. The ambiance is lovely, it’s a very pretty space with fun decor and the service was on point!

Once we sit down the staff started pull water without telling us is 8 euro per bottle. We ended up spent 16euro just for refillable glass bottle of tap water. The bar was not that busy but we waited quite a long time for the bill. And we also have to ask 2 times for the coffee we ordered. If it is a nice luxury branded caffe I dont mind paying for more the service but it is not that good.

Frequentavamo il Bar Martini all’interno della boutique Dolce & Gabbana già dal 2017 e lo consideravamo uno degli aperitivi più curati ed eleganti di Milano, anche per il suo stile profondamente italiano. Proprio per questo, l’esperienza recente è stata profondamente deludente. La storica sala interna, iconica e rappresentativa, non è più accessibile e l’attuale spazio risulta decisamente meno coerente con l’identità che ricordavamo. Anche il servizio appare ridimensionato e meno “italiano” nello stile: meno attenzione, meno racconto, meno capacità di accompagnare l’esperienza. Il personale è in larga parte internazionale e l’approccio risulta standardizzato, poco in linea con ciò che ci si aspetta da un locale di questo livello e di questo brand. Serve molta esperienza sia alla manager che all’intero personale di sala. La proposta beverage è oggi molto semplificata e i cocktail risultano basici, poco distintivi rispetto al posizionamento. Ancora più evidente il cambiamento nell’aperitivo: un tempo curato, vario e generoso, oggi ridotto a poche olive, senza alcuna percezione di valore. Resta un nome importante, ma l’esperienza complessiva non è più all’altezza delle aspettative né dell’immagine che rappresenta. Per quanto ci riguarda, non torneremo.

I had lunch at Dolce & Gabbana Cafe in Milan and was extremely disappointed. I asked the server if they had iced coffee, and his response was, “We’re not Starbucks,” which felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I ordered a salad Nicoise. Unfortunately, the salad was not fresh at all, and the tuna tasted sour — completely inedible. Overall, the service was dismissive, the food was poorly prepared, and the experience was far below expectations for a café of this reputation. Definitely not worth a visit.
