I love their #shakes and #slushies, so good. The food always taste fresh, food always comes out fast, and I really appreciate when they roll out on skates I think it's so cool and nostalgic, glad some decide to do that. They also have a drive thru if your not into the drive up park and order either way service is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a great experience! I ask if they have a pineapple shake because I didn see it on the menu and many years ago I used to drink it in there, they have the best intentions to make it for me ,but at the end they didn't have the syrup, but I have a delicious strawberry shake and some jalapeno poppers!! Yes, still as good as ever!

I went to get a limenande at 12 am, and I was beyond happy with the customer I received. Benji ( not for sure if I spelt it right) was very kind, respectful, and fast with my order. I genuinely appreciate his customer service, and we need more people like this in the food industry !

Always quick, friendly, the drinks and ice are the best! It's the only place I know of to get crushed ice, tastes good and is reasonably priced! I love being able to just pull in order and it's brought out to me! Better than the drive through!

I love Sonic! My go to order is a Vanilla Coke with cheese tots and a corn dog. All of their ice cream and snacks they have are so good. I like all of the options.

Have an absolutely amazing drink selection. I stopped by to have a cold frosty beverage and when I pulled into the stall I looked at the menu and was floored by the choices. I could seriously sit there and probably drink one of everything they offered for drinks. They have  Snowball Slush Float, sonic sunrise which is cherry limeade and orange juice, Blue coconut and vanilla raspberry and pink ladies. One must ask what kind of burger stop sorcery does Sonic practice? Because they even have a happy hour where you can grab a refresher for half price.. what rock have I been hiding under because I had no clue how delectable their drinks are. I would honestly suggest having a shake, a slurpy,or even one of the crazy flavored fountain drinks such as Ocean Water or a fruity grape such with Nerds on top.. Wowsers.. My mouth was in flavor heaven by the time I left. I drove home sat down and thought to myself, Come on man, you have to go back and grab another one of those grape drinks with Nerds blended inside of it. The sweet and sour flavor sat with me for about a half hour until I got back in the car and drove back for one of those crazy Sonic Carhop burgers and a nice ice cold slush.

Overall, the food was quite well for being a fast food joint! It was my aunt and uncles first time being there, so it was a lot of fun for them too. I definitely recommend this place because the food is great but so are the shakes. Don't forget, the shakes are half off after 8 pm!

Food was good. Had not really ever been to Sonic, figured just another chain of fast food burger joints. Bacon Double Cheese burger was excellent, and did get a grape slush with nerds, surprisingly it was pretty good and refreshing on a hot day. Definitely filling and a nice change from the typical fast food chains. Definitely will be back to try the other drinks, quite a few to choose from.

Sonic has more variety than most fast food places, and they've tried to capture, to some extent, the nostalgic feeling some of us old-timers remember from the drive-ins we used to go to. The high-tech ordering stations flanking each parking space can be intimidating the first time you try to use them, however. For those who have less time on their hands, they also offer drive-thru service. Their prices are pretty reasonable, as fast food goes. But a "famous root beer stand" they are not.

Sonic is great, I like the food and quick service. Sometimes they forget to give me ranch or ketchup but it's not the end of the world. They're always friendly and polite. If I could change anything, they used to offer to put a sour syrup in their slushies but don't anymore, I'm bummed! But I still enjoy going there!

I really liked the popcorn chicken. Wasn't a fan of the fries. I definitely would come back for the popcorn chicken. They were a little stingy on the sauce and take it the sauces mixed up.

Large drink selection!! Happy hour from 2-5pm for half off drinks and 99- cent corn dogs. The tater tots are always good. The pretzel twists are good too. They have a sweet, cinnamon one with a icing dipping sauce. They also have a salty one that you can get cheese sauce with. Service is friendly and they try to be as quick as possible.

The shakes at Sonics are amazing to say the least. If you are going by you should definitely check out their peanut butter shake, as it may change your life. The service was okay and the whip cream was a little thick. Sonics is always a place that we like to stop when we get the chance because it's a great snack for the kids and all that thick liquid keeps them busy trying to drink it all. Busy kids are quiet kids which is why we love Sonic.

