Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I ordered food through Uber Eats. I know not expect the food to be warm when it arrives. That is not my complaint. I ordered a Giant Baker with CHOPPED brisket and they put sliced brisket on it. I don’t like the sliced brisket because it is always dry. The potato was so hard in spots that it was inedible. I also ordered 2 pulled pork kids meals. They obviously come with drinks. The dinks tasted like straight soda water, no flavor at all. When I called the store to complain, I was told “we only make the orders, you have to take that up with Uber Eats.” Don’t you have to at least know how to read before working in a place that you have to make the orders. Come on Dickeys, not very good customer service. I will not be ordering from this location anymore

Unfortunately, this location is within a gas station, and it shares space with a Taco Corner business. There was no menu and the screens were turned off. I definitely would not visit this location again.

This particular one was insdie a convince store. The guy working needs to work on manners. I'm not gone sugar coat it the guy working was Prejudice. Some of the ladies working the food stations where also and spoke only Spanish. You had one individual that was trying to do her actual job the correct way with the nonsense. The food was bland but the portions where nice size overall it's not worth the hassle.

Should've listened to the reviews but figured I loved Dickey's in Clear Lake so much, I'd try. Then I saw it was inside a travel stop and still figured the Dickey's name wouldn't be on bad food. Then I got three chopped brisket sandwiches. Burnt bread is not toasted bread and I didn't know Dickey's bbq could be dry. Do yourself a favor and go to Clear Lake's Dickey's. Best bbq for the money.

The sandwich was very cool! I ordered coleslaw and got! No yellow cups either. Didn't know what I talking about, 6 cup collection. I was just so dissatisfied because my order was to go! I didn't know that it was wrong until I was about 45 miles away! Very angry and dissatisfied customer!!!

My husband ordered 3 meat plate with chicken and sausage. Chicken was extremely dry not even the bbq sauce could save it. But the worst experience was getting a chocolate mousse with mold on top! I will never be ordering from again.

Everyone knows you can't eat raw chicken!!! I've eat from other locations and the food was really good. This place here, smh I wouldn't even send my worst enemy!! As it would be inhumane!!! If you ever stop here check your food before you leave. Good thing I did. I got a full refund. I refuse to eat here, and I wont tell anyone else to come here. Be careful folks and watch what you eat!!!

I also ordered chicken breast hoping to get a piece of breast and instead what I got was about 4 small slices of chicken. I could not believe I spent almost $40 on 2 items. I know better next time before being spontaneous and order from a new place I never ate at.

My plate looked like a kids meal...! Barbecue comes in big servings in Texas...!! I thought I was getting a good price...but you get what you pay for... youngsters will realize that when they're old enough...!!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this is just unacceptable when it comes to my food was horrible I ordered a chopped beef baked potato the meat was too thick and I had a piece of plastic in the container it looks just disgusting. Was trying to upload the photo of the food I was not able too.

DONT BUY HERE. MADE AN APP ORDER AT 7pm, STORE CLOSES @9pm. BUT FOR SOME REAOSN THEY ARE CLOSED AT 6. AND MAKING ME GO THRU A ENITRE PROCESS FKR MY REFUND INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING IT TO ME THEN FOR THEIR SCREW UP. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ITS NOT THAT HARD Also for the people that work here if yall can’t handle working the hours yall have posted on google FIND ANOTHER JOB THEN LAZY PEOPLE
