Tip: Visit in the afternoon for the best service, and be aware that prices are comparable to Starbucks but can be high for ice cream.

The ladies during the afternoons are super nice. Very helpful and kind. Awesome that the Cupertino library is next door. Coffee 👍 🍦 is yummy 🤤 They serve Marianne's ice cream from Santa Cruz 😁
Awesome sandwich. I loved this so much. It has a kick in spicy. Will come back and try different one next time.

Barista was so nice and cute. Food is really good, especially the ice cream, tubes are so big and taste amazing! The coffee is awesome too. I really recommend this place!
Cappuccino was awesome! Quite spot with nice coffee and ice cream options.
Really kind workers and the matcha is excellent! Super reasonably priced, this is a must have every time I go to the library and a part of the Cupertino community!

This is the most honest coffee shop imaginable. They overcharged me for my order, I hadn't paid much attention, but they noticed after I left and ended up tracking me down in the library to give me the correct change. They must have walked through the whole place in hopes of finding me, with no guarantee that I was even there. Amazing!
Service was friendly. However a small cup of Mariannes ice cream is $7. To put this into perspective, a huge 2-pints jar of same ice cream is $7.99
They do have smoothies, not just coffee. But the smoothies are kind of too sweet. Wish they asked me for the level of sweet.
Mango Strawberry Smoothie was yummy & service was quick. The shop looked as if it was in transition or not fully opened, even though it'd been open for a little while. Overall, not something I'd go out of my way to find, but it's good for a quick stop after the library. Makes a nice bribe for the kiddos too.

Good place for a quick cup of coffee. Prices are comparable to Starbucks, but you can't get bubble tea at Startbucks! A little loud if you want to do work, and not many tables so get there early if you would really like to work.
I have ordered Milk tea multiple times. Each time I requested to put less sugar and less ice. But there is no effort to consider the request. The drink either will have truck loads of ice or no ice. The place has multiple plants and other items and doesn't seem just a coffee place. Give it a try, but be careful of what you ask and what they serve.
Cappuccino tasted a bit bland. Service was fast. Vibe is chill with a lot of plants

Items can be good but only with certain servers. There is an older asian woman and teenage guy that make slushies/shaved ice really well and they have great service. The other younger workers tend to water down slushies and stuff, the quality of drinks are very inconsistent here.

Food is ok, but extremely expensive for the quality and portion size. Service was a bit discourteous, mainly by the owner, and there is a very strict policy about sitting at the tables outside.

Believe every negative review about the service the old Korean owner gives. I always try to avoid this place but since it’s closes I end up going occasionally and I am reminded each time why I dislike her. If you’re reading this, I hope you understand that a little generosity and warmth could have taken your business much further. In trying to save pennies, you’ve turned away the very people who could have helped you succeed.
TLDR; If you want your kid to get food poisoning, then buy ice cream from this place. Details: After a wonderful day at Cupertino Library, I ordered a brownie-fudge ice cream waffle cone for my kid at around 2:00pm. First time to buy from this terrible place, and I was rushed by my kid, so didn't pay attention to the low-ratings on Google, unfortunately. My kid ate his ice cream then we went home. After arriving at home, I offered him lunch snacks, but he said he had tummy ache and could not eat anything. I tried to encourage him, but he confirmed that his tummy hurts and he wanted to sleep. For 4 hours straight, from almost 3:00pm till 7:00pm he is constantly complaining about tummy ache. And then around 7:30pm it got even worse as he had a fever. I measured his temperature, it was 100.4 °F (38 °C). A few minutes later, around 7:40pm, he threw up and emptied his tummy. The throw-up was that terrible ice cream, and apple pieces. That was the aha moment for me. An ice cream, mostly liquid, staying in the tummy of a kid for almost 6 hours without being digested. 10 minutes after throwing that terrible ice cream up, his temperature immediately dropped to normal, his tummy ache was gone, and he was cheerful and wanted to play. Conclusion: Do not step a foot in this unhygienic place. I will encourage the library to warn the parents against this terrible place, as most of the future victims are likely to be kids, sadly.
Appalling service; beware of the woman (presumably the owner) behind the counter, wearing eye glasses and dressed in a conservative fashion, who will run outside (with the gait of a goat) to approach library patrons and children, sitting at her "tables," in the most discourteous manner. I was minding my business, and she proceeded towards me (hand on my chair, a silence between us, behaving as if I knew what was wrong) telling me "no outside food." Ok? I offered and went in to buy a drink in compensation for peaceful sitting outside (you don't just put tables within the vicinity of the library without expecting patrons to believe the tables belong to the library, and not the cafe). She still refused to let me even buy the drink unless I threw my drink away. I complied with her request, but the moment I walked away, she proceeds to talk about me to a teenage boy as if disregarding my presence. I sat outside with my drink, and saw this same interaction and behavior from her occur with other customers. Her presence is discomforting, her customer interaction is disgusting. And for the drink itself, it is a chemical cesspool with the syrup and ice detaching after two minutes. I hope you remember me; I was the one with the "buffalo" shirt, sitting outside your cafe while writing this under a guise. These "hopeful" reviews will never make me like you.
Marianne's ice cream is the only good thing here. Tried Matcha Latte and the quality was extremely bad. I had to ask for a remake. It was drinkable but it's not worth 6.50 USD please. There's so many other places to get your coffee, just not here. The staff also didn't ask me if I wanted hot or iced. They just made it iced. The service is very chaotic for whatever reason. I won't be coming back for anything unfortunately. Bitter+Sweet is right down the street. Go there instead
I bought an ice cream for my kids to share, paying five dollars of cash for a tiny scoop of ice cream. I found the ungenerous portion unsatisfactory as well as the poor service of not providing a second plastic spoon. She told me to use the tiny spoon that's used for tasting. How much can providing a second plastic spoon cost? But more than the poor service, I thought five dollars was too much to charge for a tiny scoop of ice cream. I would discourage anyone from patronizing this place. I won't be returning.
Bad services. Really rude to their customer. Once I ordered a waffle, and she asked me to eat outside (winter time and very windy outside) I will never ever go there anymore. Treat customer so rude. Cannot bear her bad attitude. So disappointed.
I honestly wouldn’t have come here intentionally — we were just walking to the Cupertino Library and my child saw the large ice cream display outside. Given the location, it’s hard for families with young kids to avoid stopping. I completely understand that it’s a business and they can set their own prices, but I was surprised to be charged about $6 for a very small scoop. For the portion size, it felt significantly overpriced. The ice cream itself was fine, but the value didn’t match the price. Just sharing so other parents know what to expect before walking in.
I ordered sweetened ice tea and they proceeded to give me un + sweetened = unsweetened ice tea

The girl at the counter was less than friendly. I asked for a large coffee and her response was, “ We don’t have coffee”- Me; Wait, this is the coffee society right? “We only have espresso drinks.” The place is packed with plants and junk. Very unwelcoming atmosphere
