Abbiamo scelto due disegni della serie di flash di bustine di tè ispirate ai mesi dell’anno. Martina (su instagram e tiktok la trovate come tatuaggi.illustrati) è stata bravissima, sia nel tatuaggio stesso che nella preparazione e nello spiegarci la cura del tatuaggio nelle prossime settimane; inoltre, è stata super disponibile e gentile dall’inizio alla fine. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti, e soprattutto contenti del risultato ☺️.

2 sedute consecutive per tatuare la parte superiore del braccio, tatuaggio naturalistico con Alex , persona squisita e di altissimo livello come tutto il suo gruppo! Sono rimasto più che soddisfatto, il tatuaggio e’ la fotocopia del progetto che avevo chiesto e che mi aveva fatto! Lo consiglio vivamente! Le sette ore a seduta mi sono volate tra musica e chiacchiere ! Anche cazzate 🤣 Non vedo l ora di tornarci per fare la parte bassa rimanente .

Esperienza incredibile con la piercer Arianna! Sono andata da lei per due piercing (il rook e il conch) e fin dall'inizio mi ha messo a mio agio. La sua professionalità e la sua gentilezza sono state impressionanti. Mi ha spiegato tutto il processo, ha risposto a tutte le mie domande e mi ha fatto sentire tranquilla. Piercing bellissimi. La sua mano è stata ferma e precisa, e il risultato è stato perfetto. Ma ciò che più mi ha colpito è stata la sua attenzione ai dettagli e la sua disponibilità a rispondere a tutte le mie domande anche dopo il piercing. Sono venuta a Pachamama Tattoo per fare il secondo e il terzo piercing al lobo e mi sono trovata super bene, ottima esperienza!! Il piercer Marco è molto professionale e disponibile e ha eseguito i piercing in maniera perfetta e veloce. Tornerò sicuramente!!

Ho prenotato un appuntamento per un piercing pochi giorni fa, la Piercer arianna è stata professionalissima e cordiale mettendomi perfettamente a mio agio e spiegandomi ogni passaggio durante l’esecuzione del piercing. Dopo la seduta, io e un’amica abbiamo fatto aperitivo al drinking Blues adiacente allo studio. Il personale è stato cordiale e gentile, e il bar ha una vasta scelta di drink e stuzzichere tra le quali scegliere. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ho portato mia figlia a fare il suo primo piercing al naso e se potessi dare 10 stelle le darei!!! ❤️La piercer ( Ary) è meravigliosa molto professionale e simpatica, per altro ci ha consigliato anche dopo nel corso del tempo, per altri motivi. Lo studio è pulitissimo! Che dire...noi non siamo di Firenze ma di Venezia, però sicuramente torneremo!

Ho deciso di fare il primo tatuaggio da loro, in particolare con Alex, e non potevo fare scelta migliore. Gruppo di ragazzi giovani cordialissimi, Alex fantastico e super professionale, con una consulenza di sola mezz'ora, ha tirato fuori un progetto che andava oltre le mie aspettative. Dopo la prima seduta mi sono stupito del risultato ottenuto, i dettagli pazzeschi, nonostante la zona piena di micro dettagli da replicare, non vedo l'ora di vedere il progetto finito. Consiglio vivamente lo studio e tutti i loro artisti, che sicuramente saranno in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta abbiate.

Decisamente il miglior studio di tatuaggi a Firenze. Ho fatto un tatuaggio con Elson, il quale si è sempre dimostrato cordialissimo e disponibile, oltre che un artista eccezionale. Personale gentilissimo e davvero molto qualificato; certamente i migliori. Prevedo di tornare a tatuarmi al Pachamama molto presto

Ho frequentato il pachamama più volte, posso affermare con fierezza che lo staff è composto da membri davvero competenti, bravissimi, puliti e professionali. Ognuno di loro poi ha uno stile pazzesco, spaziano dal realismo all'ornamental, dal dotwork al microrealismo, ma anche altro ancora... Anche lo studio fa la sua parte, un ambiente davvero eccezionale, con 5 postazioni totali e un'area di ristoro dove poter consultare, tramite album, tutti i lavori dei singoli tatuatori. Inoltre ogni volta riescono subito ad accogliere perfettamente le mia richieste sia in merito ai tatuaggi che ai piercing! Consigliatissimo, non vedo l'ora di tornarci :)

Mi sono fatto tatuare da Elson (@elson_tafaart) e il risultato è stato semplicemente incredibile. Mi sono trovato benissimo fin dal primo momento: oltre a essere estremamente bravo e professionale, è davvero attentissimo a ogni dettaglio. Si vede che mette passione in quello che fa. Consigliatissimo!

