The food has always been fresh at every visit. They take their time and make sure your order is right. Which may be the reason why the line moves slowly. I had the tuna luau and salmon poke bowl. It was delicious!

Great customer service!!!! If you've never been here and are kind of confused on how to order. The counter people are awesome!!!! I don't like salads. However, the way they put the dish together is sooooo good. Brown rice, salad, choice of different raw fish. From non spicy to SIRACHA spicy.

Karina, I believe, is the lead or supervisor who is well mannered with a good attitude. I forgot the young man's name, who prepared my food entrees, but he is very nice as well, and polite with a great attitude. I'm glad to have been able to come back again to this place for another to go order.

AhiPoki is one of the best poke places to get your poke on! Wide selection of sashimi, veggies, and extras to add on to a wonderful experience. Bowls and scoops big enough to keep the hunger down. There are different flavored sashimi like their new Blaze which is fire 🍣🔥🔥🔥!!! Try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. New location at Rialto Renaissance opening soon! (Closer to me!) 😍👏🤙😁

This place is so bomb! It was my 2nd time trying poke, first time elsewhere I was left displeased and didn't like poke, but I decided to give it another chance so I came here. Ingrid was super helpful! I had to leave a review! Anyways new to this I picked out the protein and asked her to help pick out what went well with my choice. I seriously love this place. The poke has never disappointed me, and it's a great place to pop in for a quick lunch! Today I had a salmon and tuna bowl. Their sushi burritos are pretty good, too!

Amazing place. Even thought they gave us salmon instead of chicken it was delicious. We had to pay for the salmon but they were really nice because they gave us a discount and gave us free drinks. Overall very good food. I recommend my order.(white rice, soy beans, crab salad,green onions, and, garlic soy sauce and house sauce and the meat was salmon)

It's one of the vest poke places! The creamier, the better. We get both house sauces and the creamy Sriracha, and the proteins we get are the two creamy salmon and tuna and the tuna with the avocado. We get half salad and half white rice, so it is not too heavy on us. It doesn't matter what protein you get. It's all good. The key is in their creamy sauces! The day was very friendly, and we loved her customer service. The environment is welcoming and the price is affordable. We will be coming back!

We came from another restaurant that wasn't clean or professional. So we left there and decided to come here. We were met with a bright attitude and a smile. Kim was super genuine and very helpful to my sister and I. So that confirmed for us that coming here was the better option. On top of great customer service the food was absolutely delicious. Salmon was good. I had enough leftover for a lunch at work. For the price it isn't bad at all. I just wish it had been presented on a plate for dining in.

Food was very fresh. The spring mix was crisp, no browning, edamame was superb. Salmon was large and chunky, crab was very finely shredded! House sauce is sesame seed based. Brown rice was good but could've used less water at cooking. Overall great for my first try here, I ordered delivery on Postmates. Portions were exact.

Albacore and the seaweed salad was also standout. Prices were a little high but with what they offered I was game to pay. Will try again if I am in the area.

It has a self serving soda fountain and utensil station. Specialty drinks such as Thai-Tea, Guava Island juice and Tropical juice are also available. There are plenty of parking space as well. Recommended.

Not great with the serving portions on the 3 scoop of the poke bowl. The first time I went I noticed that they don't give you much. I gave them another chance a couple of months later and it was the same thing. Very disappointed. ☹️ Won't be going there again.

The ambience is good, went around noon on a Thursday and the place was packed, their serve system is great, everything seemed to follow. I love Poke, it's practically sushi in a bowl (to me anyway), the taste was ok, the ginger seemed old and dry as you can tell in the photo, and this particular bowl was not as "fresh" as it should have been. This bowl consists of 3 "Meat" servings 2 Salmon and 1 Spicy Tuna (they had a Spicy Salmon Option that looked delicious) some seaweed salad, crab meat ontop of brown rice. It's a smaller portion bowl than I'm normally use to, however it's still good. Let's work on keeping the items tasting "Fresh".

The food was good but I am very disappointed in the portion received. We paid $34 for 2 pokie bowl that came with 3 scoops for delivery. When we receive the items it was only 2 scoops. A customer should not have to physically be in person to trust restaurant to give correct or fair amount of scoops. It's about having repeat customers vs 1 time visit.

The food is good often. Recently went there though and the fish they served was frozen. Super gross experience. The bigger issue though and the reason for the review is the one girl who consistently works there behind the counter. I’ve waited to write this as I wanted to give it a few times, but every time I go in there, doesn’t matter if it’s completely dead/slow, she rushes you through the process almost as if she’s annoyed that you are there or that you don’t know the menu as well as she does. Basic customer service: Slow your process just enough to genuinely interact with customers and not just shove items in their bowl that they aren’t even sure of because you are rushing them to complete the process.

The food is good but they are soo tide with serving portions for the toppings, I order a miso soup and they gave me half of the cup I asked for extra ginger, and they say they will charge me an additional fee I know that we are on a recession, and everything got more expensive but if I order, I miss a soup and I’m paying for it. I want to get what I’m paying for it not half of the portion.

DON'T GO HERE- unless you want to pay almost $20 for a salad with a few chunks of fish/shrimp. They use a maybe, and I mean maybe, a teaspoon sized scoop to serve the toppings. Charging people $18 for that is outright INSANE. Ahipoki, we supported you all through COVID, and you're one of the few fortunate restaurants not to close unlike many, many others. One would think you would show a little more gratitude for your patrons. Today you just lost a customer of 8 years.

CANNOT BE TRUSTED :(. I've been here over 30 times and in person service is fine but online orders are a blatant rip off. Ordered eight poke bowls today and five of them were wrong, all missing Ahi tuna. They were so cheap that they didn't even put enough mixed greens to cover the bottom of each bowl, the black plastic was visible on all sides. Disappointing! Never trust this location for online orders. This is the third time they get my online order wrong and that is consistently unacceptable.

This is my second time there. First was great. This second was horrible. We ordered 4 order of Unagi Musabi. They give us our order and once we got home found all 4 boxes full of just rice. They said it was a mistake but no one before us ordered rice…. Had to go all the way back and get corrected order. They did give us 2 free drinks…. Still didn’t cover the gas to go back. And this worst part is they burnt the Unagi!!! All you tasted was charcoal…… won’t be going back.
