We found this place from an app we use that rewards us for not talking on the phone and driving. We had never tried it before and were shocked when we found out it was a take and bake. However, this place was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was delicious was and was pretty big (family size pizza). We will definitely come back. Calliah provided excellent customer service.

The people I have met working here and just wonderful. Every time I come in to grab something they are always very kind and helpful. One time in the past couple months I came in to grab a crustless pizza and they had misunderstood me (ordered over phone) and made a different kind. The gentlemen there immediately insisted on remaking it, which took them less than 3 minutes and I was walking out the door. So so sweet and always so kind.

Made perfectly, as usual! I used their app to set a pickup time several hours ahead. The pizzas were ready on time when I arrived.

I started going to Papa Murphy's almost twenty years ago. Good value. Can get good price without sacrificing quality ingredients. My favorites are the Thai chicken and the Mediterranean chicken (we replace chicken with artichoke). Kids love the 5 dollar single topping pizza.

I loved the whole experience from placing the order to food quality. I give it 5 stars!

My go-to pizza place. For me, the easiest process is to order and pay online. Pick-up takes about 30 seconds. I've ordered online half-dozen times and all of my orders have been correctly prepared. The young woman who is the manager is a good supervisor and a model of efficiency.

My family are super fans of a Papa Murphy’s. They have gluten-free options for my husband. The pizza is the most delicious pizza that I’ve ever gotten outside of something fresh in a restaurant. I love the fact that I can take it home and cook it at my convenience. I can cook it immediately or later in the day. You can also freeze these pizzas! Papa Murphy’s is the best!

There is new player in the Houston pizza scene. I dropped in for lunch and had the prosciutto and arugula pizza lunch special for $22. The crust was amazing, and the topping were top quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. My server, Von, was as good as the pizza. I’ll be back…with friends next time.

Was in this afternoon to pick up a couple pizzas for dinner. When I walked in, there was a man standing at the cash register being hateful and disrespectful to the employee. His wife was sitting near the door and they continued to make rude comments. The employee handled himself very well. He kept calm and explained due to the behavior, he was asking them to leave and he would not service. The man demanded a refund, as the employee tried to process a refund on the system, the man continued to make rude and hateful comments. They finally left and I was able to apologize that the employee had to deal with rude people and acknowledged how well he handled himself. We prefer the PM take and bake pizza over the fast delivery options. I have been served by this employee many times and he’s always been pleasant and professional. We will be back!

I was the last order of the day and was to arrive minutes before they closed so I called in to explain. The young man was so polite and when I got there he was really nice & professional. He made the best Chicken Mediterranean I've ever seen! It was beautiful!

Haven't been to papa murphy's for a while. My mother happened to be craving a pizza and found a coupon for a large pizza for $10. I drove to the store and was immediately greeted. Placed an order for a pepperoni, black olives & onion on thin crust. Five minutes after I placed my order I was out the door with the freshest smelling pizza. Upon arriving home, I put the pizza in the oven. Once it came out of the oven, it smelled good and appetizing. The taste was very good and the thin crust came out crispy (Had put it back in the oven for a little while longer), Only minor complaint, the pizza tasted a little salty, although this could be chalked up to either the pepperoni or the sauce. All in all a very good experience. Coupon or not, I will be back.

I thought I was ordering my pizza at the 2920 shop, but when I got there, the store had ceased operations. We had just gotten pizzas there for Super Bowl, so I was very surprised! I called the Papa Murphy’s I had ordered the pizza from, and she put my pizzas in the fridge, as it took me 45 minutes to get there and I really appreciate that! I’m allergic to wheat, dairy and tomatoes, so my pizza was a bit unusual. She made it perfectly! I also ordered a Papa’s Favorite - both pizzas were delicious! I hope a Papa Murphy’s opens closer to me very soon!!

This is the closest location to my house. The workers do a great job at making quick and good-looking take-home pizzas. The only reason this place gets 4 stars is the closing time. I've been to many Papa Murphy's in different states and this one is the only one that closes way to early. This location closes at 8 on weeknights and at 9 on weekends. For a pizza place I think closing at 8 or 9 is too early. Our old Utah location closed at 10 during the weekdays and 11 on weekends, just to give an example. I would settle for 9&10 at this location! Other than that, the pizza is bomb and my two favorite are the Herb Chicken Mediterranean and the Cowboy.

Update: Manager called which i appreciate there was an issue with their system. So i did change my stats and it was very irritating but i get that systems crash and they couldn't have called us I would suggest calling and making sure your order is good to pickup if your traveling from somewhere not close just to be safe. We will try another day to order and do a pickup because we do love papa murphys pizza. incident verified the time it closes ordered online an order over 50& for 3 pizzas got there at 730. 30 minutes before closing and they were closed and cleaning the facility. basically drove 30 minutes to get pizza for no reason. and back so an hour.

Good pizza and crust but expensive. I can go to MOD pizza and get as many toppings as I want on a fully loaded pizza for only $9. I recently had a 30% off coupon so I tried their crustless pizza. It is good but $14 for a small amount of toppings is just too much. The little tray is only about an inch thick and mine only was filled about half way which is 1/2 inch. That is way too small a quantity of food for $14.

