The service is wonderful here and always has been! Everyone used to hang out here in get-together to enjoy lunch with friends. I give the food a 3, only because they are constantly running out of the good beans and sub it with terrible tasting beans with no flavor.

Was told the inside closes at 8:45pm when I’ve came up here before at 8:50pm and was still able to order my food but wouldn’t let us order at 8:47pm. These kids want to start cleaning up early and get off work early is ridiculous. This generation of kids are soo freakin lazy I feel sorry for them sometimes….

This location was so disorganized tonight. I had to repeat my order 4 times for chilada and a tostada. When I pulled up to the window, they were arguing about people’s orders despite VERY little people there. There were only 3 cars in drive thru and 1 car in parking lot. Saw two customers inside.

I asked for extra cheese.they charged me for extra cheese. But it was like there was a cheese shortage. When asked about it they said tattoos said go easy on the cheese. This place was better ten years ago. Most employees was nice. I'm not sure who tattoos is . But the all laughed

Worst Taco Casa food I have ever attempted to consume. The tea was old. The bean burrito was horrible...not real sure the issue...just bad. The superburrito was a HUGE mess and unable to eat on the road...the whole reason you stop at a Taco Casa. Will never stop at that one again...and they got my order wrong. Oh well...lesson learned.

If I knew spending $9 on some nachos would be majority chips and barely any meat I would have went to Taco Bell. Sadly disappointed to get home and I had a scoop of meat, a load of tomatoes and sour cream to hide the fact that the nachos were mainly chips. And to add the cherry on top the girl in the window attitude was very blah. Customer service definitely sucked. This is why I rarely go to this location.

I never go here because everytime i do i always find hair in the beans! it’s like no one wants to wear a hairnet. yesterday i found myself craving nachos so i decided to give them a chance thankfully there was no hair in the food HOWEVER i did find a fly in my sweet tea! this place is unclean and i will never go there again. not to mention everytime the workers have a attitude off the bat! 0/10 do not recommend!

I have never experienced a visit like the one I just had today 05/02/25. First I ordered thru the drive thru and I asked to make sure the shells were fresh and not stale. Second I get home and my order was wrong.I called they said they would replace my order and when I get there they only want to give me the nacho chips and cheese that were missing. My tacos were soggy by the time I went back up there and the girl that was there was disrespectful calling me bro. I told her to not be calling bro that I was not her bro. Will be calling corporate office.

Do y'all just hate your jobs or something? Every time I eat here the food looks like it's been flung into the container with the force of someone utterly disgusted with life and then thrown at the wall. Please check on your employees, I don't think they're okay!
