Food is always freshly made and delicious but a bit on the pricier side. I would be on the lookout for the coupons they send out or try their deals. Currently they have a buy 2 sandwiches for $6.99. Young man there was so courteous and friendly. No huge lines or wait. Overall a good experience.

The lady here helped keep this fastfood resturant clean. Once my staff told her about other customers belongings or candy hazardous items, she took it and put it on the countertop for the kids to come pick up the item that was left in the order area with the parents.

My wife and me had the special 5 dollar famous star, it was way better than in n out. Also we had a cookies and cream shake, it was so good. We recommend Carl's Jr.

THANK YOU ANA!!! Today on June 14 at roughly 6 PM I saw a homeless guy outside with crutches. I asked him if he was coming inside because I was gonna open the door for him and instead of him answering the question he told me he was a schizophrenic and asked me if I was buying him food. I told him I couldn't afford to buy him food. I was just wondering if he was gonna come inside cause if so, I was gonna hold the door for him. He asked for my name. I gave him a fake name and he followed me in inside Carl's Jr.. Then when I was buying my food, he interrupted me and Anna's conversation and asked if I was gonna buy him food I told him I didn't have enough money for him to buy him food, and I looked at her after I paid and asked for the restroom because I felt uncomfortable. She gave me the code and I was about to walk to the restroom when I heard oh I need to use the restroom too coming from the homeless guy after I went into the female restroom not long after he went into the male restroom and I went back to Anna and talked to her about the guy for a bit because at this point he's acting strange. She's following me and she can see it too so she gives me my food and she tells me to be careful because I was gonna eat at Carl's Jr. when I ate inside the homeless guy came out of the restroom and began to bother me asking if I can buy him dinner saying is it dinner time and he said I'm sorry to bother you then luckily thank God for Anna. She stopped the guy and asked if everything was all right. He began to ask her for a water and then she asked him to leave luckily because of her asking him to leave, he left and I was able to sit down comfortably for the rest of my meal. I want to give the biggest shout out to Anna for doing this for me Because I was put in the scariest situation that I didn't know that was gonna obviously happen and because she was there, he stopped bothering me. I think she should get rewarded with something. Thank you Anna and I will gladly becoming a Carl's Jr. again because of the great service I had.

Really good burgers! Another place with a good selection of meals! The only fault about this place is that there are a some crazy people around that area and it's really disturbing. The workers are really nice it's like they're our friends.

Hard to believe prices nowadays... hamburgers for 7 or 8 dollars... asked them what their smallest burger with everything on it was & they had 3 kids hamburgers with double patties & one of them had lettuce, tomato, grilled onions & thousand island dressing...bun & patty (2) size about 2/3 size of adult burgers but only $2.49...very tasty & plenty filling with the 2 patties...best bargain on t/menu...

This use to be a nice carls jr and I never had issues at any carl's jr as I'm a big fan. Use to hang out here for years not anymore there's a lady manager there that works there Griselda and I have reported her many times before and no one ever contacted me to talk about the situation several years ago. Not even the district manager called me back or answered my calls. That is not professional and his name is Daniel. I had an incident with her because she was not giving me my change back properly and I told her she made an error and she started yelling at me telling me to leave. A person like her should not work there at all thar makes carl's look really bad. Another ugly lady that works there dalma is also rude and not friendly. Never again especially nowadays everything is so expensive will I be dining at that carl's jr I mean ever again. Horrible!!!

When i got 2 sandwishes felt odd .. I was an hurry so i check bag quick sandwishes where not i a box okay.. When igot home took out sandwishes felt like i was taking out 2 a... Little dollar menu sandwish from other fast food restaurant ..

Drive thru order No straw one ranch my sausage n egg cheese biscuit was disgusting not exaggerating I can’t get that nasty taste out of my mouth sausage was stale both of them so upset to get home can’t enjoy my meal and had to drive back down to fix my order. Manager was the one at the window doing drive thru and still couldn’t get it right make sure to give everything that is needed.

We ordered a chicken sandwich but they gave us a plain kind. They automatically assumed it was the plain kind. We also added guacamole for $.59 more. And the amount was exactly a squirt of guacamole. Not sure we'd come back to this location again.

Just came back from here. Asked specially for no pico de gallo, obvious ignored my request and its like they water down their drinks, had to ask for a different drink. So i left thinking itll be alright, that drink too was watered down. Never had good service from this place and ill never go back.

