Never had whataburger before today and food was outstanding. Gotta say the staff was what made it awesome. I had a lady in a pink shirt and a manager recommend a meal and that was awesome. I had came back in to take pics of menu to show folks back home and Derick was so nice about offering a menu that was holdable, he was also very nice to ensure we had a clean table and if we needed anything. Great service like that from a bunch of employees is very rare and definitely made a lasting impression! Thank you guys for going above and beyond for a first timer lol
The girl at the counter was kinds and attentive! Unlike other businesses have visited here in Houston
I love it here because it is usually not crowded when I go. Also, if they get my order wrong, they always correct it without a hassle. Most employees here are very respectful and polite. The other night though, most of them were in a foul mood the only thing I could figure was the supervisor that night was making them all on edge. My eating companion said that the supervisor that was on duty that night was yelling at the employees and belittling them in front of customers, the last time he ate there. Again, I didn't see that myself but normally they are all cordial.

This location is busy but not crazy like the others. Gotta get the number 1. Service is iffy sometimes and they tend to short change you with the fries and when you for more they get an attitude. Hell nowadays for the price they charge for fries you better fill the mofo to the top.
Always visit Whataburger anytime in Houston. The food is excellent and always consistent. Staff is very friendly. Wish we had these in nebraska This Whataburger has never let me down. I return today accidentally gave the guy a 20 mixed in with a bunch of ones and he brought the 20 back to me they have some very honest employees that work here.
It was my first time. I live in Louisiana and always heard good things. So I finally got to try it myself. Was really good. Reminded me of the old FrostStop days.

Ordered online and when I pulled into the drive thru I was able to skip about 3 cars as I only had two items. They did not have any cold coffee which is what I ordered but they offered me some hot coffee as a replacement. Overall a good experience when I go but make sure you check your food because sometimes I am missing an item, but rare occasions.
I felt eternally obligated to make a review for this location because of the excellent customer service delivered by the lady Misty. Her energy and engagement in the drive-thru intercom makes it feel like it was worth the drive to Sheldon. I loved her welcoming voice when she took my order!
This place is very welcoming. All of the employees are very professional and courteous. It is very well kept and organized. The drive thru is very well run. The team works like a well oiled machine. People from all over were inside. All of the employees were friendly to the customers. Sometimes you don't know what people are going through. A customer was a bit rude. There was no issue with the service offered, yet some people take out their frustrations out on employees. Other than that I had a good experience. I will definitely be coming back.

When in Texas, eat like a Texan at WHATABURGER! When your husband says he's taking you to delicious, I know we are going to WHATABURGER! You may end up with a dilemma like me. Do you eat the burger or onion rings first? The steak burger is 5" in diameter. It is between a lightly toasted bun, topped with cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions and mustard. But wait...Your hand has already grabbed an onion ring. You can already taste it in your mouth just from that wonderful smell. The perfect consistency of crunchy breading and onion. You bite into that crunchy goodness and find a sweet, succulent onion. Which one would you eat first? Get to WHATABURGER and find out! Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was clean. 2 trucks and 1 bobtail can park next door. Happy 75th WHATABURGER! Special food and drinks during this time. Check online. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Whataburger....more like Whata wait! There were 2 cars in front and I sat there for 16 minutes. Food was good and exactly what I asked for. Total wait was 21 minutes from the time I ordered.
The food at the location was pretty good. I went at a time of day when it really was no all that crowed so I didn’t take long for me to get everything I ordered. The person that took my order was nice and very helpful. They got my order right the first time and all of my food was hot and fresh like nothing had been just sitting around before I ordered it. This is a great place to stop at for a quick bite to eat of for a cold drink.

