Been 3 times so far and not a single roll has disappointed ^-^ Lady in Red is amazing if you like crispy onions, and the avocado bomb is great for sharing. Will definitely be back again 😀

This place was my favorite since it was called Fushion Sushi. It gets better and better everytime I go. I love the chill ambiance, the hawaiian roll, vegetarian egg rolls, avocado bombs, and crawfish rolls. The service is absolutely amazing as well. At one point our server walked over to rotate our plate so we can easily reach the last piece of sushi. Amazing attentiveness!

I always stop by SkyBay Sushi whenever I come to Costa Mesa. The sushi here is super fresh and delicious every time! The owners are so kind and friendly. It makes the whole experience even better. This time, they gave me a special sashimi with crane saury (which I’d never had before), and it was incredibly fresh and tasty. I was seriously impressed. You can tell they really care about quality and service. If you're a sushi lover or just want to try something fresh and special, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

This is my family's favorite restaurant. Most of all, the sushi is very fresh, the plating is cool and neat, and the staff is friendly. I have no inconvenience taking my child with me. The rolls I always eat are always fresh, and the yellowtail collar is very delicious. Thank you for letting me have a fun time with my family while eating here. I plan to visit again soon.

This review is long overdue… My boyfriend and I always make sure to visit Skybay Sushi as often as possible because of how amazing are visits are every time. My favorite roll is the Mango Tango Roll which is a spicy California Roll with Salmon and Mango on the outside. The hospitality is always perfect and makes us feel very welcomed. This visit, we asked for the chef special and it was so good. The fish is always so fresh and delicious. We have never had a bad experience! So YUMMY ! Thank you James, Clare and Jean!

Best Rolls ever!! My mom and I had Crunch Rolls, Sunset Roll, and ABC Rolls. They all are fantastic and two small females finished them all!!

First time we came. The server was amazing. She was so sweet and caring. She took the time to let us know about the menu. So we decided to come a second time. The service and food is amazing. I highly recommend this place. It’s one of my favorite sushi places now. and I will coming back. The dumplings are crunchy delicious. You need to come and checkout!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this sushi restaurant with a few friends of mine, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The menu we chose was absolutely fantastic. The fresh oysters were some of the best I've ever had, and the sushi rolls were creative and flavorful - not your everyday run-of-the-mill sushi. The chef really knows how to make each ingredient shine, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. But it wasn't just the food that was impressive - the presentation was stunning as well. Each dish was artfully arranged on the plate, making for a truly memorable dining experience. Overall, I can't recommend this sushi restaurant enough. It's clear that their team have poured their hearts and souls into creating a top-notch dining experience, and it shows in every aspect of the restaurant. All my companies of that day shared the similar feelings. I can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious creations.

The fish here was very fresh and delicious. They had a large variety on their lunch menu. We couldn't decide so we asked the chef to make whatever he recommended. It was amazing! It was better than a lot of the other sushi places in the area. The service was excellent and they were very attentive to our needs. I went with my toddler son, and they were always quick to replace the fork he kept dropping. I plan on coming back again in the near future.
