They're really good. LOTS of cheese lol, if you love cheese you'll love Taco Casa 🤣 I have to ask for easy cheese or there's more cheese than beans on my bean burritos

I have visited quite a few Taco Casa locations in DFW area, and this is the cleanest and friendliest that I have had the pleasure of enjoying. The staff greats customers as they enter, concentrate on their order, and make sure the meal is up to your expectations.

Always fast and fresh every time. Customer service is a little under par with the younger folks at the window but that's normal for fast food.

Never once have I had a bad experience at this place, they are very sweet people and get their job done right the FIRST time. For anyone wondering if this is a good place to eat, stop wondering and go try it yourself, you won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience, this is my first time to eat at a taco casa. The place was very nice and clean, the service was great. All the staff was very nice and eager to serve. To me the food was very good, the tacos were not greasy and the beans had a very good taste for fast food. They do pile on the ingredients on all the things you order. I will return, soon !!

We eat here every time we come through Crandall. The service is usually really good, and the food is always good. We've never had issues with our orders being incorrect. Today, however, we had the best experience we've had yet. Our drive-thru server, Troy, did an awesome job. If you're in Crandall looking for a quick place to eat at; this particular Taco Casa location is fantastic.

Taco Casa is one of my guilty pleasures. If I'm in the mood for quality Tex-Mex fast food, this is one of my go-to favorites. Good portion sizes, flavorful ingredients, fat service ... it's worth breaking the diet for!

The food is delicious! There isn't one that is extremely close to my location but I will always make the trip for Taco Casa. I ordered from the Drive-Thru this morning… and the Host info that’s on my receipt says, “Host: Cash6558er #1” He was extremely polite, responded back to me after every interaction both from the Drive-Thru screen and at the window in-person. As I was about to ask for some Hot sauce and/or was going to wait to see if he would ask me if I would like some… he already a handful in my bag along with some napkins and utensils 🙌🏽 An even amount of sauce packets, napkins, utensils (forks/knives) for the 2 food items I ordered… and the packaging of the food was evenly placed. I know it all sounds like a lot of little things… but it’s little things like that that I feel like people in Customer Service need to take tips from because things like that make people’s days so much easier and better. Things like having an even amount of utensils goes a long way because what if you don’t have any extra with you in the car? What if you’re not going home to eat the food? What are you gonna do… eat a messy (but delicious) chilada using just your bare hands? What are we… barbaric?! 🤨 Thank you to that Taco Casa Host/Employee for treating me with respect… and being kind! ❤️ I will always be coming back to this specific location because of people like you! 😊

Quick, affordable, and delicious. This particular location is my favorite Taco Casa. The establishment is always clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, service is fast, and the food is normally pretty good. I’m a fan of the super nachos or super burrito. Always friendly service. The food is not just throw together it's actually put together which makes it taste so wonderful always clean I highly recommend this location it's my favorite

The only thing that need to work on is that if a customer orders a large order of food, or like Super Nachos, the staff needs to make sure there are forks and lots of napkins and more than just 3 or 4 hot sauces in the bag, just saying a large order you need alot of the condiments. Even when you ask for more you still don't get what you ask for.

Our go to place for Taco's while we are heading out to east Texas. They are consistent with other Taco Casa restaurants. It's a bit newer than most too so its still in pretty good shape.

Fast and good. What more can you ask for. Except a little more beans in the burritos. Then I'd give it five stars. WAY better than Taco Bell either way!!!!!

Their combo spicy burrito is as close to the magnificent Taco USA we used to have in Nac. Sadly, the hot sauce packets are pretty bland. We just use Kylito Jalapeno salsa once we're home and all is well.

Feels like a more traditional Hispanic restaurant with a kind of build your own combo. Food was fresh and good. Service was quick. I went thru the drive thru so it was quick. Can't comment on the cleaniness.

It's Taco Casa. I have no issues with this fast food restaurant. Food has always been decent for fast food. I prefer it over Taco Bell for sure. Service has always been good, fast and friendly. Interior has always been nice and clean. Good job guys! They are NOT competing with the other local fast food restaurants in the competition to see who can have the slowest or worst service. The service is wonderful here and always has been! Everyone used to hang out here in get-together to enjoy lunch with friends. I give the food a 3, only because they are constantly running out of the good beans and sub it with terrible tasting beans with no flavor.

Beans aren't vegetarian and when I contacted them via email they were really rude and crass about it. Other than that, the food is good and the staff is always friendly. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean.

2nd time receiving over cooked casa delights (main reason we come from Kaufman lol) so husband went in and the manager gave him a choice of 5 other bags, all burnt, to pick from.. Im assuming they make them once a day or just didn’t want to make a fresh batch. Either way hopefully they become aware and more consistent in the baking process:)

Haven't been a Taco Casa in years and it was pretty good. The only thing I would change next time is to request less sauce. The employees were nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy, including the restroom.

Food tastes good and staff is friendly, but don't expect to get through the drive-thru quickly, even if you're the only car in line. For some reason, despite a limited selection of items all made with common ingredients, they're MADDENINGLY slow. Think Dairy Queen. I often see people getting out of line and leaving. It's good stuff if you've got time to wait though.

Was told the inside closes at 8:45pm when I’ve came up here before at 8:50pm and was still able to order my food but wouldn’t let us order at 8:47pm. This location was so disorganized tonight. I had to repeat my order 4 times for chilada and a tostada. When I pulled up to the window, they were arguing about people’s orders despite VERY little people there. There were only 3 cars in drive thru and 1 car in parking lot. Saw two customers inside.

Everyone was so nice excellent service but the super tostado was bad real bad..it had way to much stuff piled up and the sauce was over bearing and i was looking forward to this bcuz it has been a long time since i had one!Oh well maybe next time :) p.s.the employees our super customer oriented A+ on them!

