I've always appreciated this particular Peets when in or around Corte Madera. This small local chain of coffee sellers continues to provide me with great flavorful aromatic Joe where ever & where ever I run across them. I like their regular house blend, but they cater to "everything coffee". 5 stars.

I have to say, when I ask for extra tea in my all-time favorite go-to, my Assam Golden Tip, you are literally the ONLY Peets worker, (of all the Peets locations that I visit frequently, and I go A LOT), that has given me the EXACT amount of loose leaf that I want/love! I typically don't like to be that "picky person" at a coffee shop but, as a Russian immigrant, we are very serious when it comes to our tea drinking! 🙂🙂🙂 So, I am giving Hunter 5 stars, and would give 10 stars if it were possible!!! One gentleman there makes the best Cappuccino. Even other Barista @ the same location aren't quite as good. I've enjoyed Cappuccino all over Western States. His are the best.

West Marin has one of the nicest Peet's I have ever been to. I really dig the simple sofisticatiion this little coffee shop offers.

Since the location is across the street from the shopping center, you don't get all of the foot traffic that they get over there, which to me is just fine.

Very nice staff at this location. It's a little small. Not many places to sit and have any privacy. Also when it's cold out it's cold inside. their front door is right next to you

Service was fine when i got a Christmas special coffee a year or 2 - OR 3 - ago.

There's usually a line out of the door at the weekends but they seem to keep it moving rapidly. Overall it's a good to stop for a quick brew if you're passing by. The outdoor seating is popular when the weather permits.

Usual great and strong Peet's brewed coffee. One star knocked off for all Peet's because they went to the Starbucks model of everyone queued in line even if all they want is a cup of joe (instead of a double mocha, crapochina with soy, latte crappola, low fat blah blah blah blah, pay $15, and wait 10 minutes for them to make it)

Mediocre Peet's location. Of the two guys working, one looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there, and the other was walking laps around him. Pastry area was not set up when I came in at 7am, yet they had been open for some time. Smaller location with minimal seating. Parking lot was easy to get in and out of.

Nice staff but it is very hard to find a place to sit outside since they are so short of chairs. They could use a dozen more at least.Several tables are just sitting there without any chairs around them. Very frustrating to go there with friends and not have a place to sit.

The bathrooms are a huge issue. One door has a bad lock yet they are too cheap to replace the lock The toilet looked like it was leaking water on the floor. Usually the bathrooms are gross. They should fix the lock seal the toilet and get some paper towels. Someone should call the health department.

coffee is ehh but that’s just because it’s a corporate spot. im really writing this review because i ordered a latte, they made me a cappucino, i said “this looks more like a cappucino than a latte” and asked for them to redo it. obviously this touched the barista’s ego a bit because she proceeded to make me warm milk with espresso shots added, none of the normal characteristics of a latte. one’s opinion on the coffee you made should not affect the level of customer service one receives. im not making a personal statement against you by saying i want a new one. thanks for reading.

Used to be fully staffed, now a struggle to keep up/service impacted. Ordering ahead can definitely backfire as your order may be forgotten, defeating the purpose. Only go if you have plenty of time to wait...

Once I went in and ordered two breakfast sandos and they only gave me one. Easy fix but I didnt realize it until I was driving away. The bag did feel a little light. The next time I went in and ordered and looked the barrista right in the eye and ordered and they stuck my order deep in a pile of phone in or online orders. I stood there for 10 minutes looking at the person with people coming and going and was never told that my order was ready. I was 5 feet away and staring like a full on creeper until i finally asked where my sando was and she was like, "It's right there under the pile of other bags". Or something like that. So, as consumers, let's lower the bar on this place, lower our expectations. We can still go here and give them our business. The coffee is great and when I'm in Marin on business and need a quick breakfast snack I will still go here.

I’ve come to this peets for a couple of years. Always the same mobile order. This morning my non dairy coffee came with a cream top. I went back in to explain that it must have been a mistake. They made me pay for another coffee!!!! For all the money over the years they couldn’t fix one coffee? Unfortunately they have lost a customer. I’d rather make my own coffee at home than pay $5 for an Americano. And then another $5 for a correct order.

They seem to run out of beans often. Unfortunately they charge you first and then discover that they are out. In my most recent visit they didn’t process the credit correctly so I had to start a credit card dispute. The Bon Air location has many more customers and rarely runs out of beans. This location appears to need a new manager.

Getting verbally attacked by racist Zionist customers while a whole store filled with ppl watched and did nothing. ( I was the only colored person in the entire store. ) No staff member did anything because they are all 16 years old white kids with no knowledge or real experience with racism in this world... and all the adults we're racist, Zionist or pacifist white people themselves. The lunatic who verbally attacked me eventually left, and I left feeling very disappointed in this community.

I hope this was just an off day, but it really stood out given how much I usually enjoy Peet’s. All three coffees were made different and not what I asked for.

I asked if she had the egg white sandwich in stock and she said she "needed" me to "point" to the sandwich or "say the whole name correctly...." How snarky. She rings me up, charges my card and goes to look for a sandwich. Comes back saying they're out of the sandwich "what other one do I want." Right. So all the trouble with not understanding what the egg white sandwich was, making me walk back to point it out, and then making me "say the whole name" and you couldn't be bothered to list off the options you DO have before giving a customer the run around. What service.
