This is a typical Jersey Mike's establishment, this one is located in West Covina, across Eastland Center. I would visit this establishment, in the beginning of 2024, when I was on my lunch breaks, to get my lunch. The meals, that I would order, were, of course, delicious. At the same time, the staff members were helpful, and attentive. In addition, the place, in itself was neat, and there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. Of course, my visits were between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM. So, I do not know, how it was during dinner time. However, during my lunch periods, it was mostly empty inside. Nevertheless, the lines, would tend to get long. Still, the service was quick and prompt.
My girlfriend and I decided to go get a sandwich at Jersey Mike’s because we were starting to get snappy with each other and we realized we needed food. When we entered this particular Jersey Mike’s, we were astounded by the high-quality, white glove customer service. This is unfortunately a rarity these days (especially in the food industry) and the staff here reinvigorated our faith in human beings. Everyone was friendly, attentive, asked us about our day and we had our food in under five minutes. Andy especially was very welcoming and friendly. He needs a big raise$$$ :)
The two girls (crew members) at Jersey Mike's in West Covina gave top-notch customer service. These two girls had patience while continuing to provide attentive service to each of their customers, especially during a busy rush hour around 2:30pm. But what stood out the most for me was the one crew member who was working the line and ringing up orders. She maintained proper hand washing when transitioning from food to the register or answering the phone. Both girls work very hard and work together as a team. Great job! Thank you for making a delicious sandwich.
The sandwiches here were well made and very delicious. I liked how clean the stations were and how many employees kept their stations clean at all times. Waiting for sandwiches to be made here is worth the wait, but I do believe a better system could be in place to figure out who's sandwich is needed to be made next since those who are picking up and those who are in line could get mixed up or one in wrong order. Other than that, employees who work there were attentive to customers while multitasking their jobs, which looked stressful.
I received my birthday rewards and it was my first time trying it. It was amazing loved it. I got the club sub. Definitely recommend. And the service was so welcoming and helpful.
It is a nice deli shop. I have been here, several times, it was in March and April of 2024, when I used to work in the area. I would come here, during my lunch break. During my visits, the lines were not long. At the same time, the service was prompt and attentive. Furthermore, the place itself was neat. Of course, I cannot forget to mention that there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. Still, I cannot forget to mention, that meals, that I would order, were delicious. At the same time, they were fairly priced. So, if anyone is visits Eastland Center, I would recommend to visit this deli shop. The prices, themselves, are worth the visit.
First timer and very satisfied! Ingredients were fresh, nicely cut and kept cold. The bread was fresh baked, spinach or wheat tortilla wrap offered. Place was clean and well lit. Staff was super friendly and patient! I will definitely return!
Fast, fresh and easy. I recommend the original Italian (Mike's way). It's very busy so if you want it faster- order online

This location have very good sandwiches. I ordered the turkey meat on white bread with lettuce, pickles, mustard and mayonnaise. Very tasty!!! If you are in the neighborhood checked this place out. Friendly staff and clean inside.
Tons of workers... no one in line. But felt that my sandwich took way longer than expected? Maybe new people? Anyway... good food always. Parking sucks at times

Just had the weirdest experience here. I order my food but the employee still had not yet made (the person infront of me) the other food yet, so shes making 4 sandwiches together. Then the one guy doing the toppings does her sandwiches, then the person checking out people starts to do other things like move around containers ect, so the guy doing the toppings goes to check out, leaving me standing there for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to do my sandwich. Then he comes back to do my sandwich without changing gloves. No one seems to know what their job was as everyone was running around doing this and that. If they just stay at their stations they would have a much smoother lunch rush. I'm sure the food will be good but I could have been out in 10 minutes rather than 20+.
Grab some sandwiches. Nothing stands out in taste but the price is on the higher side. Not all items are placed on the work area when being prepared. Ever wonder where your order ticket is placed on a call in. Why not just lay it on the sandwich. No dine in at this time. Parking is pretty tight with several businesses in this center.

Thr sandwich was good but I should have gotten the tiny size bc the half size i ordered is a heart attack waiting to happen. I dont like that they have tables and dining chained down unusable for paying customers to enjoy their meal. A bit overpriced. Average service
I went in for lunch today and was basically told to wait while they prepared orders for online or pick up. There was no one in line, and there were 4 guys working on these other orders. No one took my order even though I was the only customer waiting. After a few minutes I just left. At least one of the employees should've been able to help me, the customer that's actually there and ready. I won't be returning to this location.
The staff was very insensitive to GF meals. She had to literally thaw the frozen GF bread in the microwave for me. It costs extra and is significantly smaller than their usual bread. I left with a small drink, bag of chips and smaller sandwich for 17$. No thank you! Too expensive for frozen bread, won’t be back!
Poor Service, I made an App order and it said my sandwich would be ready a 4:55pm. I showed up to JM at 4:52 and the manager? Ask if I had an order and of course I replied yes. He asked my name and said your early ! No worries about that. But then this is what happened afterwards. The manager walked to the back of the facility for a brief moment and then back to the front , he spoke to a team member about leaving. A lady walked in and ordered her 3 sandwiches and the manager left during this time. I was then given my sandwiches over 10 minutes later after the other customergot her 3 sandwiches. Poor Service. The manager should have offered to get my sandwiches to me before leaving and getting me out the door on time and if not alot quicker than the person who walked in. This store manager did not show any care or concern to his customer and the order that was already at least 15 minutes old. Manager should think about his actions in front od customers. His Cell phone seemed more important to him.

Great sandwich, but not what I ordered. I asked for a mini #8, got a regular. I asked for swiss cheese instead-nope, didn't get it. They kept trying to make my sandwich for the customer in front of me. I had to ask them to make it correctly after it was wrapped up, as I was paying for the sandwich and didn't catch they forgot the mayo and bacon-which is included in the price. I asked for pickles and banana peppers, they weren't on there either. Having to tell my order to the order taker, then the sandwich maker, then the cashier is SUPER redundant and furthermore ineffective. Not coming back to this location.
I ordered thru grubhub and the restaurant forgot my chips and made the sandwich wrong. I double checked my order to make sure I hadn't done it wrong, and no, the error was on their side. I guess I don't understand how hard it is to make a sandwich correctly. Very disappointing.
Google maps says they close at 6:00 p.m. I went to call in the order and the voicemail says their hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and they are currently not taking phone orders. I arrive at 5:20 to find out that they decided to close at 5:00. I love Jersey Mike's but this location needs to get there ish together.
Two girls working behind the counter, didn't act like they had time to take our order. One of the girls was eating as she's making sandwiches. Then I go to pay with 100 bill and girl tells me she can't take anything over a twenty but there is no signs posted saying that. So went next door to get change, come back in to pay and cashier wants to wait on everyone else first. Then I get the buffalo chicken and it's just chicken (that was not even warm) and buffalo sauce. Paid $12 for a cold sandwich