One star is for the tidy store. One star is for the good prices. This place needs adult supervision. Employees hang out in the parking lot in groups of threes and fours. They turn off the drive-thru sign as a prank. The wait in the Drive-Thru is very different from the wait at the counter. Counter service is often very quick. Drive-thru? Not so much.

Lady at the window was very sweet but the super taco shell was very stale and the Casa delites were disgusting. Almost tasted like some type of chemical or mildew. Couldn't even force an entire one down. Would have turned around and talked to them but was running late as it was.

They get our order wrong every time! We order the nachos with everything on them and they always forget the toppings, including the cheese. The food is delicious once the order is fixed though.

This place is always filthy. Outside and inside. Employees are cooking stuff they're not supposed to In the grease. Saw them laughing over it and dunking tamales in the grease. Watch them eating in the back of the kitchen area. Lick their fingers and go back to work. It's disgusting! I'll never take my family back there again. The outside has trash everywhere around the property. When I asked why they don't pick up trash the employees told me they were never told to pick it up.

I give 2 stars because the tea was good. Tacos were nothing special. "Special" mild sauce tastes like enchilada sauce. They don't serve chicken. Oh, and the cheese on my taco was moldy. Won't be back.

We found hair in on of our Super Tostada. I called the place to advise them of but and all they said was thanks for telling them. Sounded like they could care less.

Worst ever, came on a weekday just before noon there was no line ordered 2 tacos and waited at the window for 20 minutes and watched at least 4 bored employees walk past the window over and over and not one has even opened the window to take my payment, so I start driving away "after almost half hour of being the only person in line" then they hang out the window yelling angrily cause I drove off........... WILL NEVER GO AGAIN.

Usually this location is ok but today I arrived at drive thru 15 min before closing.(I also drove from Seagoville to get there because I was craving all day) It took about 12 min to get to the screen to order and once I got there they said, sorry we are closed. I informed the lady that I had been waiting for 12-15min and she did not reply. I think she just turned off her headset. I will not be going back to this location.

Most disrespectful service I have ever gotten in the USA they make you wait as they continuously bring new made trays of food to the counter and walk away as you wait patiently for a refill. They knew I needed a place refill because the drink tops were off, as you need drink refills standing at the counter they continuously walk away from the counter never saying a thing to you as they delivered more and more food, trays till you ask them what is up. They tell you you have to then go to the other end of the counter after you ask them as you become more agitated. hen the female person becomes all smart indicating as in follow the rules or no service. I told her to then put up a sign indicating which side to get refills. I’m not asking any special favors but you I get the rules clarified. I really don’t have time to play games. Nor should any one else have the time….it’s pretty simple delivery of services where she made it unpleasant…

Got there around 8pm 2 hours before they closed. Went through the drive thru and sat for like ten minutes waiting for them to take my order. The whole time they never said a word. If you want quick service I recommend somewhere else!

I ordered 4 burritos no sauce, soft taco and 2 regular tacos and get home with 2 burritos cause they can’t pay attention!! I drove 14 minutes one way so now having to go back. My food is getting cold while I go get my boys their corrected food. I get there and explain this is not my fault and my food is getting cold but all they can say is sorry and didn’t bother to offer me to replace my Cold food they screwed up!

I ordered 3 regular tacos at drive thru. When I pulled to front, I grabbed my bag and drove off... only to notice I got 3 soft tacos... I was never asked which I wanted so I assumed "regular" meant crunchy.. I went back to drive thru and got an automatic message they were closed (it was 9:45.. so still time to serve ppl as they close at 10pm.) They did get on the speaker and ask what i needed, when I responded I ordered 3 tacos the girl said "So you want 3 more tacos, you ordered "soft tacos" to which I responded "NO" I dont want soft I would like crunchy. She told me she would have to ask her manager... NOT a good experience!!! Honestly I didnt even want tacos after that experience, should've just asked for my money back and went elsewhere.

Stopped into this Taco Casa around 8:50 tonight, excited because I rarely get to eat here and was passing through. Walked in and every chair was already up on the tables. One employee was mopping, so I asked if they were still open — she said yes. I went to the counter, but the entire back of the house was already deep into closing mode. Bleach smell in the air, everyone cleaning, and it was obvious the kitchen was basically shut down. At that point, I didn’t feel great about ordering food from a crew that was already in ‘end‑of‑night cleanup’ mode, so I turned around and left. I figured maybe they close at 9 and were just getting a head start… but Google says they close at 10 PM. That means the place was essentially shutting down more than an hour early. Huge disappointment. Leadership needs to decide what their real hours are — the posted hours or the staff’s preferred hours — because right now they’re not the same. Pretty frustrating.

The superburrito was a HUGE mess and unable to eat on the road...the whole reason you stop at a Taco Casa. Will never stop at that one again...and they got my order wrong. Oh well...lesson learned.

If I knew spending $9 on some nachos would be majority chips and barely any meat I would have went to Taco Bell. Sadly disappointed to get home and I had a scoop of meat, a load of tomatoes and sour cream to hide the fact that the nachos were mainly chips. And to add the cherry on top the girl in the window attitude was very blah. Customer service definitely sucked. This is why I rarely go to this location.

I have never experienced a visit like the one I just had today 05/02/25. First I ordered thru the drive thru and I asked to make sure the shells were fresh and not stale. Second I get home and my order was wrong.I called they said they would replace my order and when I get there they only want to give me the nacho chips and cheese that were missing. My tacos were soggy by the time I went back up there and the girl that was there was disrespectful calling me bro. I told her to not be calling bro that I was not her bro.
