Left out a couple of items, did not have an ordered item (offered substitute). Did not apologize for leaving out items. Fries were old and not salted. Main items were fine though, and service was fast. Disappointing, but ok.

The drive thru occasionally screws up mobile app ordering (they apparently just don't show up after I quadruple checked to make sure I ordered at the correct location) and apparently don't always know how to manage drive thru orders. I've had two mobile orders not appear Also, the parking lot is all pot holes. The people are friendly though.

This McDonald’s is not too bad. There is parking for your semi as well. It’s overnight parking for your truck. The staff is nice and provides fast service. The new remodel is nice. They have nice decor up on the walls. The bathrooms are also clean.

We stopped for some warm fast food. My chicken sandwich has heavy mayonnaise and no lettuce. We are a double cheeseburger with lettuce and no lettuce on burger. Fries were cold. I went to ask the staff for some lettuce and the person in the back swore there was some on there and I stood there and showed them. They gave me lettuce on the side we ate and left. We will never stop there again. Very disappointed in this stop.

We stopped for a quick dinner and half way threw my son had a hair in his burger. I went up and it ended up being the managers hair. I'm sorry but you work with food put a dam hair net on. No one there was wearing a net with long hair or anything. This is not ok do better. Be careful what you eat there.

Very busy. Ordered 2 frozen cokes in the drive thru, pulled forward to pay, nobody at the pay window, pulled forward, got accused of cutting the line (which I DID NOT DO), took my money, waiting for them to bring my drinks, could hear all staff arguing with each other, then got told pull forward and wait, waited again for about 5 minutes, never brought our order to us, gave up and left. Why for just 2 frozen cokes. Out $4.32. Won't back again and I live local. Terrible.

Well I can see why there rating in a 3.3. Ordered snack wrap and while I opened it, it is definitely been sitting around for a while. It was extremely dark brown and greese running out of it. Took it back in to get it replaced and got attitude from an employee and the manager. Who Both would not give me their names. Had to argue to get a refund. Would not recommend this place 😕 🙄!!!

Absolutely the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week. Disgusting! The staff didn't acknowledge our existence as we stood at the register. When my husband went up to the counter for ice tea, not only did the 2 people standing there not acknowledge him again.... once they finally did, they said getting ice tea instead of a fountain drink is a different price...what???!! That's a new one. Pass this place by! Dirty and obviously have zero understanding of customer service.

Probably one of the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Very rude staff (managers at least). Always wrong orders, undercooked food and rude service. When they were doing construction on their drive-thru earlier in the summer they removed the cones at night (there was a drop right by the door). My wife fell, & dropped all the food. The manager was quite literally leaning out the drive-thru window watching and still was rude when we went back in and nearly didn't even at the very least give a refund. If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly, drive across the street to Giant food mart to get food instead.

Most all McDonalds are going down hill, most notable is the employees attitudes toward the customers as if the customer is bothering them and going inside is even worse because they just look at you and walk away when you are waiting to order at the register. They are trying to force people to order at the kiosk or online. If you don't want to take orders at the register I suggest you close the inside registers and counter and lose all the customers that like to be served by a human being rather than a voice in a box or an app on their phone. Lose the attitude McDonalds employees !

Ordered 2 cappuccino. These are priced more than anywhere else 10.61 for the 2. As usual they didn't put the vanilla syrup in them and they are two thirds full. The manager is standing there filling her face and talking instead of making sure the products come out right. She is actually talking to the employee making these. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. What a joke

So we ordered thru the self service terminal and no receipt printed out. We get our order ( a Big Mac meal large). The ff weren’t even half way full, we went to counter and asked for more fries. The girl working took the ff from us, dumped them in the trash, got us new ff, which were awful, cooked very well done. Also when we filled up our drinks, there was no ice in the machine. We had to ask them for a cup of ice. When leaving, went to throw our trash out and all the waste baskets were full. I can understand if they were busy, but it was pretty quiet. 3:00 on a Monday afternoon.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, at 10:30 at night....so they weren't busy....our fries were cold, our sandwiches were wrong, and we didn't have more time for them to try to fix them. We still had 2 more hours to travel. The person was nice, but it was still a negative experience overall.

Nobody wants a chunk of onion like this on a burger, or on anything for that matter. . This is obnoxious and when the stores dead i cant even understand why they rush such a simple task. There was one other person in drive threw and not a soul inside. This is what you get when you ask for deluxe, a deluxe piece of onion as large as the burger patty. Thick as your pinky finger. The guys at the competitions place will be so fried they can't open their eyes but they make a better burger then you do. That doesn't fall apart in a pile of mayo. I'm not Shrek, I'm not over here taking bites out of onions to show the layers. That is all.
