We stopped here on our way home for a quick bite from a lengthy trip trip. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was one of the old buildings with the double drive-through. It was very clean and the food was as excellent as as you should expect from In-N-Out. The outside eating area was neat clean and orderly and look like it was was serviced regularly.

I like the concept, food was great for the price.

I remember going to this location back in the 60’s. Grew up right down the street. Not sure what the store number is must be in the single digits. Hint order the fries with no salt, drinks only 10 cents back then. Had to wait until last year to get a location in the Central Valley. Still great food. Con grats to the owners maintaining the same quality through the years. Still my favorite Hamburger after all these years.

Best fries I’ve ever tasted in a fast food restaurant, natural with skin and perfectly fried. The burger was great too, but not better than Wendy’s in my opinion. It surprised me how clean the bathroom was, taking into account that this is a passing through kind of establishment. Loved it!

Probably my favorite In-N-Out due to how fast and nice the service is. There is only outdoor seating and while there is no nice view it's still a great place to sit. If you don't like that there is also no shame in eating in your car (it's kind of a norm too). The weekends are the most packed for drive thru I don't recommend it, it's better if you just park and order at the window.

Order a double-double cheeseburger earlier today. As opposed to the other day had ordered a cheeseburger in animal style from another location. It turned out that the regular style, the meat was a little bland. Understood that two patties with four sides would take more seasonings to cover. The crew was as enthusiastic as always though, and tried to ask if needed to add fries and a drink. I was happy enough to indulge myself with an item high in calories already for my age. This crew mustered all the energy they had on Sunday morning as any day, and deserve all the stars!

When I went to the store it was about 11:45 PM. There are a few people in line what I mean with people is cars because I went through the drive-through. I ordered the number one which is double cheeseburger with fries and a Coke. I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes until I got to the window I got my food. The person at the window was very nice and polite and asked me if I needed anything else. The food was cooked to perfection. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you very much

In-N-Out Burger is one of the few fast food restaurants in the area that never freezes mesh fresh meat products before Eclipse it. So the hamburgers that you eat near restaurant fresh. Shows up in the final product and how taste compared to other restaurants and burger that use beef that has been frozen before cooking. This location of In and Out Burger is directly across the street from a McDonald's which is right off of the 210 Highway. It is strange to see a restaurant such as in and out, be so much busier than McDonald's, which everyone knows could be an extremely busy and popular restaurants, worldwide.

What else can I say It's In-N-Out Burger So you know going in it's gonna be a great burger fries and drink meal, you already know it, but let me tell you my story and experience this time around 😉 Ok so I've been driving non-stop since Santa Barbara and I was thirsty when I left Santa Barbara but thinking bottled water was gonna do it for me I was solely mistaken and I could not turn my vehicle off because I was concerned I might not be able to start it up again so getting stuck in the traffic jam on the 210 freeway I know I was gonna get off Arazusa and stop it in and out burger I'm pulling my motorcycle in a trailer behind my Bronco and get off the freeway make the u-turn and get in line for my birth There was a few cars ahead of me so I had to wait-a-bit but I knew the burger and fries and drink would be worth it okay got it in hand and man I went to work on that burger and it was absolutely delicious and grab me that big old extra large Diet Coke and just drink me a whole belly full of soda pop I was so so thirsty now I don't know if it was because my extreme hunger thirst and I know the heat had a little bit to do with it but that meal was one of the best I have ever had and an In-N-Out Burger ever or maybe just ever but let me tell you folks if you're in the area stop by here and grab a good burger and drink and a order of fries and you will not be disappointed I promise you always fresh always cook to order Always a good value for The money. The smallest In-N-Out I’ve ever seen. Double drive-through is on each side of the building. Had a tiny building on the other side of the drive-through for food prep. It was interesting to see the employees walking back-and-forth with trays of prepped condiments.

FOODS DELICIOUS!!! There was a new team member name Riley. This was about 2 months ago.. She was AMAZING! I was not so amazing towards her. :( I did deeply and embarrassely apologize to her. I even asked the manager what her name was and what I did that almost immediately made me feel awful 😖 I will keep going back until I see Riley again to say, THANK YOU FOR BEING SO YOU! YOU ROCK! I was having a melt down at the drive thru line and having a bad day, and Riley was so kind to see me through my breakdown and justed smiled and she politely, kindly and gently took my order. Today’s visit was a great visit. The line wasn’t that long we went at noon and only had to wait about 10 minutes. Normally the line is all the way down the block the service was good quick and efficient. We got a double double animal style fries and a lemon up. We also got a double double, animal fries and a iced tea. The fries were nice and fresh and crispy and everything was really delicious. 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location.

