New guy there yesterday was maybe taking a little bit of time but you shouldn't fire him that guy was very patient at the busiest hours of the day with practice dude will be a manager. Thank you my guy for understanding my order

I love using the McDonald’s app at this location because they always get the mobile orders right. Super convenient and accurate.

Our visit was during evening hours. However, despite there being an unusually long line our service was quick. The location utilises a duel lane drive through. Staff were friendly, accommodating and accurate. Food was prepared correctly. Received freshly made and hot respectively to what was ordered.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae, stops there for a good 5 minutes while all the people that ordered meals after me were given there food. Finally the shift manager ask me what I was waiting on, then she promptly fixed the sundae. Need a better system when the cashier is busy up front

Food is always the same, and it needs to be reviewed. Service could be much better. I always say, "Thank you!" With a smile on my face, also saying, "I hope you have a very blessed day!" And what I get back is, ugliness. "Okay." Or "......." NOTHING AT ALL!! Not even a thank you or your welcome!! I am very polite and respectful, and I get none of that in return at this place. There's a few a could shout out to their customer service, I just don't have the names!!

On Friday night, we ordered take out via the mobile app in Crosby, Texas. The food was the usual fare. The serious was not. Austin, our server, was exceedingly cheerful and helpful. His manners were impeccable. There should be more fast food employees like Austin. He seemed genuinely happy to serve.

Never ate inside, so can't give an opinion on the atmosphere. Food is always great. However, unless you are ordering on the app or online with special requests for your food don't bother with this location. Ordered a hamburger happy meal for my nephew, plain add cheese, and kid fry instead of apple slices. Everything was okay EXCEPT FOR THE HAMBURGER. Came with ketchup, pickles, and onions. NO CHEESE.

Did I have to give my McDonald's to Stars I go to this McDonalds everyday in order the same thing large caramel frappe extra caramel and the top and on the bottom. Almost every time to get it right and they do a really good job at posted a picture before of a fabulous frappe. But this time this is what I got even after asking for more caramel the manager said no. What do you buy the caramel that's what I want to know...

More than 2 stalls in the bathroom, functioning kiosks and staff who can do the math to see I DID AN ORDER ON THE KIOSK INSTEAD OF SAYING "its 4 numbers."?! Idk why they get 3.5 stars, they're doing amazingly good!

The past few times we have gone to McDonald's in Crosby, TX...... 1.) the cashier at the drive thru window, kept interrupting when we were trying to give our order. 2.) cashier taking order seemed preoccupied by a story they were being told by another employee. 3.) last few times, we are ALWAYS directed "over to 'such and such parking space'"....regardless of whether there are other cars in line or not. 4.) while our burgers were made correctly, our fries were not fresh AT ALL! 5.) having been shoved over to a parking space to wait on our food, we were not given our sauces for our fries or chicken nuggets. 6.) we were not given a single napkin......none of the 3 times we have gone in the past month. (Yes, we have gone multiple times, as we believe in giving people another chance... But 3 is my cut off)

There have been 2 instances they forgot to give me items as part of my order. You might ask why I do not check my order before leaving, it is hard to check when you order for multiple people and you have 2 or 3 bags filled.

First time visiting this location and I wasn't impressed with the wait time. I was also not asked if I needed condiments( ketchup and barbecue sauce) for our fries and nuggets. I had to ask for napkins because I was not given any.

Lady inside taking the orders is super nice and respectful. Lady’s working the drive though and bringing food out, rude AF! Got an eye roll when I asked for buffalo sauce for my nuggets. I will say that the location very clean, inside the play area and dining area.

I've tried giving this location so many chances, the service just keeps getting worse and worse. They aren't prepared at busy times which creates long waits. They are scanning mobile orders as delivered before they are actually delivered. Today i waited 30 minutes to pick up a curbside order. I know things could be better here, but i fear that will never happen.

For my whole life it has never been this bad. Customer service was horrible. After the new set up it's got so bad, 1. I hate how y'all took away Customer sauces, and 2. I stood at the counter trying to get someone's attention so I can some ketchup, a lady looked at me 3 times and as soon as I was gonna ask her she looked away, she even walked up to the counter to say an order and when she was done I was about to ask but she walked away. Went to throw my trash away, trash cans sitting out with NO TRASH BAGS! I was already stressed enough that I threw my trash on a random table. A thing I promised that I'd never do! Now for the food, the fries were straight up cold, and one star because this was the first time that the nuggets tasted fresh. The sweet tea tasted like trash, never getting tea from their again. Thank you for making my childhood fast food restaurant go to the bottom of the list!

