Me and my husband came in for Bunch of Lunch but my husband forgot his mask. I’m so thankful to Elvia for going out of her way to get some more disposable masks from her car just so that way we can come in and enjoy our lunch. This place is awesome!

Customer service or staff was excellent!. But my chicken breast was extremely dry. Seem as though it was just reheated, to appear to be fresh. But I do love Shakey's pizza!

This Shakey's location has always proven to be a great experience. As a young kid it was a fun exciting place to meet other kids, play games, and enjoy quality fresh-made pizza. As an adult I still frequently visit with my parents and we enjoy it every single time. With the pandemic passing the arcade games room is not yet open, so don't expect your children to get the full featured experience. It is still a nice atmosphere and is absolutely worth trying if you've never been.

By far the nicest Shakey's I've been to. The employees were friendly and had good service and the food came out hot and fresh. Can't ask for more. It was also very clean. The arcade looked pretty decent and had a large prize selection.

My previous visit at another location left me disappointed, but this time, everything was different. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded my expectations. Came to Shakey's with my family and kids,.. had a great time. the food was so good and the customer service was even better. 👍💯 they came around often to make sure you have everything you needed at your table they were always cleaning making sure the dining area was clean and inviting. The manager Elvy was amazing.. she went over and above to make sure our experience was a great one and recommended the barbecue chicken pizza that was awesome. She took her time taking our order and explaining the menu to us and everything was great.

I had such a great server, Maria Sosa is the best she is so great at taking our order, great at always smiling always in good spirits knows how we like our order. Maria makes going to shakeys such a joy out of a 10 we give her a 10 +. It is such a a shame there are not more servers like Maria it would make dinning out and awesome experience for everyone. Good friendly service from the employees that were walking around the dining area making sure it stayed clean, including making sure your plates didn't pile up at the table. We were there for the brunch buffet. The females running the point of sales systems weren't bad, but they seemed like they were miserable having to be there.

It happened to be a little crowded so getting our pizza took a little while. But the young staff that was servicing our table did an excellent job by making sure we had all the condiments and everything we needed. I was really impressed with how well the meal was because of how busy it was. We will definitely go back!!

This location is excellent! The food is great and my daughter loves the play area they have. We usually come for the buffet. They are very good about keeping the buffet stocked so people are not having to wait. The will also make any pizza you request for the buffet. Plenty of seating.

This is a place where you take your family and four seconds after they give you mojo potatoes they will disappear. The mojo potatoes, the pizza, and the chicken are all delicious dishes to try. When I was there I noticed that they were filming an ad. When I asked for more information they told me that it was an ad which was being made by kids in middle school. I suggest looking for this ad on the Azusa, slauson, and possibly Shakey's websites for the ad.

Hadn't been here in years. The hospitality was a 5 out of 5. It was a last minute accommodation for a large group and they were great.

It's a great spot for lunch. The Mojos are great along with the chicken, pizza, pasta..... Their shrimp pizza is "D-Shiz-Nit" if you ask me! We went 2 days in a row for some odd reason.

First time to this location. Very pleased with everything. There were plenty of tables to sit in. The seats were very cushioned and clean. Food got to us quickly. A plus for there being tables in the same room as the arcade. Great for families to enjoy and keep an eye on the children while they play. The only negative thing in my opinion is the music was a bit too loud. There is a lot of parking!

Shakey’s Pizza was honestly really good. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and you can tell everything was made right. The drinks were cold and went perfectly with the food. The whole experience was great good food, good atmosphere, and definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m craving pizza. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is on the side of Aldis toward Arrow Highway. They serve food for the entire family. I went for the Bunch of Lunch special. It is a best-fit buffet featuring their regular and specialty pizzas, spaghetti,vegetables,fried chicken, macaroni/potato salad, green salads with various dressings etc. They have a variety of beverages. The service is welcoming, The prices are competitive. The food is good. You can even order your Bunch of Lunch special to go. Mall parking is ample.

Good Shakey's location. I've been to about 5 locations in different cities. I went on a Saturday around dinner time and even though it was busy, the service was good amd so was the food. Crispy and fresh chicken and mojos, and the pizza was just a little too cheesy but still tasty. My only complaint would be that the women's restroom needed some attention. It was dirty. Also, the diaper changing table in the women's restroom is in a dark corner in one of the stalls, the lighting is pretty bad there. Other than that, all good. One more thing, the tiger wing sauce was pretty good 👍 we got it on the side.

I had to doc one star from the score as the restaurant made the mistake of leaving cheese on a pizza we asked for no cheese for. However the staff was friendly and polite and replaced that pizza which was originally a nine inch to a large, cheese-less pepperoni pizza for no extra charge. Their willingness to please the customer when they make mistakes encouraged me to give them a good score. Although this location is an inconvenient drive for us we have found an excellent pizza replacement for our old preferred pizza place. We may buy pizza here again it was very tasty. We recommend going with pan crust and the seasoning, sauces, and well cooked meats and pepperoni made for a delectable treat for the whole family. The cooking was transcending the limits of what normal pizza tastes like. Shakey's brings a phenomenal clash of good flavors, a well respectable staff, and a kind and cleanly atmosphere. Went last night to thus Shakeys and had a good time celebrating my son's birthday with his friends. The employees Emily and Vanessa were extremely helpful and polite. The place was full that night but we were able to get seats. They have a nice arcade and tables in there so you can sit and watch your lil ones if need be. I appreciate good service. The food was also good. Especially the chicken.

