their food was barely heated up. I'm very disappointed in that wanna enjoy a warm meal. It seems to happen to me a lot over there at that McDonald's.

I've tried giving this location so many chances, the service just keeps getting worse and worse. They aren't prepared at busy times which creates long waits. They are scanning mobile orders as delivered before they are actually delivered. Today i waited 30 minutes to pick up a curbside order. I know things could be better here, but i fear that will never happen.
The drive Thursday was ridiculous 7 cars parked and wanted me to park for the Rib combo. I replied no this is drive thur, give my money back if I have to park. Received the food sandwich was skimpy with the BBQ sauce cold fries. The emp. Moral was low and unfriendly. No smiles and knowledge of the long wait. Why no one could be informed of the long wait time? Retrain mgmt to focus on the Quality and Hospitality not on speed!!! Especially if they're going to LEAD A CREW. ALSO WEAR A HEADSET TO ASSIST WHEN THEY NEED HELP WITH TAKING ORDERS. JUST MAYBE, YOUR ESTABLISHMENT MIGHT IMPROVE. HAGD!
This place is too busy and they got my order wrong twice. It might help if they had a person at the counter that speaks English better.
This location is constantly executing food service with poor results. I’ve had food no fully wrapped, cold/stale fries and this morning I paid $5 for a coffee that they couldn’t bother to fill the cup. If I’m paying $5 for a large it would be nice to have the large cup filled with the food that I purchased. Go elsewhere and save your money.
I wasnt satisfied with my order. I made clear how i want my fries and it wasnt wat i expected. They disguised the top of it but from middle down in box was almost undone. Spoke to one of managers and she was more concerned about ticket number than my complaint. She was young and inexperienced.. That was my first time at that location....and certainly my last.
Update April 2025: still my last favorite establishment. Just went thru drive thru. Bought 4 meals. It was during a rush so the long wait time was expected. But... fries were cold and the large fry containers were barely even half full. Just want what I'm paying for. 2021: There's always something wrong with my order. Today I used the mobile app to order ahead of time. My sauces for my nuggets were not in my bag, my drinks were incorrect and the 2 apple pies were 2 hours old. Sticker said enjoy by 11:30am I picked up my order at 1:30pm. The girl who served my son was very rude about replacing the pies with fresh ones and basically said we get what we get. Customer service is 100% you'r job. Why would you knowingly give us old food?
I was in carryout. Food was alright, drink was completely watered down, no ice, it was warm. The frappe was cool and was half whipped cream as well as most of the ice being melted creating a watery taste. Not to mention the order took 25 minutes and there was numerous amount of drive thru orders leaving. Worst part of all there was a mc’crispy missing even tho it was a part of the meal. Overall terrible experience, dont recommend this specific restaurant.

They ignore curbside pick up mobile orders for preference of drive thru customers, I watched as I arrived with my ordered placed and payed for. While drive thru customers who arrived after me place their order, payed for their orders and received their orders before I received mine, why offer curbside pickup if it’s not going to be supported?
On Jan 1 I ordered curbside I waited for 32 minutes before I decided to go in and still didn't receive any service them got back into my car and went thru the drive thru before I finally received my order after waiting 47 minutes for a McDonald's order this is totally unacceptable and the general manager of the store should be held accountable for this unacceptable performance

Terrible service all around, 45 minutes in a drive thru for 2 burger meals. Even ordered ahead on the app to try to get it quicker. Worst establishment ever. Staff is rude, slow and could care less about how you feel. Needs new management. Today’s experience there was a 0 rating. Over an hour wait for nuggets.
I’d give zero stars, but I can’t. I ordered what I wanted, they didn’t hear me correctly and I didn’t notice until i got all the way home. I called and told them, but they didn’t care and didn’t try to fix the issue. I explained how I picked up food on my way home from work and how I’d have to drive back 15 minutes back and fowarth and eat cold food when the point was to eat hot food with my family for breakfast.
The food being wrong is frustrating but forgivable — what made this visit unacceptable was how incredibly rude the manager, “Lupe,” was. I ordered through the app for table service and after waiting 15 minutes, I went to the counter only to find my food sitting there getting cold. When I asked why the order wasn’t brought to the table, she immediately snapped that she “doesn’t have enough employees.” When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager, then instantly and sarcastically pointed to the 1-800 number on the wall, telling me to take it up with them. It wasn’t that she gave me the number — it was the dismissive and rude way she did it that showed she didn’t care at all. To make things worse, as I walked away she loudly mentioned my name to someone in the back, saying I would be filing a complaint — almost like mocking me. Later, when my wife went up to fix the missing fries and drink, she also got the same rude treatment and attitude. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here in a week, both times involving this same “manager,” who also never wears a name tag. Mistakes with food can happen anywhere, but the kind of rudeness and disrespect we experienced here is inexcusable — especially from someone claiming to be in charge. For reference, I have also included a photo of the person so there’s no confusion about who I am referring to.
Slowest McDonald’s. Told to go to the side to wait nearly ever time or sitting at window for atleast 10 minutes. Just left from sitting there for 15 while waiting on a single happy meal. They need more orders or a good staff meeting
One of the few times I feel the need to write a specific review for fast food. Went here a couple of times and both times were honestly awful. Cold fries, barely any fries in there, and the food looks like it was cooked a day ago. Staff seemed annoyed when my wife complained about the fries as if they expected her to eat cold fries. Literally go to any other McDonald’s and you’ll have a better experience.
