Went to this chipotle tonight and they gave me barely anything in my bowl. Hardly any protein rice and beans. I asked if they could give me a little more and they looked at me like I was crazy and said “I actually gave you a lot it’s really heavy..” and then the other worker said “those are the portion sizes” I have been to many chipotles over the years including this same one a couple months ago and they definitely have given me more in the past. I will include photos of what I got before I ate any.

I came in today at noon and the first thing I see is the trash bins overflowing, the hand sanitizer is empty and there is food on the floors and none of the tables are clean, this location has failed many times to maintain their area clean and it’s disgusting. When I go to order my food there’s one person working the whole thing from serving my food to ringing me up causing a line to form behind me while the rest of the staff did nothing. It’s unfair to everyone including the staff that everyone has to wait becuase no one is doing their part. This is the only location I have been to besides 17th street that is always understaffed. Not to mention the staff is not welcoming at all and I understand after working in the food industry for so long that you will get unfriendly customers but that does not mean that should effect your customer service for the rest of your customers. Unfortunately after this experience I will no longer be coming back due to all these issues i’ve had in the last previous visits.

Very rude staff my order was late and cashier with glasses who wasn’t doing anything did not bother to ask me if i was picking up food since they don’t put it on the shelf’s like they are supposed too not to mention they are skimping out on proteins !! Better your customer service and portions chipotle !!!

This Chipotle really rushes orders, especially around 10–10:20 p.m. before closing. They barely put anything in the bowls, mess up the bill, and the staff is super unfriendly. I love Chipotle and go often, but this location really needs improvement

Absolutely disappointed to say the least!! About 2 weeks ago I came in and there was no chicken or steak and it was no where near closing hours !! This location has been very consistent on not having enough employees making service extremely slow. There was no ice in the fountain dispenser and not to mention the protein portions are the smallest, Overpriced for what it is, will not be returning.

They need to clean better , I feel like the temperature of the meats can be better and please don’t serve old rice & beans and don’t be so stingy on portion sizes maybe weigh everything?

Extremely rude staff, she was just in rush to seal my bowl order, without asking me if I was done with selecting the toppings. When I asked for salsa on the bowl, she gave me a look as if I had done something horrible. Wish I got her name to be further specific in this review!

I was just at chipotle I get the same thing as you get every time usually comes out to $10 and like $.56 which is the bowl with chicken and then they tell me a different price there’s only a couple dollars difference I think it was like $13 or something And then so I asked for a receipt And the lady there just grabs the stack and just hand me a random one, and it says steak on it. There was roughly 7 to 10 people in line behind me so after I looked at the receipt, I said this isn’t my receipt. I ordered a chicken bowl and I’m not trying to be a Karen. But the fact that you’re laughing overcharging people and then saying hey, wait we can refund you while 10 people are waiting behind me making me look like a straight. Karen is not. So thank you for ripping me off on my chicken bowl.

This location constantly messes up my pick-up & delivery orders by leaving items out of the bag. It’s not just a one time mistake as it happens regularly. With Chipotle prices continuing to increase, it’s extremely frustrating to pay for food I never receive. I’ve tried contacting Chipotle customer service about the constant issues and asking for my money back, but their support is terrible and nothing ever gets resolved. At this point it feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. Until they fix their quality control and take customer concerns seriously, I wouldn’t recommend ordering online pick-up or delivery from this location.