Would be five stars since I had been in this location often after work on weekends. Today I noticed some items aren't available apparently due to understaffing as far as I'm concerned. But today I even noticed that I got one of the different order that isn't accurate at all. One of my orders was a hot dog but I got chili tots instead which must have been switched with another customer. I also saw that it's terribly busy at 2PM today. Always, my order was always accurate from my previous visits and the food is good, but today wasn't. I would prefer the minor mistake of getting a chili cheese dog instead. Next time, please be very careful with what I'm about to receive after my orders are taken. I don't eat those tots that come with chili and I noticed they're hard and dry(or maybe because I drove home to my location a little far away since traffic jam). It's been a long time since I haven't came back but I do still come after work and I prefer that the orders shouldn't be too much hurrying for me but only making sure that the orders are not only taken correctly which is probably excellent on me on my past long time visits, but must be passed to the right customer which I suspected that happened. The restaurant business I'm working in currently stresses accuracy in orders as well as passing them out to the customers.

The food is good at this location, but the service can be a bit slow. I always order on the app for the discounts, so I have to park in the stalls. The screen will tell you someone is coming with your order, but they might not show up for 10+ mins. I think they're trying to cheat on how long it takes their orders to come out or something. Once your order does come it's good and the staff are friendly.

Pretty good service and friendly servers. Food is good but not representative of how great sonic is in the south. Its just so so here. But half price drinks is always worth the drive here. Don't forget to tip the servers!! Regardless of the. Wearing skates or walking two feet from the kitchen, it's tradition and helpful!

Sat for 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks and some popcorn chicken... really poorly run. Wish I didn't love the cherry limeade as much as I did!

I come here all the time to buy ice and never have a problem but this time when I go I don't even get a full 10 lb bag I get a 8 lb bag and was still charged for price.

The good is that the desserts here are second to none for a fast food place (okay, maybe them and DQ are neck-and-neck in that department, but still!) and the menu items generally can do no wrong. The bad is that there are times where the speed of service is absolutely ridiculously slow. Best to patronize this spot during non-peak hours or late night, lest you get caught in the rush yourself.

Love their food and shakes!!! But after having some difficulties trying to get my order across correctly when I received my order my shake was wrong. And after all the trouble I had already gone through I gave up and just left without trying to get the issue fixed. So I took 2 stars for that but I totally give the food a full 5 stars 🌟

The last time I went here, I waited 10 minutes and there was no sign of my order. I pressed the call button to check on my order and they said it was coming. After another 10 minutes, I called again and said it had been over 20 minutes, and I wanted to know if they were ever going to bring out my order. They then told me that they accidentally sent our order to the drive through window and didn't know where it was supposed to go. They finally brought my order out and the manager had removed the charges for all of the food, and only charged me for the drinks. A little bit of a frustrating experience, but at least they owned up to the mistake and didn't charge me for the food.

The soft serve ice cream has weird chunks here. The manager was very nice and said the reason why is because they don't use the ice-cream machine enough so the ice cream comes out chunky. I didn't like the consistency of chunky ice cream at this location but the Manager was nice enough to refund me.

Food Good, Service Horrible. If you are in a hurry or on your lunch hour, be warned about going to this Sonic location. I don't know what the problem is with their drive-thru, but it is horrible. When I pulled up they asked me to wait a moment. I did and they NEVER came back in over 10 minutes. Two cars behind me left. I was so curious as to how long it would take them to ever respond that I timed it and was also saying, "Hello", but no one ever responded. I finally drove toward the window where there was only one car ahead of me, and they were leaving as I pulled forward. I told the person at the window that no one ever came back on the line to take my order. No apologies or any kind of explanation. I didn't expect one though because this has happened more than once, but I usually just leave. My order was then $12 and change. I gave them a $20 and they gave me the amount of my order back, so we had to fix that. I don't even know how this location is surviving with this type of service, or actually lack of service. Too bad.

We love the iced coffee mixed with shake here! But, unfortunately we got a chili dog the other day for my daughter and it had mold on it!! They didn't really apologise or even seem surprised. I put in a mobile order and the mobile app wouldn't allow me to check in. I walked to the main door and explained my problem and the two people helping me just asked for my name and said "ok" and walked away. I watched several people go in and out of the door and nobody provided an answer. After 15 minutes of waiting, my order came out. The slush drink was the wrong size and not even mixed and the pretzel I ordered didn't have cheese sauce on the side. All and all, not the end of the world. I just didn't like that I was ignored and the order was wrong. I didn't bother going back to correct it. I waited long enough.