This is an older In-N-Out and in spite of the limited work space the employees still keep pace with the demand on. Burgers are as I ordered done perfectly. The parking lot is a little e cramped. The eating area is small but there always seems to be place to sit down and enjoy

A man was at the window when we walked up, in the phone, the employee came to the window and gave the man his change. The Man was still on the phone taking an order. I think the employee should have asked the man to step aside and let us order, come back when he was ready. Then, the employee takes his order and walks away without even acknowledging us. I haven't been to In-n-Out in quite sometime. I ordered the Double Double meal which was only $10.95 to my surprise. Two patties, fries, and medium drink is a steal these days. So I was pretty happy with the price. As fur as my taste, In-n-Out is pretty mediocre, nothing special. Overall, I enjoyed the meal for what it was. 😏

This In-n-out isn’t that good, but it’s not that bad either. The service is fine but for some reason the food I receive is always just not as fresh as other In-n-outs. The burgers don’t look as enticing and the fries look like they have been sitting around for awhile. I would choose a different In-n-out if possible. If not, you’ll be ok I guess.

Food was good like other In-N-Out. But the line is unreasonable long. Only one window for both pickup and order food so the ordering line always slows by food pickup. The cashier took the wrong order. I ask for a combo and she gives me a single burger and fry, without drink. There is restroom and it requires password. There are several table outdoor. No indoor seating.

This is a drive thru location, is quite a mess here, and unorganized. I hot my burgers first and fries after, no condiments, I have to ask for ketchup, yellow peppers, the coffee was cold. I hot no creams or sugar. The fries were soaking. But definitely not coming back to thus location.

Of course good food and quality, at that. It would have been nice to have been greeted at the drive-through speaker, phone rather than waiting 3-4min before being greeted; my experience was at 11pm. The location has illegal U-turns everywhere making it very, inconvenient to enter the drive-through. I think parking somewhere and then walking is a potential smarter strategy. If you can go to a different, In-N-Out, I would recommend a different location. But in an emergency, it'll do.

Got a free hot chocolate for my baby girl that was coo. The service was whatever. The food was good but looked very sloppy. I go to a in and out by my Job and every time I eat there I am amazed of the quality of service food presentation

Usually we never have a problem but today. They got our order really wrong and we tried to fix it at the window and it got worse. And they still go it wrong. I really love your guys Hamburgers and French Fries. But the burger was made really Sloppy looking, they really didn't have much of that nice crispy fresh Lettuce that I'm use to and they forgot my Pickles. We went through the Drive thru in Azusa. I drive by here every couple of weeks, and if the line happens to not be long enough to reach the street, I pull in for a strawberry shake because they have always had the best strawberry shakes I've ever had. The wait is always long, even if there are only a few cars in each line, but the milkshakes are worth waiting 5-10 minutes for, maximum. Tonight, the line wasn't too long, so I pulled on in. The wait was normal. When I got my shake, however, I could immediately see that I was in for a bad time. There was chocolate shake dripping down the side from the top of the lid, due to the employee's carelessness. As I looked in the top of the cup to behold my beautiful and delicious shake, I saw a ghastly red color instead of the typical pale pink, and could see that it was runny rather than thick. What have they done to the perfection of their milkshakes?! The flavor is way off, tasting like a syrupy, artificial Icee rather than a fresh ice cream and strawberry shake. This change was awful. The shake is awful. Whoever made the decision to cut corners and produce this false milkshake should quit their job and rethink their life choices. No more visits to In N Out for milkshakes, unless I hear that they've gone back to the product that has been reliable for all these years.

I went about an hour after they opened and it took forever to get the food. The quality wasn't the best either. I understand their location is small but it wasn't even busy. It took me close to 15 minutes with only one other car in front of me and all I ordered was a burger. Not the only time that I've had a bad experience here.