This is the SLOWEST whataburger in operation! Haven't been their in a while, and decided to come this morning for breakfast thinking things have changed. Unfortunately not I had to actually leave the line and skip breakfast if not I'd be late for work. Waited over 20 minutes which is ridiculous smh I can't seem to write another review so I'm posting on my existing review...... I've contacted you guys about 2 months ago about this certain store. , the reason being was of slow service and even made a bad review on Google. Well, I've been going ever since, and let me tell you. Services have improved/sped up tremendously. Glad to know that the customers voices are being heard and things get handled professionally. Surprisingly slow! This location is typically really quick. Also ordered onion rings and did not get them. However they didn't charge me extra for them so I didn't lose any money behind it. Other than that the employees were very friendly and courteous.
Dee dee was the cashier that took my order and she made me feel like a welcomed customer. Everything was amazing. I don't mind waiting on my fresh food especially since ei waiting with my loved ones

We ordered through the drive-thru after a long day of dance competition. We ordered the avocado Burger asking for just avocado meat bacon and cheese. Thankfully we checked before driving off and discovered that there was some kind of mayonnaise peppersauce inside. I went inside to let them know and they told me that it was the cheese not the sauce. We look through the burger again and it was definitely some kind of pepper mayonnaise sauce. We had to go in a second time and thankfully another worker told the cook said it was definitely sauce. We had to wait another 15 minutes for another Burger. We were an hour from home very hungry and just ready to go. I just wish so much that they paid attention to the order on the ticket that red dry. They did apologize.
It took a while to get my food. But, as the car in front of me got to the window, I knew why. The cashier was messing up orders. She charged him for the wrong meal. He gave a small drink back and the change she had given him. A couple minutes later she gives him the correct change and a few minutes later he gets his food. As I pull up she repeated my order which was all wrong and she asked what I had. I told her and the price was different than what I was told at the speaker. I asked if it was the right order and she repeated it correctly. It took a few minutes to get my food then another minute to get my drinks. As she handed me my small drink I asked if it was the same one the car before me gave back because I don't want it. She said no and that they don't take drinks back. A COMPLETE LIE BECAUSE I SAW IT HAPPEN! Since I'd already waited so long and my food was getting cold, I took it and wiped it down with sanitizer when I got home. I will just say I'm thankful my order was right.
They are extremely slow in the drive through. Order was correct but had to ask them for ketchup numerous times, still only ended up with 5 ketchup and we ordered 4 meals with 4 large fries. Since starting work down the street from here, have eaten here a few times and it's always the same. Super slow service, decent food, terrible attitudes from workers.
The table was not clean and the sitting wait bench was wet and they had a wet cone sign in front of it.

The customer service is disappointing 😞 Alot of times there is no front counter worker, to take care of the customers, drink stations, bathrooms or cleaning the lobby. People, do better, be grateful to have a job, and it doesn't hurt to smile 😊
My entire order was cold and it had only been less than 10 minutes. I think the fries where cold and seem to have been sitting for a while, my burger meat was cold and falling apart the drinks had no gas. They need better service it use to be a place to go eat but now I’ll pass that’s for sure.
I had a cheeseburger, and it tasted good! The service was remarkably slow, hence the 2 star review. I want to believe there was a reason it took over twenty minutes (23 specifically) to serve four cars in the drive through, but it felt inordinately long. This was my first trip to a Whataburger, and I was not impressed with how long it took.
Whatever breakfast burger my husband ordered was pretty darn good but this restaurant could do better with customer service, cleanliness and overall giving customers a good experience. They lack in a lot of areas. The managers are very rude and don't like to fix problems.
Noticed our order was wrong when we got home. Called to complain and the person on the other line answered with a rude "WHAT!?!?" We were told we could come back that night or another time to fix our order. We went back after hanging up. When we got there the person working the grill decided to just place the missing items back into our, already bitten and cold, burgers. When we asked for fresh burgers and fries we were given attitude. And asked " what? Did we mess up your fries too?" After speaking to a manager our order was fixed quickly and was correct