The food is not very good. It's ok. The worst thing about this place, though, is that there's one person doing all of the non-cooking work. One. For a place with 30 or 40 spots to pull in and be served! It took the guy next to us 12 minutes to get a corndog lol.

Came up to the window and ordered for 5 people. All 5 burgers were wrong and cold the first time. The second time our burgers were wrong and warm. You experience may vary, but I'm sharing mine here and it wasn't good. I had a car full of kids and a hungry girlfriend at home. After 10 minutes queuing in the drive thru line we were still one car from the speaker box. That's when things took a turn south. For some reason the drive thru could not figure out that there was a car waiting to order and a line behind them wrapping around to the street. After calling the restaurant from my car and waiting for 10 minutes someone finally came out and told the car in front of us to move their car so it would "trigger" the drive thru. This didn't work and they eventually instructed the car to order at the window. Why the driver of that car didn't try doing something for 10 minutes, I have no idea. Now that we made it to the speaker box I ordered the food for my girlfriend and then started ordering milkshakes for the kids. That's when they informed me that there milkshake machine was broken. After 20 minutes in line I'm only just finding out that I can't order the milkshakes I promised all my kids. It was an incredibly frustrating situation and I will wind up having to drive to another restaurant and order milkshakes there. There was little concern by the staff and they did not answer the phone when had attempted to call. I'll likely not be returning. I understand this is only my experience, but a bit more attention to the situation and understanding from the staff would have patched things up. They did none of that and just went on with their day.

After a wonderful night at Oc Nights of lights , I took my family to sonic drive in for some of those first times, And it was terrible from the food to their service .The Assistant Manager Celeste has terrible communication skills and her customer service skills is at a level of a toddler. From the first interaction on the speaker she was Hard of hearing for the whole order and after every item asked is there anything else, I was rushed to place a order for 10 ppl, The order was never repeated back for accuracy.We waited at least 15 minutes ,When she came out she handed us the order and said receipt in the bag.Upon checking the food we were missing numerous of items,We called through the speaker and she was combative about if i was sure about what i ordered & (i knew i was because i made sure i wrote the whole order in my note before placing the order). She came to the car with One of the 4 items i told her was missing ,I asked about the sauce we requested and as I’m asking Im informing her our food is cold ,She walked off and said let me get your sauce,As she returned I’m trying to hand her the bag of cold food she says i can’t take that and where is your receipt, I gave her the same receipt covered in soda she gave me , She looked disgusted walked off to go correct the cold food. We had spent all night looking for a ice-cream spot and we found this sonics nearby so we decided to stop by we had spent over 30 minutes looking for ice cream btw and when we got there they said their ice cream machine was broken so we were mad and we tried to get something similar on their menu but the machine for that was also broken so we just got shakes but when we were finished with them my stomach hurt for an hour and we didn't even know why. Worst experience ever! The wait was so long we ultimately didn't get to order food! I pushed the button after deciding with my 4 kids what they wanted after 15 minutes. Someone took another 15 minutes to even respond and said they be right with us, and never came back. We just sat there waiting, I gave it sometime before pressing the button again. Maybe another 20 minutes. I pushed the red button again and it took another 10-15 minutes for a response. The girl came back on and said she'd be right with me and I told her she already had promised that and never came back, she said that it was because it was just her and 1 other person. I waited awhile again and she never came back, we ultimately left and went to Taco Bell and Rasing Canes. Another truck was waiting in front of their door and I hee they weren't serving people and she said they had messed up her order. I couldn't believe after being here for over an hour and trying to be as patient as possible, we didn't even get the food we had intended to order. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone nor ever come back. I was a happy paying customer. Not rude or angry and this was the service we got.

This place is wild. The first time I ate here they made my sandwich 4 times. The manager did apologize and gave me a free meal. Fast forward to a month ago I tried it again and they made my food completely wrong. I had to drive back, the manager was very nice about it. TODAY my grandma ordered a chili cheese burger with onions. They brought it out with no onions, so they brought her out some when she asked. After realized there was no hamburger patty. It was just chili, cheese, and bread. She sent it back and they remade it saying they had no idea that she wanted a hamburger patty. I’ve tried so hard to let this place redeem itself but it’s like they want to mess up your food 🤦🏼‍♀️

Sonic has gone downhill. Chicken sandwich was sloppily put together, not crispy, tasted of freezer burn. The tater tots were not hot and also tasted old and sad. My partner's burger was dry and tasteless. Years ago this place was much better.

