I visited this location on Jan 16 I think. At 1pm. *Out of ALL the "jack in the box" locations. This is the best one I've been too. The onion rings here are way better here than any other location. The stuffed jalapenos where cooked very well.(Stayed hot

Very great service, I visited during afternoon rush hour and ate inside. Everyone was working very well and efficient together. Food came out withing good time and as expected. The place was clean inside and restrooms were very well kept. I am a truck driver and eat out often, this team gets 5 stars.

Usually this location is a solid 5/5 and the foods usually my go to favorite. As of late though I've had a few drinks taste like the saline drink machine detergent. Usually this spots a go to for me and food and service is excellent but that drink machine cleaner is nasty please flush it with water before filling.
Didn't get rancho or napkins ... said my order 2 times & wouldn't stop interrupting to actually hear my order..
Every single time I come to this location. I have a complaint. I don't know why I give them another try hoping for better results. My order is always wrong and my fries are never fresh. The drive thru needs some serious help.
I am compelled to bring to your immediate attention some alarming behavior exhibited by your night staff during my recent visit on April 26, 2025, at approximately 11:20 PM. As I approached the order window, I was instructed by the attendant to wait. During this time, an apparently intoxicated driver in a Toyota Highlander collided with the vehicle in front of her, a White Mercedes. The driver of the Mercedes emerged to confront the belligerent woman, who responded with aggressive yelling and curses. I could hear him insist, "I'm calling the cops because you are drunk and cannot be driving like this." At one point, he was momentarily distracted by the attendant calling him over. After a tense exchange over the line hold up, he left, and the intoxicated driver made her way to the order window. I sat in my car for an excruciating 15-20 minutes without any attention from staff while observing the attendant and her chatting and holding hands, seemingly engaged in their own private moment. Meanwhile, frustration mounted in the line behind me, where customers began honking and yelling. When I finally reached the window, I expected to place my order, but to my shock, I was told that I was the one causing the delay. The police had arrived, called in by those waiting behind me due to the extended wait. I explained to the officer that I had been waiting for my order and was a victim of the prior incident, not the cause of the delay. However, I was met with dismissive behavior. The officer insisted that if I had not paid for my order, I needed to leave. Just then, the older Latina staff member with a bonnet and hair net who came to my window and falsely claimed and lied, branding me as rude. Shaken and frustrated, I complied with officers and drove away, after making sure to express how profoundly disappointed I was in the service. A simple fast-food experience spiraled into an absurd ordeal, highlighting a serious deficiency in customer service and accountability. It's outrageous that your employees allowed a drunk driver to linger while prioritizing personal interactions over customer satisfaction. This incident not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also poses a genuine danger to public safety. To the young man who was affected by the drunk driver's recklessness, my sympathies go out to you for the damage and distress you faced, compounded by the indifference of the staff. Furthermore, I urge the Covina Police Department to ensure better response protocols in such situations. This experience has left a lasting impression, and I will NEVER be returning to your restaurant. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and hold this staff accountable.
To the person who made my order tonight...you suck. Nothing is even edible how can you give this out to someone. I placed the order and picked it up like literally less than 10 minutes after it was placed so it's not like I picked it up late or anything but I'm already home too far to go back now im missing items, didnt get the bbq sauce Large curly fries and my small curly fries were mixed with mostly regular fries. the food I do have is not even warm it's stale. The fries stale, the chicken strips shrunk and dried out from being under the heater for too long and the tacos were soggy from also being under the heater for too long. Everything went in the trash just a waste of money...
Got my order wrong! And wouldn’t let me in the restaurant. 10:19pm. Told me to get back in the drive through line. Very RUDE, poor customer service and didn’t help at all. Just tried their best to give me problems.
I ordered a jumbo jack meal. The buns and beef were stale, the fries were bland and cold, and the best thing I got was the drink which was still wrong cause I asked for ez ice. I didn't finish my burger. The service, could be better. I ordered drive thru and another cashier interrupted and continued my order. Not even a heads up.
My cousin and I decided to go inside and order. They didnt look that busy but I guess they were. They took forever to get my order, the lady came up to me and asked what I ordered and I told her I havent even ordered yet. So they sent this newish guy, I told him what I wanted and I wanted just ketchup on my cheeseburger because I'm just not the hugest fan of mayo and mustard. I told him twice even after getting my recipe and he nodded his head like he got it. I got my order after a while and they didnt even make it right. They put everything on it even tho I reminded him that it was only ketchup. They messed up my cousins order a bit too. That's bad service guys. Listen to your customers.
