The food was delicious and I got a great deal. Also, uh, if the franchise sees this, my mom is an older and very unpleasant woman who was very rude to the driver and I just want to apologize from the bottom of my heart. You guys get put through way too much.

I order delivery. It always arrives sooner than estimated. The delivery people are all very pleasant. The pizza arrives hot. The pizza is above average - but the quick and pleasant service is why I continue to order. It is expensive however.

Its a tiny walk up counter. Think what most little Caesar's are, but its pizza hut. I did a walk up order. But I suggest calling in an order or placing an online one if you intend to pick up your own food. They do deliver. Overall pretty good.

With this all written, delivery was 60 minutes, the pie was a cold and no extra sauce or cheese..... I expect obstacles, but I had to call about my order and then it showed up cold. Not impressed.....maybe next time.

Nothing sorry it was not the location. Just your pizza was not that great. Cheese does not stretch. Crust was flavorless, sausage was very salty. I know people love your pizza just not me.

Ordered a medium super supreme. Order was made on time but once home I looked and pizza was missing green peppers and barely had any black olive. Not happy with my order at all. If not for the fact I had to feed the family, I would of turned around and taken it back, gotten my money back and we could of ate McDonalds for less and been full.

The staff were friendly by dang pizza huts recipe has gone down hill. The crust is stiff and flavorless. Also fairly stingy with the toppings

I just ordered pizza, wings and Pepsi but the first person (a guy) to help me was not...answering properly to my two (2) only questions. It's Wednesday and who knows what's with him. He had to transfer me to a very nice lady who actually got my order right. Just the way I wanted it. But, at the end, with no greetings, they just hung up👎👎👎👎👎 Customers don't expect that. Never.

Horrible service told me my food would be there at 5:45 and I had called them back some guys answered and said pizza was on the way. I can back and it’s been a hr and the manager said she cancelled while she started laughing at me I told her that not nice my kids are hungry we have been waiting and you now want to tell me you canceled my order .. with no notice at all she stated she called and no one called back as she still laughed and did give me my order horrible service

I tried ordering last week and had to call because I did not get my order and the person on the other side was just very flippant about it and said that’s life. Gave them another chance a couple days ago. The pizza arrived as stated,Only problem was I got cheese pizza when I ordered the 3 toppings.

This was the second time that my pizza came with the crust not being cooked completely. On every slice 1/2 of it was not edible because of dough or crust not cooked through. The location of this store is on Harbor blvd in Costa Mesa. I can’t recommend getting pizza from his location. I will go somewhere else the next time I want pizza

I would normally be 100% satisfied because pizza hut has always been my number one place to get my pizza I ordered $75 with of food and drinks the other night for the first time in months I decided to treat myself to those boxes they have there along with dessert the female who brought my food must have been on something because she demanded my $100 first and wouldn't even let me get my food not only did this awful person keep my money she kept my food too she was playing mind games just talk talk talk and kept telling me my money is not real hahaha what a joke that was she kept holding the money up putting her phone light to it I was so aggravated with this chick I left and reported her to the authority charges on this chick will go forward if she does not give me back my money either that or I would like my $75 order to be brought to me ism far from happy and that women deserves to be not only fired but thrown in jail for stealing Im a college student and I do not appreciate anything that this awful person did to me it's been a couple of days as is and I still haven't received either my cash back from this chick and or my food

The pizza arrived on time (after 40min even though its a 5min walk away) but it was the most vile thing I've eaten in years. Luke warm, so greasy it sweat orange filth out of every pour, and after eating it I had the pleasure of throwing up all night. After this experience I don't think I will ever waste 15$ on such a sub par piece of garbage. I could have bought 2 pizzas pretty much anywhere else for that price, and chances are they would not have made me as sick if I ate them both as eating half of this pizza made me.

the pizza i got was REALLY thing and wasnt cut fully. The wings tasted pretty bad too. Pizza hut use to be king. The extra cost for stuffed crust was worth it back in the day bu tnow id rather just go somehwere else.

Don’t go there I hope owner do something I have sent mail also along with order number and online deals also It scam to charge a lot while showing baseless deals if they don’t meet those Thanks