We love Papa Murphy's in general, great product! But the last few times we have gone to this location they have messed up our order. We ordered multiple pizzas last night for our family and they each had at least one mistake, resulting in half of our family being unable to eat. They also completely lost our order the previous time, so we showed them the confirmation emails, and the corresponding amount pulled from our account etc and then waited while the checked their records and made it again.

This pizza is very tasty as is expected from gourmet pizza. I recommend eating here if you enjoy their pizzas. Of course, gourmet pizza is fairly pricey for what one receives, but that is expected. I only gave this 3 stars because there is nothing that distinguishes Papa Murphy’s pizza from other gourmet pizza restaurants, and it is expensive. This is just one more place that sells pizza in my opinion. Customer service is good.

Ordered two pizzas to make up for paper clip in pizza last week. Manager said he would comp us with two of same size with whatever we wanted the following week. So today I called and ordered one Family Greek Pepperoni and one Papas Favorite with cheese only on one side. Manager called me back and asked what I ordered so I told him same thing. He said you mean large like I had last time and I said I had ordered both a Family size. He said, no, it was large. I told him ok, thanks. My app history said it was Family sized, oh well. So I picked up pizzas and let him know last week I had ordered family size but thanks. Get home and THEN notice they did a half papa favorite with cheese and then the other half with just cheese. Thanks for listening to my order twice to fix a problem and get it so wrong. There are other pizza places we need to try. I am so disappointed after giving them a good review for fixing it. Big bait and switch.

Ordered on line for there at time pizza was supposed to be ready, of course it was not had to wait at least 20 more minutes. Was only 2 people working and were a little busy. Looks like they need more help at this location. To top it all off pizza was not made the way I asked , requested no Italian sausage and I think there was extra on it , no cheese on top of toppings . So will not be going back to this place for awhile if ever.

Service has really gone downhill at Grant/Louetta location. Tuesday before last I called at 7:18 pm no answer. They are open until 8pm. Continued to call back through 730 5x or more, no answer. Continued 730 to 740 as I drove up there. 3 separate times, they picked up line & hung up on me!! 😳 Figured I would go in and order, must have phone issues, surely they wouldnt hang up!! Arrived 740pm, 20 mins prior to close. And the phone was still ringing and no one was answering. All 3 employees were cleaning and handing off the 3 or 4 pizzas that were made & waiting. I asked if they stopped taking orders at 7:20 and they said no they stopped new orders at 7:30 PM per mgr or owner!! I nicely and calmly said I see nothing posted on the door to state that. And when I called 3 times, you picked up and hung up on me! They said nothing about my comment, both young ladies working in front looked at each other, kind of smiled and turned away from me!!! I ordered my pizzas, they made them in front of me, or wouldn't have taken them!! All the calls coming in next 20 mins as I waited went unanswered!! 😒 When I worked food places growing up, we took orders until the minute we closed. Owners want to make money, or so I thought. Missing a busy time of even 30 mins every evening can effect the bottom line in this economy. Love the pizza, have been going to Grant and Louetta location since the week it opened!! Guess it's time to find a new place for pizza!

I was going to write zero, but it’s not an option. We love Papa Murphy’s and are loyal customers almost weekly visits. The store in Copperfield closed so we have been driving to either the one on Fry Rd. Or Louetta. We went in and requested ground beef be substituted for the Italian sausage as my girlfriend cannot have the spices in the sausage. We have done this EVERY time we have ordered. The general manager I believe that’s who he was refused to make the substitution because it was an on special pizza. Even after offering to pay for an extra topping he was quite rude and still refused. During this COVID pandemic you would think he would have been thankful for the business. Maybe he doesn’t need my business and that is fine. I went to the one on Fry Rd. today and have never had better customer service! I’ll drive the extra miles and take my business where it’s appreciated.

Terrible customer service. The older woman (what appeared to be black and purple hair) working at this location was very rude. I came in and stated that I had ordered online and she gave me such a rude look and then says nothing. Just blankly looks at me like I’m stupid. The poor younger lady tried to find my order, but she had given me an extra pizza. Upon trying to relay this to her, the older lady snaps she needs the other pizza rips it out of my hand and was just totally snarky. For goodness sakes, you may need your management to send you to get some customer service training. Totally frustrated and definitely will start going out of my way to the other location!

Nothing says "fresh family dinner" like being psychoanalyzed by a chatbot while being recorded for documentation before ordering pepperoni. Just let me panic-order in peace like a normal anxious human. Their usage of AI is worrying but "the pizza is good" is our excuse to forgive. Protect yourselves

We are long time Papa Murphy customers. We always go to the one in Katy on Fry Rd. But we were right near this one and just need the pizza dough that we have no problem getting at the one in Katy. We went in at 1:50 and were not greeted. Then we were proceeded to be told they don’t sell just the dough because “there is not a button for it”. Come on! The 2 guys working were extremely rude. We will never return to this location and will make the drive to Katy. Matt in Katy is the best!

We an ordered 3 pizza’s hours before the pick up time. Showed up at the designated time a were told there were 4 orders ahead of us. It will be 20 - 25 minutes. We came back 30 minutes later and they still had not started them. Would not recommend this store. In addition, they didn’t even seem to care.