On a road trip. Promised my kids icecream. We waited over a half an hour with lots of more miles to cover. I spoke with three different employees. Very disappointed with the way we watched almost 20 customers get their service. It feels like our order didn't matter at all. Arrived at 8:55. Typing this review at 9:40. Still no icecream! We drive hours to get to this point. Heck I would be a good deal closer to camp if we avoided this place. 9:50 Manager came out and took my order personally.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Sonic location. The staff, who appeared to be quite young and inexperienced, seemed completely uninterested in providing even the most basic level of customer service. From the moment I pulled up, it was clear that the employees were more focused on chatting with each other than actually doing their jobs. The service was painfully slow, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the staff responded with eye rolls and attitude instead of an apology or any effort to fix the issue. They seemed more annoyed that I disrupted their social time than concerned about getting my order right. Overall, the staff lacked professionalism and maturity. Their poor attitude and lack of basic customer service skills made this visit a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning to this Sonic, and I suggest others steer clear until they hire employees who actually care about their jobs and their customers.

1/2 off slush = 1/2 the flavor; just tasted like tap water flavored ice. We had to wait again & ask them to put actual flavor. They still didn’t add any, & it tasted the same 😂 Expect to wait 20 mins at this location, even when it’s dead. Smh

I usually don’t write reviews for food places but this was kinda rly disappointing. We got 3 blasts and a sundae and the ice cream came out practically already melted. All the blasts barely had any toppings and the hot fudge sundae had less than a teaspoon of fudge.

I ordered food at 9:30 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Waited some time. The person brought our order and as she handed them to me, I asked what it was (so I can hand it to the right person) she replied she didn't know as she didn't input the codes. So we had to separate each order in the car. I asked for No Mayo on a burger, for one of my children. Burger came with mayo. Had to get it changed. Why does someone have to go though this paying $60 for a meal? I don't think what I asked for was our of the ordinary

Hadn't had Sonic in over a decade and thought to try it out and see how it compared to other fast food places. Food was room temperature, at best. Seemed like it had been prepared way in advance and left sitting out... everything tasted old. Only thing that was good was the limeade. Didn't get all the sauces that were requested in the app and wasn't provided napkins. Overall, extremely disappointed with the experience and won't be ordering from Sonic again as almost all the food was just thrown out. If you're in the mood for fast food, go elsewhere. On the same street there are 2 McDonald's, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, Jack in the box, etc.

Took 20 mins for simple shake. Came out runny and no cherry on top.

i love sonic but these workers are awful, so rude. called us fat and didn’t even give us all our food. they messed up a lot of our order and had a very bad attitude. plus they no longer use roller skates which is sad

I waited in line for 20 minutes. No one was ahead of me. Two cars behind me left the line. I ordered a kids meal, that's it. There was MAYBE 5 cars in the stalls, they were not busy. Every time I come here the wait gets longer and longer. Staff more people or close the store. We were missing the apple sauce from the kid's meal this time, last time it was expired and carbonated.

I will never go to this location again. The drive thru worker was rude and lacks even basic customer service. You can tell by their tone of their voice they hate their job. They shorted me a cheese burger, but charged me for it. The other burgers where cold and they gave me old fries. Cold food is par for the course for this location. Look at the other reviews. Stay away from this location. The management team obviously does not care about providing even a basic fast food experience. I am thinking of reporting them to corporate. It is not the customer's fault that you guys hate your jobs.

Absolutely! By far the worst Sonic location I have ever been to in the 40 Years of me being alive. I sat here for 45 minutes waiting for my mobile app order after checking in and now I'm leaving hungry, starving and pissed off. I hope this location gets shut down because the manager and general manager both don't do a damn thing for this place.

Your app is broken. You should just do drive thru only.. I dont even why im tipping, at least in a restaurant they bring you your food. Here they make you wait in the drive through

Fist time to a sonics and let me tell you Horrible service, I’ve been waiting for over 25 min to get my food. They need to hire more people only two people working. Will not be returning.

