Friendly staff. We came in right as breakfast ended. Not only were they nice enough to still take our breakfast order but they asked us if we wanted extra since they were going to throw it out. Nothing but good experiences here so far. It may not sound like much but small acts go a long way in today's world. They could have said no and been within their right.

My husband is not always appropriate and always has bad dad jokes to tell. On 3 separate occasions in this DQ we had Grace help us. Omgosh! She is wonderful. She was able to keep up with him and know he was just joking and kidding around. Grace was able to access the customer and meet him with the correct personality. I then watched her interact with a younger couple and older. She was able to positively interact with everyone. With people complaining about the younger generation, this young lady is doing great with customer service!

Had a little wait in drive-thru, but was worth it. Food was hot & fresh & tasted great. Chocolate shake was so good. Can't beat Dairy Queen ice cream!!!

Last 2 times for breakfast have been well below average! Ordered sausage burritos this morning. Both burritos were just a hashbrown with about a table spoon of egg and salsa wrapped in a shell. Neither one had sausage in them. So the size of the burrito was approximately 3" x 1 1/2". Not a good value! And not a good look for this store!

Your employees have no manners when it comes to dealing with customers. I have been eating at dairy queen for along time and this location i come to when I comes to visit with my husband and the employees are very rude and love to argue with you over a BBQ sauce I spend lots of money when I come here and they never treat me and my family with respect. I WILL NOT COME.BACK TO THIS LOCATION

Great place in the morning when they have some older managers there . All you see in the evening are kids and you very seldom get what you order or it may not be hot.

Just used the drive thru, before the window was even opened, I could see the cashier yelling at someone, I assume a coworker. Then when I asked for a side of ranch, I was told I would have to pay extra, after already spending over $20. Then when I was given my food, she just stared at me without saying anything. Very snotty, and unprofessional. These ppl are the face of your company, and it's embarrassing. Food was mid. Despite being a local, I won't be back. I'd rather drive to Sparta.

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich usually they make it toasty but my sandwich was soggy and hard and the butter is on the wrong side of the bread I could’ve made it at home but I didn’t want to cook anything. This is so absurd considering how much they charge for it! So disgusted and will never EVER order one of these from here again!

In drive threw I asked for lots of ketchup and when I opened bags, there wasn't 1 ketchup, I had to walk inside and get ketchup, the girl was very rude in drive threw

They have music playing so loud you can hear it outside. They can’t hear you in the drive through and have to lean out the window to talk to you. We are missing items completely because they can’t hear you over the music.