I went to Pachamama in Florence for my 3rd lobe piercings with my friend as a souvenir! We had Moon pierce us and the experience was amazing. Moon is so sweet and talked us through the entire process. Everything was super clean and overall she was just a very sweet person. A week after my piercing I noticed an issue with my card and the amount charged. This was a totally random bank issue but when I texted Moon about it she responded almost instantly and was on the phone with her bank resolving my issue. This was something she took upon herself to fix even though the problem really didn’t have anything to do with her and was on the banks end. I am so grateful for her patience and responsiveness! She was SO professional during it all and went above and beyond to help me. Overall, this experience was amazing and I would highly recommend Moon and her piercing services!!!

Marco is incredibly kind and patient. He took his time to explain everything to get my first helix piercing. He is also very considerate with small changes. A very clean environment. Had to wait an appropiate time to have everything 100% sterylized. In the end, he took his time carefully such that the healing of the piercing has been very fast. I highly recommend you to get all your piercings here.

I am so grateful I had the opportunity to meet and be tattooed by Alex. I contacted him on instagram and he responded in no time. I explained what I wanted and he gave me his available dates. We decided to get tattooed at the Reggio Calabria tattoo convention. I was super nervous at first but Alex quickly and effectively calmed me down. Over 2 days we did 16 hours of tattooing. Went in the shop for a simple jewelry change on a previous nose piercing. Had a really good experience with the piercer, he let me try a bunch of different nose rings and was very gentle when putting them in and taking them out. The price for the jewelry was lower than expected and the place felt really clean and friendly, would definitely go back to actually get a piercing done!

Highly highly recommend Pachamama for piercings!!! I've done all of my facial piercings and two earlobe piercings with Marco (@marco_piercing_shots), and he is always extremely precise and professional. I recently got my nostrils done, and he took extra time to make sure they were perfectly level and symmetrical. Amazing experience! The shop was super accommodating, even switched appointments to get me the time I was able to come. I did my tattoo with Anna and she really made the experience better, she was super cool and it was a fun time. The tattoo was on a painful area but she kept calling me a fighter and letting me know she loved the style, and it really made my experience better. Will definitely come back!

First let me start by saying Alex is an amazing artist! Very easy to work with and passionate about what he does. The staff there is very friendly, easy to communicate with and they're understanding of the importance of getting your design to your liking. I went for a relatively large leg piece and it's by far some of the best ink I've ever gotten! So If you're in Florence, Italy and looking to get a tattoo, whether big or small, I wouldn't hesitate to check out Pachamama Tattoo.

Edit: From what I’ve understood with the shops that I’ve been to; emergency contacts are taken down to contact someone close the to client, if there is a medical emergency during a session. Furthermore, it could be used to contact the client if no contact can be made in other methods. We used email contact to communicate up until the day of my appointment and my primary phone was never contacted, so I’m unsure why the emergency contact was only used to try to discuss my piece or a possible reschedule. I, also didn’t think a reschedule would constitute an emergency. All the same, I wish you all the best. Take care! —————————————————————————— First and foremost, I want to say that the staff at Pachamama Tattoo Guest were kind to me. However, my experience was very poor. This was my first trip to Italy, and I enjoy getting a tattoo in the countries I visit. For several weeks I researched artists in Northern Italy until I found Pachamama Tattoo Guest and Elson’s fine work. I scheduled my appointment almost 3 months in advance and it was one of the things that I was most excited about for my trip. As the appointment got closer, I started to experience issues with communication. When I submitted my appointment request, I checked that my information was correct multiple times. Emails started being sent to my emergency contact’s email instead of mine. Then, on the day of the appointment, Elson informed me that he tried to contact me a few times the day before via my phone number about the appointment. The number they used was a mixture of mine and my emergency contact’s number, so i never received anything. I’m not sure that my reference photo was received by Elson, because the design he showed me wasn’t similar to what I sent. After I showed him, he corrected it. He, then informed me that he has been sick and was unsure if he could finish it today. I understand that and I don’t want an artist working on me if they are not 100%, but it was extremely disappointing to find that out on the day of. He tried to work with the owner to find someone else to do the piece, since it was my last day in Florence. They found out that one of their apprentices was available. I appreciate that, but it felt as if I was getting passed on to an apprentice after specifically researching and requesting Elson. I politely declined and left. After taking out so much time to look into artists/shops, scheduling the tattoo, fitting the appointment into my vacation schedule, and walking into the shop; it felt like a big waste of my vacation’s limited time. Overall, one of the things I was most excited for, has become the worst part of my trip to Italy. The shop, although with kind staff, was very disorganized and lacked good communication.
