We went through the drive thru. Ordered a 3 meat pizza. Staff were friendly and fast. The pizza was fresh and hot. They did provide napkins, crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese. Love Little Caesars. Prices have gone up but with inflation and all...if you're looking for affordable, hot fresh cooked pizza, then this is the spot.

The gal at the window was so patient and kind to me after my card was declined, I had to move money and she was pleasant the whole time. She kept her cool and we got our pizzas quickly after that. Great Experience!

Good fast food an if you wanna get your self a joint to enjoy there is a dispo right around the corner from the pizza joint but you will have to put up with slow service. That's if you are ordering off their indoor menu. So make sure your ordering off your little ceizers app or if you know what you are ordering you can call in to order to that is if you can get someone to answer the darn phone.

I was surprised at how fast the pizza was ready, it only took around 10 minutes. I ordered the Detroit 3 meat pizza and really liked how every piece was an edge piece. The restaurant looked pretty clean and there seemed to be a good amount of parking.

Not waiting for a fully cooked pizza is a fast treat, but baking a fresher pizza is better. Still, when serving 20 people, fast is a requirement. In 1 month, I regularly purchase about 45 pizzas, and I have had only 1 slice that hit the ground, everything else was consumed.

Staff was amazing and very friendly. Food was good. The only complaint i have is the pizza and cheese bread were not cut all the way through. We are traveling through Crescent City and staying in a hotel so our only choice was to tear the pieces apart with out hands.

The place is constantly busy... Should make enough profit to afford to fix the menu board in the drive thru and get that functioning properly. Maybe also take down the sign asking customers to be patient with the employees who bothered to show up for work today. It creates a terrible first impression and fosters an ongoing sense of inept business management. Just a few thoughts. Food was usually fine. The one time I complained that a pizza had too little sauce and wasnt even being eaten by my kids cuz it didn't taste good... I was told I couldn't get a replacement credit because I used a promo code. So the owner quite literally told me that he would rather lose a customer than lose $6. Lol... Due to limited nearby options... I continue to get food here and haven't really had other issues.

The pizza tastes the same as every other Little Caesars which is why you go to a chain. They are very fast with the order. If you want your pizza to taste good you are going to have to order and pay for extra sauce. I tried the new pretzel pizza and it wasn't to my liking.

The one in Crescent City seems friendly enough but a bit too relaxed. It's a fine order-out type pizza place, but the manager seemed more interested in her cell phone than customer service. She also seemed sleepy or in a daze of some sort, moving slowly and not very attentive. The staff could use more training when getting to know their menu pricing as well. The young lady who took my order seemed confused on pricing and looked around desperately for help she wasn't getting. A cook had to tell her the pricing... If you don't need any help or mind waiting a while, this place will work out just fine.

The new paint has improved the appearance. Your drive thru signs area is lacking a great deal.Food is always great.

Great Bargains and quick turnarounds. I go here a lot when I'm in a hurry. I'd rate this place higher but the outside of the building is just a mess and I hope to see it cleaned up a lil bit. It's important for people who drive through our lil town to see that we put pride in the way we look. So until this place gets a makeover it's a two with the potential of a four. The ownership and staff are super friendly! Please little Caesars just a little makeover!

Ordered a supreme with pineapple the crust was wet and and the sauce was cold. Found a hair in my pizza. Ordered buffalo wings they were basically raw and I had to throw them away. Dont know what happened here maybe a new cook, ordered the same thing 2 wks ago and it was amazing. The business had multiple homeless panhandling and making a mess in front of business.

called to place an order for one thin crust pizza with ham. whomever answered the phone laid it on the counter. I could hear her taking other orders for 10 minutes. she finally asked me what i wanted. I ordered. When i got to ceasar's the girl took my credit card and I paid for my pizza. She wanted me to drive around front of restaurant and i said no. Her manager appeared and stated i needed to wait at the front. I said no. He then refused my service. I said you can't refuse my service I already paid. He said he was calling the cops. Cops came. I told them what happened. They said once I paid it was a civil matter. The manager of this restaurant sucks. This is itty bitty town lacking professionalism.

Quite possibly the worse pizza I've ever had. I could barely chew the crust. I'm not sure if it was made wrong or maybe it sat in the heater box way too long. Do NOT get a ready made pizza. Plus they charge an extra buck for the $5.50 deal

On 09/24/20 I purchased a pepperoni deep dish and classic pepperoni pizza. After some of the pizza had been eaten or attempted to eat at home, my family realized that the deep dish tasted funny. It actually tasted and smelled like some kind of soap. It was too late to go back that day to complain. The next day, I took the remaining pieces of both pizzas back to the Little Caesars that it was purchased at. I told the manager at the counter what had happened. He asked why some of the pizza is missing if it was that bad. I told him that I only brought back the whole pieces and threw away pieces with bites out of them. I only asked for a full refund of both pizzas. Without any apology or slightest amount of concern, he offered refund for the one deep dish pizza. I refused this offer and stated that I want a full refund. He refused to refund me the full price for two pizzas after that awful experience. I told him that I will call their headquarters and give a bad review. He told me to go ahead and call them. I took the pizza and receipt and left. I went home and called the Little Caesars Headquarters and reported this problem. They took my information and said they would call me back. That was on 09/25/20. I have not heard from Little Caesars Headquarters yet. I guess they don't care either.

Terrible service. I call and order a custom stuffed crust. Employee tells me it’s going to be 30 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later. They say they forgot to make it. “But it’s ok. Just wait, it’ll be 15 minutes.” No offer to comp the meal, no customer service, nothing. Just “I know you’ve waited 30 minutes, just sit and wait while we start.” The manager then started arguing, insisting it was somehow my fault. I left to go to Pizza Hut. The manager tells his crew “hey don’t make it, he doesn’t want it.” No... I did want it. But you’re incompetent, and rude. I was using them regularly, catering events and what not, but I don’t I’ll be giving them any more of my business.

I GIVE UP...ON LITTLE CAESARS CRESCENT CITY! Tried MULTIPLE TIMES to order a pizza through their website and it doesn't work. It says, "website not working, you must call in your order," so I called. Message machine says, "Little Caesars not taking calls right now." WTH? Useless system, so you just lost ANOTHER customer.

Service was very poor. Pizza was put in warmer and was not told my Pizza was ready. People who order after me were receiving there's. After waiting 30min. I had to ask about my Pizza. Then finally go it. The food itself was ok.( No ☆ here!) This time a round.

If you close at 10pm, that means you serve customers until 10pm not stand in front of the door and block customers from going in 20 minutes before closing and telling customers you've got no pizzas and then locking up and getting in your car with 10 freaking pizzas, while your potential customers are sitting in the parking lot trying ro find another place that won't close before they have put down on their windows and google.
