I had a fantastic experience at Chipotle, thanks to a perfectly prepared steak burrito and the incredible service from Natalie and Evelyn. My customized order was spot on, but it was their vibrant energy and genuine kindness that truly made the visit special. Natalie and Evelyn are absolute gems; their warm characters and stellar customer service turned a quick meal into a highlight of my day. It’s rare to meet people so dedicated to making others smile!

The restaurant was super clean and the employees were great. Friendly and smiling. The only problem is that the music was really loud. At least they tried to turn it down when I asked them to. We ordered vegetarian salad and Carnitas bowl and they were both delicious and the food portions were generous. Everything was fresh and tasty. The location add cooler decor and lots of outdoor seating for people that want that.

Apparently I haven’t really eaten for two days. Sure I had a double from Wendy’s today, but that didn’t power me through the whole day. So when I want to really eat and get some fuel for myself I need to go to Chipotle in order to really have enough energy to make it through the whole day. Now the first bite should hook you ✅ The drink you choose should be perfectly mixed ✅ And the service should be wonderful ✅ I definitely recommend this Chipotle. COME EAT AND ENJOY That was THE best burrito I’ve had in a long time!!!!!!

I stopped by this Chipotle around 10:15pm, and while the staff was friendly and polite, I was disappointed that the drink section had already been taken down even though the store is listed as closing at 11pm. I wasn’t able to get the drink I wanted because everything was already being cleaned up 45 minutes early. I completely understand that employees need time to clean and close properly, but I think customers should still have access to the full menu and products until the actual closing time. If the store hours say 11pm, the same options should be available from opening to closing. Other than that, service was good and staff was kind — just hoping the hours can match the availability moving forward.

We’ve officially taken Chipotle off our list. The meat here - both chicken and steak - was awful. It wasn’t really something you could eat. We found ourselves throwing away a lot of food due to the poor quality.

Had to ask the server to mop up a large spill at the front door so no one would slip and fall!! Looked like someone spilled a 20oz drink and no worker saw it. If they had taken 5 min to clean off ALL of the tables in the dinning room that were dirty, and emptied the 3 large trash cans that were overflowing with trash, they wouldn't missed it!!! Also had to ask the server to wipe off the condiments area where the food was being served, which looked like it hadn't been wiped down in 5hrs!!! She immediately did, then washed her hands and continue to serve me. When I was ready to pay again I had to asked the server to wipe the counter down as it was full of food. SHAME ON CHIPOTLE!!! This location was the worse I have ever see over the past 10 yrs!!! That Pass definitely deserves a FAIL😡

Went to this chipotle tonight and they gave me barely anything in my bowl. Hardly any protein rice and beans. I asked if they could give me a little more and they looked at me like I was crazy and said “I actually gave you a lot it’s really heavy..” and then the other worker said “those are the portion sizes” I have been to many chipotles over the years including this same one a couple months ago and they definitely have given me more in the past. I will include photos of what I got before I ate any.

I came in today at noon and the first thing I see is the trash bins overflowing, the hand sanitizer is empty and there is food on the floors and none of the tables are clean, this location has failed many times to maintain their area clean and it’s disgusting. When I go to order my food there’s one person working the whole thing from serving my food to ringing me up causing a line to form behind me while the rest of the staff did nothing. It’s unfair to everyone including the staff that everyone has to wait becuase no one is doing their part. This is the only location I have been to besides 17th street that is always understaffed. Not to mention the staff is not welcoming at all and I understand after working in the food industry for so long that you will get unfriendly customers but that does not mean that should effect your customer service for the rest of your customers. Unfortunately after this experience I will no longer be coming back due to all these issues i’ve had in the last previous visits.

Very rude staff my order was late and cashier with glasses who wasn’t doing anything did not bother to ask me if i was picking up food since they don’t put it on the shelf’s like they are supposed too not to mention they are skimping out on proteins !! Better your customer service and portions chipotle !!!

This Chipotle really rushes orders, especially around 10–10:20 p.m. before closing. They barely put anything in the bowls, mess up the bill, and the staff is super unfriendly. I love Chipotle and go often, but this location really needs improvement

Absolutely disappointed to say the least!! About 2 weeks ago I came in and there was no chicken or steak and it was no where near closing hours !! This location has been very consistent on not having enough employees making service extremely slow. There was no ice in the fountain dispenser and not to mention the protein portions are the smallest, Overpriced for what it is, will not be returning.

Extremely rude staff, she was just in rush to seal my bowl order, without asking me if I was done with selecting the toppings. When I asked for salsa on the bowl, she gave me a look as if I had done something horrible. Wish I got her name to be further specific in this review!

I was just at chipotle I get the same thing as you get every time usually comes out to $10 and like $.56 which is the bowl with chicken and then they tell me a different price there’s only a couple dollars difference I think it was like $13 or something And then so I asked for a receipt And the lady there just grabs the stack and just hand me a random one, and it says steak on it. There was roughly 7 to 10 people in line behind me so after I looked at the receipt, I said this isn’t my receipt. I ordered a chicken bowl and I’m not trying to be a Karen. But the fact that you’re laughing overcharging people and then saying hey, wait we can refund you while 10 people are waiting behind me making me look like a straight. Karen is not. So thank you for ripping me off on my chicken bowl.

This location constantly messes up my pick-up & delivery orders by leaving items out of the bag. It’s not just a one time mistake as it happens regularly. With Chipotle prices continuing to increase, it’s extremely frustrating to pay for food I never receive. I’ve tried contacting Chipotle customer service about the constant issues and asking for my money back, but their support is terrible and nothing ever gets resolved. At this point it feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. Until they fix their quality control and take customer concerns seriously, I wouldn’t recommend ordering online pick-up or delivery from this location.
