On our trip, we stopped in Cuéllar halfway through. Unfortunately, it rained nonstop, so we decided to save our visit to the town for another time. Luckily, we did choose this restaurant for dinner. The restaurant has a terrace, which, because of the rain, wasn't being attended to. There's a bar area with high and low tables facing the counter, and finally, a more formal dining area. We sat in the bar area and ordered several dishes to try. By far the best meal of the trip—everything was delicious, with dishes that have a twist, designed to be more sophisticated. And as if being the best wasn't enough, it was also by far the cheapest. We'll visit the town again, and we'll definitely come back here to eat at this restaurant.

Restaurant in a neighborhood near the castle, in the upper part of Cuéllar. Beautifully decorated with wooden furnishings, musical instruments, and concert photos. Elaborate dishes and excellent cuisine. Recommended.

Great, as always when I've been there. The renovations have made it very cozy and the air conditioning is excellent. The food is delicious, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The price was 38 euros, including dessert and coffee.

Renovated restaurant with very original decor. Excellent food. Delicious shrimp carpaccio, beef cannelloni, and ribs. Churro lamb chops. Delicious desserts, including the tangerine ice cream cake with a truly tangerine flavor.

A hidden gem in a forgotten pueblo. This restaurant sits on the edge of modern and traditional. The town comes alive during the corrida de toros, but you couldnt tell there was a crowd at this place. The service at La Traviata is amazing. Speed and precision are two skills the staff have well mastered. My glass, be it vino or water was never empty. I wanted for nothing. Now, let's talk about the food. Can you say yum yum? The selection is impressive for any restaurant and everything we ordered was perfect and full of flavor. I will def be making another trip here.

On our way to Mom's hometown , we figured it'd be great to stop by Riscal in Carbonero and lunch there the daily special, being a Wednesday. However, it was so overwhelmed with people we had to pass, and so we ended up in La Traviata Cuellar. Outstanding restaurant, awesome food, excellent service. We're definitely going back, soon!.

I decided to go to La Traviata after reading positive reviews. I give them 5 stars. The food and service is excellent. The price, considering what you get, is a deal. If this restaurant was located in a big city, it would cost 3 times as much. If you like good food and service, this is a must go place in Cuellar. I will definitively try to return to Cuellar so I can experience food by Ruben Gomez and his crew again.

An experience that surprised me; the menu, in my humble opinion, was expensive. The service was correct and professional, and the wine list was good. However, something as essential as a 1/3 liter bottle of non-alcoholic beer was out of stock, so those of us who want to keep our points are forced to drink bottled beer, and it's not cheap! Is there anywhere in Cuéllar where you can eat more affordably with a good menu and non-alcoholic beer for your customers?

Decepción absoluta, precocinados a precio de alta gastronomía. Fuimos atraídos por las buenas reseñas, pero la realidad fue una experiencia mediocre y excesivamente cara (85€ dos personas, sin vino y solo un postre) para la calidad ofrecida. En cuanto al servicio, falta de profesionalidad y desatención. Hubo confusión con la disponibilidad de los platos desde el inicio y una actitud de desinterés que no corresponde a los precios de la carta. Con respecto a la comida, una gran desconexión entre las descripciones pretenciosas del menú y lo que llega a la mesa. Comimos croquetas, que son industriales/congeladas. El plato 'La huerta del resinero' resultó ser un combinado de conservas de bote (setas, alcachofas y salsa) sin elaboración real. Los principales: el rabo de toro no es un guiso artesanal, sino un relleno precocinado en una masa frita que nada tiene que ver con 'pasta italiana'; el hojaldre de capón siguió la misma línea: seco y de tipo industrial. La salsa de foie en ambos platos era la misma de muy baja calidad, por no decir infame. De postre, no quisimos arriesgar y pedimos un helado para cambiar el sabor. Salimos con la sensación de haber pagado precio de restaurante de autor por comida precocinada de calentar y servir, de calidad mediocre. No entiendo la nota media del local, pero desde luego no refleja la realidad de lo que sirven.

Realmente se come bien en este restaurante y a un buen precio, deja mucho que decir ya que desde el momento en que llegas ninguno de los que te atienden son capaces de saludar, ni antes ni durante te toman el servicio, para poner tanto a las camareras como aquel hombre en vergüenza mi pareja y yo los interrumpimos y les dijimos ante todo se dice buenas tardes, se disculparon. No logramos comprender cómo personas que brindan un servicio como estos lo hacen de aquella manera parece que no les apasiona en lo que trabajan, se les pasa cosas tan mínimas como aquellas y hacen que el ambiente sea poco agradable, 2 chicas en particular te atienden como si les estuvieras pidiendo o iendo a comer ahí de gratis( la chica que al parecer es jefa de sala- cabello un poco rubio liso , ella si con buena actitud y una sonrisa) fue poco agradable.
