Have been a Canes fan since the first one in California (over on Harbor in Costa Mesa) opened up over a decade ago. I live in Newport so I was so pumped to see one opening up so close to me. Just finished eating dinner there about an hour ago, on opening day, and can confidently say this Canes DELIVERED. Chicken, fries, and texas toast were all HOT and cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly and ON IT... super attentive and making sure everyone had what they needed, and offered to take trash away when done. The interior is also pretty nicely decorated. I know it's a little weird to leave a review for a fast food place, but I saw some of the negative reviews and thought I should leave one because I had such a great experience there... not sure what those other cats are talkin about. If you love Canes like I do, it's the same food you know and love in a bitchin location!

Came in today during lunch time with my kids was greeted by the kindest employees the cherry on top was having my chicken served hot and fresh as a Costa Mesa habitant I’m satisfied with this location!

Cool raising Cane‘s has been known for their chicken and trust me this place right here is newly opened and they have the best chicken I’ve ever tried. They’re on top and they’re amazing 10 out of 10. Try this new hit place.

Super pissed.. every other canes opens at 9.. I showed up to this one and they were closed.. I didn’t think to check the time… just super bummed.. it’s ok I went to chick-fil-a instead 😋

Do not go to this canes ever, repeat DO NOT go I went in at 11:00 am on February 24th the food made me throw up and when I asked for a refund the employee told me he didn’t know how to do the refund and didn’t want to get help from anyone on how to complete it so not only is the food not being properly cooked the customer service is not on point at all would love to speak with a manager about my experience if there truly is a manager on scene.

I will Not be back. First day of opening should be the day you Shine. Make us want to come back. There was hardly anyone there, my food was horrible & unedible. The chicken sandwich made of chix finger were Pink on the inside as I took one bite. The fríes were partially raw, way undercooked. Pale in color, not golden brown. They Should have had an Experienced mock crew working, not newbies. When I called to complain I got one of their manager who sounded like a cheerleader in junior high very ingenuious. Nope, no going back. You ruined my would be lunch, wasted my time which is valuable.