Food was decent compared to other in-n-out, I went through drive through got my order taken after two cars that came after me, went to pay my card was grabbed with greasy gloves on so I had to clean my card afterwards. When they gave me order it was just shoved in my hands. Don't go lat at night they're understaffed and food was too greasy for some reason more than usual.

Hi! I’m not usually the one to write reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I feel like I should write a review. I was completely debating on writing this review because it happened a month ago, but I knew I had to. The line was absolutely horrendous. I’m a SoCal native so I know that the line can get crazy long but this line was absolutely ridiculous, but my kids really wanted it so I stayed in line. When we finally got up to the front, I placed my order with a wonderful young man who I could not praise enough. I really wish I could remember his name, but unfortunately I can not. He did have dark hair, was very polite, and friendly. He was a little more on the smaller side. He repeated my order back to me and everything was perfect. I got up to the front and I received my food. I usually never check my food, but something just told me to check the order. One of my burgers was missing tomatoes. I spoke to one of the people about the wrong order. I’m assuming it was their manager. I read his nametag and it said “Mark.” He looked a little unkept and was pretty condescending when I explained the situation to him. He remade my order, but kind of rudely threw the bag at me. I did not want to fight because I figured they were having a rough go at it because of how busy it was. When we got home and I was explaining the situation to my husband, one of my babies told me a crazy detail. My son who is 13 and is pretty trustworthy said that when we were pulling away he thinks he saw the manager pull tomatoes from out the trash can to put on burgers. I think that is absolutely crazy and you guys should definitely reconsider coming to this location.

Worst location to put an in and out drive thru. The line for the drive thru ALWAYS hangs out into the avenue. The walk up window only has 1 register to allow for pick up and ordering.

Awful experience I rarely leave reviews for restaurants, but this experience was so shocking that I felt compelled to share it. It was an experience I’ll never forget for all the wrong reasons. I was waiting in the drive-thru line, when a young male employee with a tablet approached my car, made eye contact, and motioned for me to wait. He then proceeded to take orders from the adjacent line, serving several cars before walking back to the store without ever coming back to take my order. Despite my car being clearly visible and my window down, he deliberately ignored me and walked right past my car as if I wasn’t there. I was completely ignored when I moved to the speaker to place my order. I called out multiple times with no response. When I was forced to move forward to avoid blocking the line, the speaker immediately activated to take the next car's order. This was an intentional act of discrimination. At the pickup window, the mistreatment continued. Several employees came to the window, made eye contact with me, and continued their tasks without acknowledging me. It wasn’t until I raised my voice and said, "Excuse me," that someone finally addressed me. This is not an isolated incident that can be chalked up to a busy day or an oversight. This wasn’t just poor service; it was blatant discrimination. I’ve never experienced such disregard at any In-N-Out before. I will not be returning to this store and will be escalating this issue to In-N-Out’s headquarters. After a long day, no customer should have to endure such humiliating treatment just to buy a burger. This location is completely failing its customers. This kind of disgusting treatment makes people seriously reconsider whether they want to support your business in any way, potentially driving them away permanently.

Apparently asking for a few papers bags for a big purchase is an inconvenience for staff.... as well not enough straws for the drinks ordered. Not willing to go back when there was a long line and a few irritated customers waiting on good old Father's Day with that said. I will not ever come to this location again no matter how many times I pass by it.

I ordered 2 Flying Dutchman to go and what got was 2 double pattys with cheese. No onions. It’s supposed to have grilled onions. In-N-Out is supposed to have extensively trained employees and they couldn’t even get the basics of a flying Dutchman according to what I’ve normally ordered in the past. I will be calling corporate. I’m making a complaint because I paid for something that I didn’t get.

This In and Out has the slowest drive thru I have ever been in…. Literally waited for 30 mins…. Guess I will continue to go to the one on Foothill, as they know how to move the line

Larissa is super rude. Alejandro was working both drive threw windows and was still happy spirits and joyful. Very thankful for his awesom service. He needs to train Larissa.

Victoria was the worst. I grew up coming here as a kid. Never have I delt with anyone so negligent. IN-N-OUT has definitely lowered their standards 👎👎👎

I waited 30 minutes for one burger. The drive-through went through about 20 cars, and about seven numbers higher than mine were called before my food was called. Thanks for that. One burger.