Customer service is declining, very slow taking 5 minutes to be waited on and another 7 minutes to get 2 cinnamon rolls. Previous visits had other issues like not being told there wasn't any ice for drinks after ordering meal including a drink.
The nightshift is the worst i have ever seen bad actitude slow, and they messed all the order, thet didnt gave me the sauces i pay for, they put ice on both of the drinks i asked without, they made my plain burger all the way, and other little things dont waste your time here, do you a favor and go another place
They're back to their old ways. Guess the old manager is gone. Went there today and stood at the front counter for about 15 minutes without anyone helping us. Went through drive through around 11:30 on 3/23/22 & got the worse customer service ever by the lady taking the order. She was extremely rude! As I was adding add ons to my meal she kept saying “what’s the drink!!??” Without letting me finish my order! Isn’t add ons more money for company! As I see the management doesn't respond or interact with the feedback but I'll still leave this review. If I didn't have to give 1 star I wouldn't. I entered the drive through at 10:35 am and a vehicle was in front of me with about 7 passengers. I sat in the drive through until 10:45 then decided to call inside and speak with a manager. I asked him if he could pull the vehicle up with the large order so I could receive my food and leave but of course he didn't. At 11:00 I decided to get out the line and go inside and lord behold my food was just sitting. I then said this is ridiculous big orders should always be placed as a pull up order. His response was they're busy. Well Mr. Manager this is when decisions and choice are made. I will not be back...
I've been here 3 times this month, as I work in the area, and have had my order wrong all 3 times. I ordered a burger with bacon lettuce and the fixings and they gave me 2 pieces of meat. Alone. I asked they add the stuff I paid for and the girl acted very irritated that I would complain. I'm currently in line, waiting for the past 30 minutes for them to remake my ONE burger, which I'm sure the super friendly crew here is currently taking turns wiping across the floor. I came here on March 2nd to order me and my daughter a dr pepper shake. Paid at 5:08 and then was told the shake machine was out and it would take 3 min for the machine to be ready. So I pulled around to the front. 5min later I walk in to check on it and it wasn't ready. I asked for my money back and was ignored. Never seen a manager. Was forced to stand and wait for the shakes. Left at 5:31. Almost 30 min for 2 shakes! This isn't the first time they have . It is poorly ran and I don't recommend this place

The please inside was so gross and looked dirty . Not even busy and I and another customer asked for soda and at the time they said the soda machine wasn't working because they had to put soda in it but all of them were empty, not even busy. No one even doing anything. How is that even possible? I've done give this place 2x times a try, and every time it's been a horrible experience, I don't understand why they don't get someone in there and make it better come on now. Worse drive thru experience. Waited 30 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me and when I finally was able to order I was told they are not serving breakfast at the moment. When I asked why not she stated because they had several people call in. I guess it takes more people to make a sausage and biscuit than it does to make a burger and fries 😄 .
The black male manager is super sassy and has a mad face when ordering on top of the order always being wrong. Asked for a #1 and I they gave me a Whataburger junior. Asked for The meal wings and the Mexican worker was going to give me the ranch and the black manager stopped him and made him charge me for the ranch
This location is horrible from start to finish. Pulled up to place an order wait was 15 min I asked Ms. Patricia what was hold up she tells me she was on break. You are the manager but whatever. Then i order my food with very specific details then she repeated back to me and they still made it incorrect. Then they been out of shakes for a week what kind of establishment is this where you are a big food chain that you have these sort of issues. Patricia A. Needs to know how to use customer service problems when you mess up on a customer’s meal and they get back in line, with 8 cars in the line and I get back to the window you either comp the meal or offer your customer a free next visit for any inconvenience you may have caused them. FYI
I arrived at 5:30 with only one vehicle in front of me. It took a few minutes just to place their order. Once my order was placed, it took about ten minutes for the previous vehicle to receive their order. Once I arrived at the window, the cashier confirmed my order and proceeded with the payment transaction. It then took about five minutes for them to place my order at the window but not give it to me. Finally, another male employee handed me my food and asked if there was anything else I was waiting for. I responded that I was still waiting for my coffee when he gave me a confused look and asked, “have you not received it yet?”. I replied that I have not received it yet while pointing to my empty cup holder in my car. At this time the cashier went to get the coffee which took another five minutes as she went behind to lobby counter to look for something. Finally, she came back to hand me the coffee and asked if there was anything else I needed. My initial thought was, “maybe the last 20 minutes of my life back”, but I replied with a simple “no” and sped off. There were no other customers to tend to and with the exception of the other customer before me, there is no excuse as to why it should take over 20 minutes for a simple drive-through breakfast order. There needs to be some training at this facility. I will not be returning to this location.
I love Whataburger, but this has to be the worst fast food location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them many chances due to them being in a convenient location for me. Out of the 4-5 time I’ve been here there’s always problems. Always take forever to get your order out, Drinks always taste watered down and nasty, onion rings and fries always over cooked and hard. Most recient visit I got biscuits and gravy, gravy was runny with grease floating on top, and looked like multiple eye lashes in it.

