Culiacán style. The soy is prepared in a way that's not as synthetic or chemical as other places, and it's also easy on the stomach. Overall, their service is fast and they're very friendly. And the rolls are delicious. I suggest the breaded one with the green dressing. I haven't been here in a long time, and I was surprised by the quality and that it didn't feel heavy. I'm used to going to other places, and heartburn and discomfort are to be expected, but not in this case. Congratulations and thank you. I ordered a ryu, a mechudo, and one that the chef invented.

You can tell the quality of the product from the first bite, the toasts were the best I've ever tried and their sushi is a 10. We will definitely be back.
