Seems the food is getting worse and worse every time we go . The tacos were crumbly and the sourdough was awful. The meat had a bad aftertaste either old or from the day before. I remember before it was our go to place but not anymore. Not worth it .

Took 15 minutes to serve the 2 vehicles in front of me, messed up my drink order, didnt give me sauce, and I ordered the popcorn chicken when I got home to eat it there was only 6 pieces of chicken with 2 tiny pieces that were only fried breading. For almost $9 this is ridiculous

Ordered 5 things 2 loaded waffles fries, 2 tacos, and a cheese burger. Took them over 20 minutes to give my husband our order. When we got home we opened the waffle fries and they were anything but loaded... Do better people.

The food is slapped together. Tacos used be good got them alot. Now u pretty much get a shell. The jr cheeseburger was so dry my kids won't eat it.

It's sad now a days you can't get good customer service or your food fresh like you ask, so I ordered on the app in line got 6 tacos and a large French fries then also placed a order on the speaker. I checked my fries 🍟 and they are cold so I asked for a fresh fries from a lady that was working at the window that look like in her late 20s early 30s Mexican lady she said yeah I can get you fresh fries then comes right back to the window and act like she exchange my fries out then she didn't even put in a bag she just handed it out the window.. I could called and complained but would good would that do.. I also could made her exchange those cold fries again but than she probably would of barely filled my fries up if I sent back in the third time... But then I would have a problem and probably would had to get out of character.. which would of not been the first time at this Jack in the box... But I just went home and let my Boyfriend know he just gone have to put in the air fryer because the lady thought I was dumb or something but he hate his fries cold and I hate hearing his mouth😒Some people just really need to learn customer service skills or don't work in fast food at all... I understand it's fast food but that don't mean give people horrible food... I guess this is why I have not been in awhile... this location just need help everytime I decided to go food is always disappointing especially getting fries...

I ordered 8 monster tacos, paid for 8 monster tacos, was given 8 regular tacos. So you basically ripped me off. If you're out of the shells or whatever then say so.. instead of deceiving your customers. We're extremely upset. From now on I'll definitely double check my order, so that's my bad. But I wanted to warn other people so they don't get shafted like we did

This franchise closes dine in at 8 pm. Drive thru has minimum 15 to 30 minutes wait. If you are ordering through door dash, don't waste your money. They don't have your order ready or even started until you've reached the 2nd window even though you told them at the speaker that you were picking up order for door dash and gave the code or name. This poor service results in longer waits for your meal, open bags without sticker or receipt and probably missing food. Up side is your food will be hot once you eventually get it but you might chew off your leg before you get your order delivered.

The service was slow. I first went inside to order and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and was not even acknowledged. Then I decided to get in my car and go through the drive through and I did get to order faster. But when I went to order the person taking the order was really rude and snappy he continued to be this way at the window basically pushing the food onto me. I would rather slower service but with kindness, these people are just rude and slow 🐌

Went today like always and order the loaded tiny tacos and i was highly disappointed today the were very unloaded. Bare minimum on lettuce sub par on cheese and sauce i guess i wont be returning. This after eating two of the ten of the taco nothi g at the bottom

We went through the drive through, we Ordered other items including 2 jumbo jacks. we ordered the 2 jumbo jacks with no ketchup and what we got was 2 jumbo jacks completely plain!!! What is so difficult about no ketchup? This place always gets the orders wrong and no one answers the phone. Customer service is trash at this location. Manager is an Asian young kid, he literally did nothing, the Hispanic cook who speaks broken English got confrontational and the young Hispanic kid who took the order also did nothing. I know you don’t pay much but it is not difficult to listen to a plain order. If they can’t handle their jobs maybe they shouldn’t be working. Order total was $21.91 not worth the headache. We will not be returning.

Have purchased tacos here ,in two different occasions And tacos were cold,saggy ,super greasy, not crunchy . I couldn’t eat them definitely not coming back again