Went through the drive through and a girl named Jessica took my order. When I got to the window she took my card to pay for the food but took a long time with my card. 30 minutes later I check my bank statements for there to be a charge for my food and a $250 charge for Coach!!! I know it had to be her cause I am very careful with where I put my card information. I’m guessing she took a while with my card cause she was using it to buy her stuff!!! When I talked to my bank they said only the card info got compromised and that it didn’t look like someone hacked into my account

I came in Saturday/Sunday morning through the drive through. I ordered 2 large meals well over $20 worth! I only had cash to pay. And the black manager at the window wouldn’t take my money. He didn’t even want to check it before rejecting it. He was very rude i had to drive to y'alls other location on I-10East. & Freeport st. Where they were very kind and took my money!
I accidentally spilled my drink at the lobby. I went and informed the guy in the register and he literally punched the wall. He huffed and puffed about the whole situation. I literally tried my best to clean it with napkins but of course that was going to pick up the spill quickly. He was not nice at all and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m always very understanding when it comes to customer service but this action really took it too far.

This is my 3rd time coming here and being given terrible service the 1st it was night the guy in windows had a horrible attitude the 2nd waited 20 minutes fries were old brown and old looking and 3rd waited 15 minutes and fries were cold and old. 3 strikes your out for me. This place used to be good. I used to go there to eat and study during my Masters program. I'm not sure what happened, but don't waste your time or money.