The three stars are for their food because everything came out perfect. We had a party of 10 and no one went home hungry. I would have given more stars but their arcade area is basically in shambles. Most of the games were broken and dirty. Also, some of them took our credits too! For families, this area makes up the strong half of this restaurants appeal but our trip here was lacking.

The cashier was kinda rude and not friendly. She wasn't very helpful with the specials. Bathroom smell, like they are using old dirty mop water. The arcade area was not very clean and tables were dirty. There wasn't very many people inside, I'm not sure if they were busy right before we walked in. But there were several staff members working, so not sure why things were not being kept up. Food came out fast, hot, and correct!

I'm not absolutely crazy about Shakey's. Personally I do not believe their pizzas are worth the price they charge for them, but I realize it's more about the environment and ambience. Our kids love it here so we do make the occasionally visit. On this particular day, I got the salad bar and at the salad bar they had what looked like tapioca pudding. I grabbed some for the kids after they had finished their pizza and mojos and to my surprise it was sour! It tastes like it had been fermented. I alerted the staff (who confirmed that yes it is tapioca pudding) and I didn't see anyone be quick about removing what was there. On the upside, the place is mostly clean (the times we go)and the staff always has a smile and is polite.

Food is a hit or miss. Service is ok. It is always crowded during the evenings. Idk why, but my family likes to come here for celebrations. There are hardly any arcade games.

It was just okay. I got takeout the other night and got the chicken and mojo potatos deal. It comes with a drink which was nice. The chicken has a good flavor but felt very dry and wasn't super warm. It was a ranch sandwich but there was no ranch. The potatoes were okay but kinda hard. I probably wouldn't order here again.

Came into the lunch special took over 20 minutes for the food to be ready when we got it. It was hot and it was fresh. Nobody let us know how long it was gonna be and they kept serving a bunch of people in front of us, but it was lunchtime so they haven’t all you can eat buffet, which is a great deal and they do have their mojo potatoes, which are always delicious 10 out of 10 recommend but just don’t go during the lunch. Period and then ask how long it will be went into the fun area and nothing was working. The table area was all off-limits because of broken glass and the gal that was working there I was extremely rude and didn’t even ask if she could help us. She just walked Away so I wouldn’t recommend going to the play area but if you’re hungry and want food, there’s plenty of parking and public restrooms.

It was not that good. It took a whole hour to get our food and we went to Home Depot and then like it took a whole hour and then they didn’t even have it ready.

The food at Shakey's has gone backward, and the Mojo's used to be steamy and moist in the inside. Now they're dry and have no taste, the chicken gets a pass. The pizza tastes like cardboard, with sauce on it and cheese.

I have not eaten here in years at least more than 10. Got a pizza and mojos combo from here. The pizza was so burned! It even tasted burned. The pizza was very greasy too. I know it's not health food, but the bottom of the box was totally soaked with grease. Mojos were great! I loved them. Way better than the pizza. Willing to give this place one more chance before I stop eating here for good.

Me, my girl and her 2 daughters decide to try this place out. I haven't had shakers in a while. I have to say they only got 2 stars cause of the service, and the pizza was fresh. The MOJO potatoes seemed old, not fresh. Or over cooked. I also order chicken strips. The batter was hard to bite through. They chicken inside seemed tough, chewy, like rubbery texture. My aunt went to go pick up a pizza and Mojo’s the pizza seem like it was undercooked different than usual, and the Mojo’s lady told my aunt there was 24 pieces. I posted two pieces of the 24. And there was six more like that. SMH they were like the end pieces of the potato.

Service has gone down a lot. The last few times we’ve gone it hasn’t been the same managers weren’t attentive condiments were empty. Horrible service that’s for sure. They seem unhappy to be there. Managers are constantly getting change out. Which I wonder if that’s one of the issues! I think they let go of the good managers that are attentive and actually care. Don’t get me wrong nothing is wrong with the food minus the salad bar at times isn’t very fresh.

The restaurant was filthy. It looked like a college bar at 2am. The restaurant was not very busy. The pizza was ok but it wasn't anything special. A young man (employee) picked up a few napkins off the floor and cleared one table there were two tables that remained dirty for the entire 45 minutes we were there. I found more than one hair on our pizza's. Assistant Manager Vicky informed me that food handlers do not need to wear hair nets. No refund was offered just a new pizza.

Shakeys ... I miss the pre covid19 Shakeys. I understand that safety for both the associates and diners is of most importance but customer service should still be part of your dining experience. Divider shelf was dirty with food particles. You can no longer get a glass of water or soda. How is it that some restaurants allow it? You cant get a personal pitcher of water for your table but you can get a pitcher of beer?? We even talked to the manager who also said GM was there but still stood strong on the policy of no pitchers of water.
