Great experience with a very nice and friendly staff. We were greeted promptly by one of the gentlemen working behind the counter, who you could tell was an owner and took pride in his restaurant. Everything was very clean and he was spending extra time cleaning everything behind the counter when guests weren’t waiting.

One of the only places to get a good cheesesteak around here. Their deli sandwiches are also great! all high quality ingredients and better than any other chains.

A great sandwich shop! Not only was my sandwich tasty (and supporting Canine Companions), it was prepared by friendly staff using fresh ingredients. This first visit definitely put Jersey Mike high on my list for sub sandwiches. My second time there was just a good as the first! 🏆

First timer for me at Jersey Mikes. Let me say this, the sandwich was good but not a great showstopper. Kinda pricey too BUT they have 8 inch and 16 inch subs unlike most places that at 6 and 12. So more food for the buck so to speak. The staff were amazing!! This is a small location - kinda like take out only but they have a few seats and tables. There was a guy at the counter that was ordering a dozen or more sandwiches…one at a time apparently for a an office thing. The staff was so patient and worked so well together it did not take long for my order to go in. I got the cheesesteak. They grill the meat to order so it took a bit longer but considering they grill the meat to order, not toast it in an already made sandwich the delay was expected and appreciated. All in all a good experience. I will go back!

It was my first time at this location from out of town and let me say these are the nicest and friendliest Jersey Mikes employees I’ve ever seen. However I was disappointed that they wouldn’t honor my coupon. I’ve had success at other locations but this location I informed me I would have to do an online order to receive the reward. What’s the difference? Jersey mikes needs to work on the rewards program if that’s the case. I am a member of many businesses rewards programs and they ALWAYS allow redeeming rewards in store or on the app. It was disappointing because that was the main reason for my visit today.

I was disappointed in their turkey sand. done the jersey mikes way but the turkey tastes like it’s boiled absolutely no flavor. Won’t order that one again. 2025 just had roast beef sandwich brought to me by my son in law and a little disappointed I don't like shredded lettuce and roast beef flavor gets lost. Next time I need to get a hot sandwich. Funny they only have turkey,roast beef, ham, salami, no pastrami or corned beef.

The associate proceeds to put tomato, onion, lettuce, pickles and mayo...not what I asked. The bread was soggy when I got home from how wet the tomato and lettuce were. Hence why I specifically ask for no tomato, onion, or lettuce. They did give me a free cookie since it was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. Cookie was raw in the middle, sandwich wet, all for the price of $18!?! Not exactly the best experience...
