Very nice burger place, we often come here and kind of go to place for us for sandwiches. I would suggest grilled chicken sandwich, it's really nice and well cooked and juicy. Some time with grilled chicken it becomes chewy so it needs to cook properly and they have done a great job. We went around 2pm so not that rush great service. One thing we always do is change the bread sometimes bread is hard to bite compare to bun but that is more individual choice.

Our kids love the kids meals with chicken bites, grilled cheese sandwiches, chocolate milk and apple sauce. The best deal is the Santa Barbara with guac and two Patties. To be healthier you can get it lettuce wrapped to avoid the glucose spike. We also enjoy the a1 sauce, lemon slices and jalapeño slices condiments that are awesome to go with the burgers.

It is first time to enjoy local burger with the scent of charcoal. The taste is quite good and its seasoning is less salty.

Taste the Habit burger for the first time. I like the perfectly charred but juicy patty and the bun is toasted just right. Spent 1.69 for the extra bacon, but, it’s a bit too thin and not crispy as expected. However, they do serve great hamburgers and perfect onion rings and French fries. Will definitely come back.

Brand new location in Cupertino with a few outdoor seatings. I always enjoy dinning at the Habit since you don't always have to get a burger. Sandwiches and salads are available. It can get very pack quickly but be patient and wait for the next table. If you still have room for dessert, Paris Baguette is just few doors down. :)

Burgers and fries are good. We really like it and come here often. The major pain point is they are slow. They often finish 10 min later than what the kiosk suggests so make sure to expect that when you order.

Ordered Santa Barbara Char Burger and Golden Fried Chicken Sandwich. Asked for no mayo and pickles on the burger and pickles were in the burger. Don’t ask me how I want my burger if you can’t follow directions. Burger was also very, very greasy. Fried Chicken Sandwich was ok. The chicken breast was too big for a sandwich. Shake Shack’s chicken sandwich is better.

If you’re selling a banana shake with chunks for 7$, have a straw for it. It was impossible to drink through thin straw they provided. Poor and long service. At 3.30pm the place was almost empty, but still it took forever to get the order

It was around 8:40pm. We went get ice cream cones. We ended up getting 2 ice cream cones, a kid's grilled cheese meal and onion rings. First, not being familiar with digital order menu, could not find ice cream cones. So after trying twice, we gave up and went to cashier to order. Tables were dirty. We went to 4 different tables and all were dirty. Not wiped off. Got some napkins and wiped the least dirty table that we actually sat at. We were called up to get cones. The ice cream was on softer side. The cone was like a small blob on the cone not spiral and pointy. I used to work with soft serve ice cream and it had no presentation value at all. It did not look like an ice cream cone should. Then when we got to the cone... it was so STALE. No crunch... tasted "aired" as if the cone had sat on counter for a while not covered. I told a blond lady worker who wore a red button up blouse... not the typical Habit tshirt. She looked at me, as if I was crazy. She did not offer to replace the cone. She looked at me as if she a deer in headlights. I suggested that maybe she should change them out and again... she just looked at me. Maybe if she wasn't looking at her phone so much, then she can do what needed to be done. Then we got called up to get the kid's meal and onion rings. Fries were luke warm. Onion rings lukewarm and not crispy or crunchy. Grilled cheese was warmer. So overall, we spent $16 for melty ice cream in an aired, stale tasting cone, cold fries and old, soft onion rings. Needless to say, this Habit location needs some looking into. Very disappointing, as we love the Habit... not so much this location.

I’ve been to this location several times and the service has been horrible every single time and after today, I won’t be going back. Curbside pick up is always a miss. Today I showed up and the habit burger truck was blocking ALL the curbside pick up parking spots. (see picture shown). Upon arrival, the workers just stared at each other, no assistance of any kind. I asked the person at the register if she could assist me. She ignored me and then told me to please hold on and kept prepping food. I was trying to pick up my “curbside” order. I paid for extra sauces and they were not included. When I asked if the fried green beans came with their own sauce I was told no. I asked if this was customary as my previous orders always came with a sauce. I was told no and that was it. The food might be good but the customer service is terrible. I tried calling in for assistance, no one answers, it’s all automated and they direct you to their website for any issues or concerns. Please save yourself from the rude, dismissive and unapologetic customer service, plenty of other good restaurants to choose from.