Worst fast food experience ever. Spent over 40 minutes in the car waiting for 2 kids meals and a milk shake. We got so tired of waiting, we just had them refund our order and went to the McDonalds down the street. Either the place is very understaffed or the team is just slow and lazy. They didn’t seem to care at all when we asked why the food was taking so long or when we asked for the refund.

This place doesn’t respect delivery drivers. Every time I’ve picked up here, it’s seems they decide they’re going to make every other order first and have us wait 10 minutes. I’ve routinely waited 10+ minutes here for items that take 30 seconds to prepare. One of the only problem restaurants out of probably hundreds I pick up from. The vast majority of the time at other restaurants the order is ready when we get there and there is no wait at all.

HORRIBLE! Run don’t stop here. We ordered a footlong and from the start the order taker was rude and had absolutely no customer service but it got worse! Our car hop Jennifer brought our food out mind you since we ordered the footlong I knew it was going to look a mess as she put everything in one bag and was holding it up right. I looked at our food and sure enough the chili and cheese had gone all to one side and not only that the bun was all torn and pieces. I asked them to remake it and they were upset WITH ME! no apology, they didn’t even acknowledge my request I had to ring the button again and asked if they got it Management needs to look into Jennifer Check number 417322

i came to get lunch here, excited to try since ive tried sonic in the south and have had way better experiences, and unfortunately they did not meet the same standards or expectations. it seems like jennifer could hardly hear when we were ordering. we asked for a customized double smashed with chilies and we did not get any chilies. just onions and cheese. we also asked to replace our order number 5, and make it an 11 and she did not hear or get that correct either. she was very short when she could hear. we asked for more ketchup and she told us “its in the bag” as if we weren’t requesting more ketchup than 3 measly packets. i will never return to this location. please invest in better speakers systems and better customer service training. very disappointed.

Honestly, very bad experience. Workers are clearly either understaffed or the service is extremely slow. Took nearly an hour just for a half effort made slushie. Extremely disappointed in this. No reason for this slow of service when not even 3 cars were in the lot. Waste of time and effort, do NOT come here. save your money and time and go to the other closest one. If i could give it a one star review i would.

We had ordered a small fry via mobile order $1.99 menu. I had told them about my mobile order and after waiting 10-15 minutes They had forgotten about my order entirely and I had to inquire about my order to which they brought me my order cold. And with the wrong sauce for my order as well.

Never have been here it was my first time and it will be my last.. I went thru the drive thru and I asked if they had soft serve which she replied kindly yes. So I asked ok I’ll get a large soft serve she replied with we only have one size. So I said ok that’s ok I’ll take a soft serve. When it came to receiving my order I looked at her like if it was someone’s else’s order.. and I asked her is this it?? She’s like yes. And I’m like uh.. ok how is this a soft serve? It’s melted and in a big cup… I thought you only had one size? And she just said this is your soft serve and so I left… this was disappointing….it was filled not even half way and it was so melted like it was swirling around while I was trying to drive to work..

Horrific customer service I received yesterday .Around 5pm my family and I placed separate orders through the online service which was great and came in handy the issue we had was with an employee i believe her name was Jennifer she was so rude and and unpleasant to speak with she pretty much threw our bags in the car this was our first time visiting a Sonic restaurant and with the service we've received probably going to be our last and on top of the our food was cold and the fries were hard very overcooked. When I brung this issue to corporates attention I just got offered a free slush which I declined because i won't ever visit this establishment again. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone visit this location.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. One burger came with only 1 patty. I opened a support ticket and they closed it without even helping me. Then they asked me to give them feedback on their support and if they were helpful or not. So this particular restaurant makes a mistake, which is reasonable, but then their support does not even help you correct the mistake. Awful business practices

Given this place MANY MANY MANY chances. I love sonic but seems the people who work here either are incompetent or haven’t been trained well. The burger in the picture was a no. 2 but they put the meat and cheese upside down giving it NO TASTE. Who does that? As far as I know condiments should always be with the lettuce. The lettuce was just gross in the burger by itself. Also when you go through drive through they are too nervous to pay attention to you. They ramble and mess up your order. Second picture is of today. I got mozzarella sticks AND THEY BURNED THEM CRISP. They definitely all need further training.
