The fro-yo is okay. I've had better, but it's alright. The topping options are on point and the addition of a candy shop doesn't hurt. That is there way to go, if you ask me. Get your frogurt with whatever toppings you like, then hit up the candy section and get some gummy bears, Reece's Pieces or chocolate rocks to add to your cup.

I had ordered extra boba no ice and when I picked it up, it came with ice so when I went back to get it fixed they gave me one with no ice but left out the extra boba. I was tired of waiting so I just left with that. Seems to be unreliable and overpriced.

Has good boba pearls but the drink tastes like water. Also place didn’t look the cleanest. Nothing good here.

I’ve never experienced a boba tea place where none of the drinks include boba, they charge extra to include them at all. Otherwise the menu is just the tea. 👎👎

Boba was oversweet, even by Orange County standards. Worse though, the boba was undercooked, so it ended up hard in the middle. It felt like chewing a normal boba, until you got to the middle and then it felt like plastic. Avoid this place if possible, there are more passable places nearby.

Fro-yo side sucks. The Vanilla tasted like rotten milk. The toppings I got were stale, I asked for new ones and they were stale as well. I like the boba side but they should just take of the fro-yo if the quality is clearly not there! Also I was not greeted at all by these employees with the blankest face and they moved so slowly.

First in this store. I ordered the 110% extra sweet taro milk tea and I was asking the workers if it would be too sweet for me and they said the Reg is pretty sweet already. When I received my drink I was surprised because my taro drink was not purple like it’s supposed to but but more importantly it was not sweet at all as a matter of fact it was bitter and the dumb drink was over $6!! I was disappointed. The ppl working were very nice tho. I will never go back there.

The drinks taste water down and towards the bottom there’s like a chalky texture that I’m noticing with every drink i’ve ordered, and then the boba seems to dissolve? Even if you get it extra sweet, it still taste like 90% water or milk. Please don’t come here you’re better off at Burger King.

Have no idea how this place stays in business. Kind of a "low rent" looking strip mall, but we've found treasures in hole in the wall locations. This wasn't one.

I came here and ordered 2 drinks with boba. They forgot boba in one of the drinks and didn’t offer to remake it. Instead it took 3 people to figure out how to peel the plastic off, pour the boba in, and reseal it. They then had the audacity to charge me .70 cents for the boba they forgot to charge me for. Terrible service. Do not recommend. The drink was also awful, I ordered a thai tea with boba and it was 90% milk :(

Employees work from inside an armored box that is more like bank in downtown LA. Chairs are piled up on the bench lest I dare to sit down and make myself comfortable. Bathroom is off limits and marked “employees only beyond this point”. I guess washing my hands prior to eating is verboten as well. Each transaction prompts me to “leave a tip” however…

The first time I ordered from this place earlier this week the drink was really good so I decided to order again this time the order came very tasteless as if they added a lot of ice and ice have melted but I will not be ordering from him from them again…. My recommendation is to taste your drink before you buy it because this tastes just like water with no flavor