The drive Thursday was ridiculous 7 cars parked and wanted me to park for the Rib combo. I replied no this is drive thur, give my money back if I have to park. Received the food sandwich was skimpy with the BBQ sauce cold fries. The emp. Moral was low and unfriendly. No smiles and knowledge of the long wait. Why no one could be informed of the long wait time? Retrain mgmt to focus on the Quality and Hospitality not on speed!!! Especially if they're going to LEAD A CREW. This location is constantly executing food service with poor results. I’ve had food no fully wrapped, cold/stale fries and this morning I paid $5 for a coffee that they couldn’t bother to fill the cup. If I’m paying $5 for a large it would be nice to have the large cup filled with the food that I purchased. Go elsewhere and save your money.

I wasnt satisfied with my order. I made clear how i want my fries and it wasnt wat i expected. They disguised the top of it but from middle down in box was almost undone. Spoke to one of managers and she was more concerned about ticket number than my complaint. She was young and inexperienced.. That was my first time at that location....and certainly my last.

Update April 2025: still my last favorite establishment. Just went thru drive thru. Bought 4 meals. It was during a rush so the long wait time was expected. But... fries were cold and the large fry containers were barely even half full. Just want what I'm paying for. 2021: There's always something wrong with my order. Today I used the mobile app to order ahead of time. My sauces for my nuggets were not in my bag, my drinks were incorrect and the 2 apple pies were 2 hours old. Sticker said enjoy by 11:30am I picked up my order at 1:30pm. The girl who served my son was very rude about replacing the pies with fresh ones and basically said we get what we get. Customer service is 100% you'r job. Why would you knowingly give us old food?

I was in carryout. Food was alright, drink was completely watered down, no ice, it was warm. The frappe was cool and was half whipped cream as well as most of the ice being melted creating a watery taste. Not to mention the order took 25 minutes and there was numerous amount of drive thru orders leaving. Worst part of all there was a mc’crispy missing even tho it was a part of the meal. Overall terrible experience, dont recommend this specific restaurant.

Absolutely the worst. Pathetic even. Employees are rude, disengaged and lazy. Store advertises as 24hrs but stop at 430am only to get told that " we aint open" and "go to jack in the box". All the blame is on management and ownership. Quality of food is severely lacking and good luck on getting your correct order

WORST Employees and Carlos the store manager. On 05/22/24 They took our code which stole 6000 points based - mostly due to damage from their Wi-Fi due to the tornado storm and they refused to give us what we came for and took 6000 points from us 10 minutes ago. HORRIBLE customer service, and I highly recommend everybody get fired from here. We were told to wait two hours and we were on lunch break. We can’t lose our jobs due to this. McDonald’s not wanting to serve us.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with only mayo & pickles. Order was wrong. Went to counter and got replaced. Came back to seat and item was still wrong. Went up to explain again. Employee handed me a packet of mayo and a slice of cheese in a chicken nugget box instead of remaking. Spoke with manager and she wasn’t understanding that they should have remade the cheeseburger. Went back up and asked for refund. Manager was hesitant and offered to remake. Asked for refund for order and they only refunded the item.

After telling the guy iced latte 16 times he finally understood what I wanted and still put down iced mocha anyways, this place is a complete nightmare. Don't count on getting what you ordered because they're going to get it wrong.

Ordered online, seem like it took them about 15 minutes to get my order. Said they were waiting for the fries. Well the fries were Luke warm at best, the container wasn't even full. The quarter pounder wasn't fixed right and the chicken nuggets were horrible and only warm. My order was the only one on the screen when I went in. Yet I waited forever and got cold food. I remember why I don't go to McDonald's but once or twice a year anymore.

24-hour store? I don't think so. First they don't accept anything but cash overnight. Second they would not take my order at the speaker so I had to drive up to the window. Waited in line for 10 minutes, watch two people drive out of line and leave. When I finally get up to the window they just ignored me. I saw people walking around inside the restaurant but no one came to take my order.

This place is very slow to give you food at the drive thru every time I've been there I've had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a coffee and once I waited 30 minutes for a caramel frappe and I called them on the phone right there to speak to the manager and file a complaint but they remain the same.