I usually love this place, there used to be someone on night shift that I think was named David, he was always very kind and talkative. Well recently I noticed he hasn't been there and instead it was this man named Kevin. And I just have to say kevin is one of the nastiest and rudest people I have met. I've been basically completely avoiding this place since he first started. I finally went again tonight and again he was just completely horrible. He got my order wrong along with having an awful attitude.
Poor costumer service, I called to make a complaint to the “manager”. Which wouldn’t even call her the manager , she got defense & even if she was in the right there’s a way u communicate things. Absolute shit service. Never had any good experiences here and I've been multiple times different hours of the day. But today really cut it, not only was the wait time ridiculous (i was the only one in the drive thru) but they got my order very very wrong and sealed the bag, I figured they got it right as I was the only one there so I drove home to find out they gave me the part of my meal but not the full set or the condiments I PAID FOR. AT LEAST IF YOU GET IT WRONG DONT CHARGE IT. My order was: A Party melt with fries a drink and a honey bbq sauce nothing to complicated but I was given just a drink, sandwich no fries or condiments
Stay away from this whataburger 20 minutes in the drive through with no other customers here 8am on Sunday. Employees just standing around.
Terrible service, I had always attended this place and everything was very good with my orders through the mobil app. But today I made my order anyway so that everything is faster and I had to wait more than 20 minutes in the curbside parking lot #3 because supposedly the person who prepares the drinks (the new frosted berry and prickly pear drinks) could not prepare them, maybe it would be the first time doing that I don’t know. And that was the reason why at the time they delivered our food was completely cold, which seems to me a great lack of respect for the customer and professionalism on the part of the restaurant. Suggestion they need more capable people to do the work I think we all deserve the best attention since it is something that is being paid for it is not given away Schedules and date 5:29 pm 11/17/2025 Order 2023900
You have to keep it simple for these people. Don't order more than one meal at a time or different sizes because they will screw it. Tried to order multiple meals for coworkers and everything was mixed up.
Just not worth it anymore, quality, service and almost everything is different at each location and most are just poor. Had to order grilled jalapenos twice because they put a few the first time. Second order took 10 minutes to get. First set weren't even grilled, even after they asked me. Really cold bun which sucks. I'm just not going to waste money here anymore
Drive thru cashier has an attitude problem, manager doesn’t seem to want customers to be happy, and I specifically told them that I have an egg allergy and can not have mayo or mayo based sauces, I understand that accidents happen, but to be rude about putting sauce on my sandwich was uncalled for. It’s not just a dislike of eggs or mayo, I have an actual life and death allergy to eggs that includes mayonnaise. That includes the special sauces that are made with mayonnaise. Never have I been treated so badly by so many employees
Worst whataburger in town. They always mess up your order and the foods cold. They don’t put any ice in your drink, the fries and burgers are soggy and cold. This place doesn’t deserve the whataburger name.
Usually good spot for drive tru but I came Sunday night 7/27 and there was no one in drive tru to talk tru the speaker waited 5 mins with no answer so I went inside no problem but they started taking orders in drive tru once I came in just my luck 🙂
I thought the cashier seemed to be rude while I was ordering drive thru. I felt uncomfortable and awkward and didn't know what to do, later the cashier apologized at the window for the misunderstanding but I just wanted to take my food and leave. Another lady tried talking to me but I already felt annoyed by then. Food was good but service wise should do better. Sadly will not be coming back anymore.
Usually I am very understanding when it comes to long waits at fast food locations, though this place was completely unacceptable. I made an order online 5-7 minutes prior to showing up, and whenever I walked in and told an employee I was here for an online pickup, she said they were just working on it. I then had to wait 29 minutes from the time they received my order, to get my food, and during the 20 minutes waiting there for my food, it wasn’t any better. I saw two employees on their phones in plain sight, one man gotten his order wrong walking in after me, and both managers present weren’t doing anything. I had to get up and ask a manager for the progress of my food just for them to ask if I had told anyone. I told them I did, and then said who I told, and the manager and that employee proceeded to argue in front of me. With the fact that there was only one guy in dining before me, and one after and one drive-thru, they very well weren’t in a rush. For the time I waited for a single meal that I ordered ahead of time, I am very disappointed. I shouldn’t have to wait nearly half an hour for fast food while there is four in-shop employees present, and two managers on site as well. I would honestly avoid this Whataburger and go to the one on Wallisville.
This location has really gone to crap….us to be they were good fresh fries hot Meals but the last 3/4 times I’ve gone fries are always cold and hard I ordered chicken strips this time and they taste like burnt grease. I called to inform them maybe they need to change there grease and the lady who answered didn’t even try to make it right I spent 40$ on 3 meals. This will be the last time I go to this location. Chicken strips aren’t even as big as my finger they’re small the burger I ordered was cold.
I visited the Whataburger restaurant at 15811 I-10 East Channelview Texas 77530 at 4:46 a.m. this morning the cashier was Kevin B he was very very rude very disrespectful and got angry with me and had a very bad attitude towards me when I had to change my order then he tried to charge me for something that I did not have and got mad when I told him or corrected him and he argued with me that I was wrong and it was clear he was in the wrong about the amount I was charged it took at least 15-20 minutes in the drive-through and the biscuits that I ordered were dark brown almost completely burnt hard and just horribly disgusting there's not enough gravy and sausage to wet those enough to be able to eat them and when I got home I was missing one of my sausage biscuit and gravy orders then when I called in the same man Kevin B tried to argue with me about me not having one of my orders and then said can you come back in once again realizing he was in the wrong I was very upset and it was very stressful and I am just displeased with his actions and I was scared to even accept the offer for me to come back and get my meal scared he was going to do something to it and sabotage it
