Friday night karaoke was a lot of fun. The food was decent but not a big fan of their salsa. The service was a bit off trying to get refills or find the waitress who didn't stop by very frequently despite them being fairly slow.

It was Friday night we are trying to eat and talk amongst ourselves and we couldn't hear each other. The music was extremely loud, I asked if it could be lowered and they said no because it was karaoke night so we moved further away but it was still too loud. I will never go back on a Friday night.

Worst service ever! The waiter just came to leave the bill, we didn’t even asked for it and I was still eating. We weren’t even there for a long time either. I was still going to order food to go and ended up not getting it because of her.

The service overall was bad I went to the front to ask for a to go box and everyone up there was talking and completely ignored me. After I said hi excuse me they finally helped me. It’s very strange that they don’t have chicken fajita or fajita it’s a Mexican restaurant..that should be the most common meats to have I hope you guys read this and do better.

The waitress that looks Asian is too young to understand what a refill means. All other waitresses are very different, if she is your waitress your food will be cold, and refills will not keep coming. And when I brought it to the managers attention, to actually help her out in becoming a better waiter, she said that's how there trained, I said let me have your name so I can make a review and make people aware of what to expect because of the way you trained her. She denied to give me her name, wears a light blue shirt and says she is the only manager. Rude lady that did not allow a refill for coffee. Had the worst breakfast experience today 11/23/2025.

I will NEVER EVER go to this location! I ordered a tostada and noticed it did not have hardly any avocado/guacamole at the bottom nor any crema at the top. I looked around for the waitress for a couple of minutes to ask her about that. Then she finally came out so I waved at her and asked her why my tostada did not have the regular amount of avocado/tomatillo not crema, she told me she was going to ask in the kitchen. She comes back and tells me the cook said it’s the amount allowed to put on the tostada and they can not put anymore. I asked to speak to manager and Brenda was no help. I normally go to the location on Airline and Parker. I love the food and service there. But this I-10 location really sucks in food and customer service. I work for the city and at time I like to get away for lunch and enjoy a good meal with a coworker and this place is not a good place for that. Other restaurants will kindly tell you that they are sorry but will be glad to put more , wether free or extra charge but these ladies do not now how to have a customer satisfied. I will share my experience all over my social media and on the city’s website

I went to dinner with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The waitress took our order incorrectly, and when we politely pointed out the mistake, she became visibly offended and responded in a disrespectful tone. Following that interaction, she failed to check on our table for the remainder of the meal. We eventually had to get another server’s attention just to request a refill. When the manager happened to walk by, I brought the situation to her attention, expecting that she would address the issue appropriately. However, that did not happen. I explained that our waitress had been rude and inattentive, to which the manager responded that the waitress was busy at the bar but had supposedly sent someone else to check on us. I informed her that no one had come by and that we had to seek assistance ourselves. If the waitress was indeed too busy, our table should have been reassigned to another server who was available. It was also concerning to see the waitress conversing casually with what appeared to be her regulars instead of attending to our table. Overall, the management—particularly during the night shift—appears to need significant improvement.

Service and management are horrible. Visited today for lunch and it took 15 min for the waitress to take our drink order after several other tables were seated and orders taken. When she finally brought our drinks, it was visible that one drink was fizzy (coke) and the other was completely flat (Dr pepper) - we asked to change out the drink but the waitress said she had to ask the manager. The manager (Dulce) told her no bc she checked the fountain and there was nothing wrong with it. I asked the waitress for water instead and she rolled her eyes and laughed. I told her I was not paying for the drink and she ran to the manager to tell her I was being a difficult customer. My coworker and I ordered 2 plates plus the chicharrones with guacamole which were all delicious but it’s obvious this restaurant/business has an ongoing issue with this manager and horrible service from its waitresses. Judging from other reviews this has gone on for too long. Would not recommend t this place due to the service.

The food is spectacular, but the service is the worst—especially the manager Dulce, a person who should not hold a position in a prestigious restaurant. The owner should dismiss her. She has a very bad temper, lacks professional ethics, and doesn’t know how to treat people with respect. She refuses to acknowledge when mistakes are made with orders, which happens all the time. This is the second time Dulce, the manager, has treated my family very poorly. She is extremely rude—even to all the waiters, except Alfonso and Claudia, who already seem trained to behave just like her: very disrespectfully and with a bad attitude every time we go to eat. Therefore, I make a direct appeal to the owner: it’s time to take care of your business, make corrections, and prevent this person from continuing to mistreat and drive away good-paying customers. We will no longer return to the restaurant because of manager Dulce.

First time at this location, very disappointed, terrible service, the food not bad but won’t come back for the experience. I ordered a tostada regia typical dish , extra guacamole and extra chicken,, well didn’t get anything extra,,the waitress told me she don’t know who took my order so she didn’t know about it,, then I asked about getting it, she said would be a while, considering I order over the phone 30 minutes advance ! Terrible !