Durning my last visit i witness the manager on duty 5/13 being disrespectful to a customer. He had a messed up order and asked for it to be corrected. The manager said something snooty to her employees in spanish. He then asked for a refund instead. The manager called him a racist. Now i dont know how that makes him a racist. Impressively terrible service. Took them a LITERAL full hour to get me my food from the time I placed it at the speaker, to the point I received my food. Waited 30 mins in silence after placing order so I just pulled up to the window unannounced. Yep they also messed up the order. Fries cold. Bad customer service. I hate going dine-in or drive-thru because the staff are rude, unprofessional, and no consideration. Ive tried going here before work 5am and it is pull up, 7pm pull up. I went on the inside gir a large fry that I ordered on the mobile app, three people assissted me but none could give me my order. I canceled the order but did not get my money back. I could care less about the money but the service Im so fed up with. I wish there was more than one McDonalds being that we enjoy food from McDonalds. Also I am a black lady who two daughters applied at the Crosby lacation and were denied the job, but my son whom is mixed with white but looks hispanic applied in the same week and was hired. So sad but it is 2025 and racism is real. They would have done better hiring my daighters because they are such better workers than my son. He worked one week and went to work at the plant. I pray things changed.

Will serve you cold food. Will forget to include parts of your order. Will forget your dipping sauces requested at the damn intercom. Will do this despite only 2 cars in line. What's the point? Prices in line with chic fila but no where near the service. Oh you will wait an extra 10 minutes to get a refund when you decide you don't want cold food and do not want it remade by a team that will serve you cold food. Don't waste your time!

This location has gone down in the past few years. Maybe this is acceptable to most. The last few orders we placed were wrong in some manner. Also, employees seem to be disinterested and somewhat unfriendly to a degree. Perhaps this is what the norm is now.

It's a shame that this place is a new upgrade McDonald's and it's very filthy. Y'all really need some new management to attend this restaurant. All the tables were all dirty including all the floor. Never going back again to this location and not invite everybody not to go either.

4 years later and this establishment had gotten horrible at overnight hours. They're poorly staffed, and they'll pretend you're not at the drive thru if you go late at night. The one time I actually got service out of the four times I've tried, the food was undercooked and cold despite waiting ten minutes and being the only car in line. Daytime service might be better. Avoid the overnight shift.

This is like an actual nightmare McDonalds. I was going for breakfast here and there, but never again. They will make you wait 30 min for iced coffee or any coffee beverage other than just plain hot. They consistently charge for individual items instead of the inclusive meal price and argue with you at the window if you ask why. Corporate should get involved. Crosby is a small town and we have very limited options, but this isn't worth the headache!

While drive thru customers who arrived after me place their order, payed for their orders and received their orders before I received mine, why offer curbside pickup if it’s not going to be supported?

I’d give zero stars, but I can’t. I ordered what I wanted, they didn’t hear me correctly and I didn’t notice until i got all the way home. I called and told them, but they didn’t care and didn’t try to fix the issue. I explained how I picked up food on my way home from work and how I’d have to drive back 15 minutes back and fowarth and eat cold food when the point was to eat hot food with my family for breakfast.

The food being wrong is frustrating but forgivable — what made this visit unacceptable was how incredibly rude the manager, “Lupe,” was. I ordered through the app for table service and after waiting 15 minutes, I went to the counter only to find my food sitting there getting cold. When I asked why the order wasn’t brought to the table, she immediately snapped that she “doesn’t have enough employees.” When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager, then instantly and sarcastically pointed to the 1-800 number on the wall, telling me to take it up with them. It wasn’t that she gave me the number — it was the dismissive and rude way she did it that showed she didn’t care at all. To make things worse, as I walked away she loudly mentioned my name to someone in the back, saying I would be filing a complaint — almost like mocking me. Later, when my wife went up to fix the missing fries and drink, she also got the same rude treatment and attitude. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here in a week, both times involving this same “manager,” who also never wears a name tag. Mistakes with food can happen anywhere, but the kind of rudeness and disrespect we experienced here is inexcusable — especially from someone claiming to be in charge. For reference, I have also included a photo of the person so there’s no confusion about who I am referring to.

One of the few times I feel the need to write a specific review for fast food. Went here a couple of times and both times were honestly awful. Cold fries, barely any fries in there, and the food looks like it was cooked a day ago. Staff seemed annoyed when my wife complained about the fries as if they expected her to eat cold fries. Literally go to any other McDonald’s and you’ll have a better experience.
