Not the best fast food place, but it's one of the few that serves hot dogs and that's what I was in the mood to eat. That and they had tamales which I was curious about. The hot dogs are all right, it's a ll about the chili sauce on the chili dog. The tamale is surprisingly tasty, especially for fast food tamale. It also goes pretty well with their chili sauce

I asked for the the 5 for $5 and got charged $10. I didnt get the 5 for $5 deal like I asked for instead I got charged for individual chilli dogs. They dont pay attention to orders.

I just paid 10 bucks for A CORNDOG AND A SHAKE MISSING 1/3!!! Rip off!

ordered a regular number 3 with no cheese and they put cheese which is a common mistake but i never once asked for onion and on top of that the lady working the drive thru had my food and had already swiped my card and had me waiting 10 minutes as she worked on drive thru orders DO NOT COME HERE

Food was terrible. inside the restaurant was incredibly hot. Wasn’t greeted at least 5 mins when I entered the restaurant. Make sure to Double check your orders because they double charged me. Very rude and slow. Buns were old and stale. Chili was very light on the dogs, fries and hamburgers. French fries were room temp and gross. Won’t be back

I walked in there because the drive-thru was full. They didn't even welcome me until I was ready to order. I ordered a combo meal with a burger, a hot dog, some fries, and a drink. All of them were chili cheese. When I opened the bag, they had mini corn dogs instead of the burger. I called, and they didn't pick up the phone. I went the next day, and they said they didn't know anything to place an order lol so that's the last time I'll be heading here

Food is great when I get my food. They never seem to understand what I'm trying to order. Alway have to driver to the window to order. Maybe it the street traffic noise. But most of the time at the window they have a hard time understanding. Then when I do get my order I check it in the parking lot before driving home and it never fails its my comb that is missing items. And never the rest of my family. Seems like workers there are high or on something. They seem frozen like statues. I've seen it with 3 different employees, different time's. I rather drive to the next wienerschnitzel than go there again.

Went on Friday evening Dec 16, 2022. Employee at the drive thru did not understand what I was saying. Her manager, I assume, tried to tell me that a coupon wasn't good until Jan 29, 2023. When actually it is good through that date, so that was either a lie or he didn't understand either. Then they told me the coupon actually wasn't scanning, so was it lie or what?? Then I paid $40 in cash, and the total on the receipt says I paid in exact change, $33 something, which is also not true AND THEY GAVE ME INCORRECT CHANGE. can't understand what I'm saying, can't understand/ outright lying about coupons, and can't enter in correct cash amount or give me the right change. Seriously wth. Never coming out this location again, on katella and meridian.

This was the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered three chili dogs and two products I repeated my order at least six times. Repeat it again when I got to the drive up. The order was all wrong the lady had a hard time understanding. She should not be working the drive up window in orders. She gave me three hotdogs with chili and two of them had sauerkraut on them that is a total of three hotdogs. When I went back and questioned her she told me I was wrong and that the order was right. I do not recommend this place at all. And we love Wienerschnitzel

My issue is how expensive they are now. I ordered 3 plain hot dogs, 1 junkyard dog and 1 double chili cheese dog, a small fry and a medium drink. It was $28!!! Your best choice is to use their coupons they send in the mail and only order that. Anything else is gonna cost a fortune.
