We were starving, it was almost noon and we hadn't found anywhere for breakfast. We were craving eggs and were passing by. We saw a sign with the menu advertising eggs, so we decided to give it a try. Don't expect anything gourmet. The coffee is instant, and the packages are very affordable. I ordered green chilaquiles with eggs, and my girlfriend ordered eggs—I don't remember exactly how she ordered them, but they came with red salsa. If you're in the area, it could be an option.

I went to this restaurant in the morning. They offer breakfast packages starting at $60. I think the price is in line with what they offer and its central location. I ordered the package two, which included coffee, fresh orange juice, a cheese omelet, and a bolillo (a roll). It was $70. They offered a coffee refill at no extra cost. I recommend moving upstairs. The tables seem nicer to me, with better lighting and more space. But if they're not available, the ones on the first floor are comfortable.

Located on busy Rio Rhin Street, this place seems frozen in time. It's a cozy restaurant with mid-century decor and ambiance. Its diner-style restaurant takes us back in time. The space is spacious and arranged in a row of cabinets, so you can eat comfortably and comfortably. The Good: The atmosphere: the place transports you to a time we may not have lived through, but one we remember as part of our parents' or grandparents' experiences. The seasoning: the food has a homey flavor, and the dishes are delicious. The Bad: The price: the menu changes daily, but prices range from 100 to 180 pesos, which, compared to similar places in the area, is a significant difference, since a similar meal can cost around 80 pesos. The portions may not seem large enough compared to other similar places. The meal only includes a glass of flavored water; if you request more, it will cost extra. The tortillas are not offered to accompany them; if you order them, you have a choice of 2 or 3, and they are limited, something I hadn't seen before (by the way, we never received them). The speed of service is not an option if you're in a hurry or have a lunch break like most of the surrounding offices. It took almost an hour from the time our order was taken to the time the third course was delivered. Recommendations: The Río Rhin restaurant and cafeteria is a good option if you're in the area and looking for a delicious, home-cooked meal. However, if you're looking for a more affordable place with faster service and larger portions, I recommend a restaurant in the surrounding markets.