I walked in and the first thing I did was check out the restroom. The men's restroom stall had no lock on the door, so someone walked in on me. The toilet paper was narrow and only one thin ply, worthless. I went no further after my restroom experience and drove down the street to Burger King.

I gave this place two chances and that's something I don't usually do, but I made an exception because they were the only establishment open at the time. Just had the funniest experience, in a sad way. I wanted to try out the new meatless burger Carl is selling. So, I show up at the counter and say. Give me two of your new meatless burgers. She said ok. To go. Yes. I get home ant to my surprise there are two bunns lettuce and tomato in the beginning. I was expecting to have a burger just like the one in the commercial but Surprise,,!!!!!two bunns lettuce and tomato. Didn't know if to cry or to laugh. It shouldn't have taken too much imagination to know that I wanted their new burger which I now know is called a beyond burger. Hahahaha. At my expanse

I've been going to this location for one yr. I said "hello," she said nothing, gave me my order & never said anything. What kind of customer service is this. She's the manager. Few days ago I spilled creamer on counter, didn't hv my Clorox wipes, so I used a seat cover. Alan told me very loudly in a mean, rude & condescending way not to use seat covers. He told me I'm nasty. I told him be shld thank me for cleaning up after myself instead of being rude. He said loudly "who are U that I hv to say thank U to." I said, "who are U," he said, "I work here." I told him, "that doesn't gv U the right to be so rude to me." I wrote a complaint, the manager is angry. I don't get how she thinks it's OK the way he spoke to me. I wld hv not complained if she wld hv done her job & told him to be quiet. Delma is very nice & Alex too. The cooks Jovita & Rosesaria are nice also. There are plently of ppl looking for work who can do what they do. Carl's does not need to employ these kind of ppl.

We were there yesterday at midnight and the cashier was completely rude. In the receipt, says her name is "Rosa". I was using a coupon for a Really Big Carl and since the moment she knew , she made me wait for a long time. I was confused by the way she was treating us. Also, our Crispy Fries were half its normal portion (I realized about this when I drove away from the drive throgh). The service was terrible, as if she was doing us a favor or something. I was never unrespectful. Even the way she handed us the food, the napkins and the ketchup was rude. I said "Thanks" two times and she didn't look at us.

They think its okay to have the soda machine not working. I asked for the store manager and the district managers number and they were scared to do so. Great work environment Carl's jr 👏 👍

While ordering in the drive thru I handed the lady a $20 for my order. She handed me my food. I was putting it down on my seat making room and turned around. Got the New Hand Breaded chicken Sandwich and the taste was just pass the OK line, not something that I'll order again, but what I can't believe is how small the piece the chicken is!! and it cost $9.36 with tax and that's just only the Sandwich itself.

Don't go to the Carl's Jr across from Home Depot The cashier's don't realize when they charge someone's card that happened too she then said it's Declined. For starters the tap feature didn't work then she asked me too insert it then she said no chip you need too slide I said it has a chip she said try sliding. Then it said balance owed is $1.80 then she said Declined Again you only have $1.80 in your balance I said what you can't see my balance. Then I get notification from my bank saying your card was used purchase at Carl's Jr and showed Negative $6.00+ for Fish sandwich purchase I said you charged me already she kept saying no I didn't. Tell her to call manager and they both kept saying same thing

Carl's Jr has been one of the better fast food places. I ordered the CA burger and it disappointed. It doesn't taste as good and fresh as it once used to. The prices have gone up but the quality is definately down.

Food came cold after we waited 5+ mins at the drive in. Prior we saw the cashier sitting in the customer sitting area… why he was there instead of his designated area idk. I do know that my burger came sloppy and cold and I asked for cross cut he repeated and gave me cold regular fries. I should of checked. But I want to save people some time in avoiding this Carl’s. There are others around that make really good food. This one isn’t one of them .

Staff was very rude and didn’t seem to care about changing there gloves. The staff at the window didn’t secure drinks well and one tipped over and fell. I picked it up and gave a back all she did was replace the lid and didn’t even apologize. Throughout the transaction she didn’t change her gloves after cash payment or after she handled a dirty rag or after she gave me my food. Never coming here again.

They let them sit there for a while and then reheat them and then give them to you.
