Never had any issues at this location. Jeffrey took my order; he has amazing customer service. 🙂

Yesterday was my Son’s 15th birthday and he wanted Wingstop. I normally do takeout but I decided to dine in. We went to the Wingstop on Valley View St. Once we walked in from the moment we left , the service was great. Thanks to Valeria. She has really good customer service skills. Anytime you’re in the area go stop by and see Valeria…she’ll get you right!!!!;)

I got my food to go but I have to say the people there they greet you when you come into the restaurant or a little shop whatever you want to call it they have tables there and you can eat there as well. They greet you when you come in they make you feel comfortable they answer your questions a lot better than another chicken place. I will continue to come here even if I have to drive a little bit. The food was great. 🤟😎

I've ordered from over 40 locations across 12 states and this is hands down the best Wingstop experience I've ever had. Delivery was fast (for LA), fries were actually crispy but not overcooked and the wings were perfectly cooked and seasoned! I have been to many other Wingstop's and by far this is the most spacious place I've been to. I love wings. The soda machine is weird sometimes because the Coke does not taste like Coke so I always have to change my drink. Other than that everything is fine.

Hands down my favorite wings. Have all the usual flavors and levels of heat. I Like the garlic parmesan and the mild sauce it's just snappy enough to let you know. Orders almost always take 18 minutes so they have their timing down to a science.

Fast order service super fast expedite of order out to my table. Smoke from fryers was thick in the dining lounge. Good job cypress team wing stop.

The ladies there were very helpful and nice. Especially dealing with my kids running around in the small space. Only think I ish they told me about the wind deal on Tuesdays. Since it was Tuesday.

I like their Cajun fried corn! But first please get away with STYROFOAM containers.

First time trying Boneless Wings. A bit salty for my taste. Flavor pretty good.

It's pretty good. I like the flavors they got for the wings and chicken tenders. You get an option for fries or veggies, I can say that they are both delicious. Overall good food. The place is nice and clean inside. But It's kind of expensive and it takes awhile to get your food.

I met my friend here for lunch, since we both work in the area. We had two individual combos, 1 order of Bone in, and another boneless. Cashier was very friendly and helpful, plus service was fast. We only had 30min for lunch not only was the food good, but they made it fast. I was able to return back to work in a timely matter, which I appreciate!

Nice food, cool people. Except that one chick. You know who I mean if you've ever met her. Yikes. Other than that, bombastic swizzlestastic wings and things. Yum!

Ordered a seven piece tenders and only got 6. Also the automated service when you call to place an order is too much of a hassle. How hard is it to have a real person take your order?

Their wings are good. Some of the staff members are very rude. Their young so maybe they don’t know any better. Hopefully the manager can inform them on customer service.

We ate inside on this visit. The service was friendly and fast but the food was not that great. The boneless wings I had were hard and dry. The fries were very salty. The dining room was very clean and they were prompt about cleaning up tables as people would get up.

First time here. It's good if you like chicken nuggets(boneless wings), chicken strips or chicken wings in different flavors. The fries were ok. I'll come back and try the actual wings next time and hopefully I can raise my rating. But now, it was just ok for me.

My wings were dry and over cooked. Bad service here

I've been here twice and both times were a hot mess. The first time the guy at the register argued with everything. The bone in wings were dried like they had been sitting there for HOURS. This next time... my mother asks for a senior discount but apparently only managers can do that. So the fake manager that was there (BTW the same guy that was argumentative the first time) said the manager was not there and he didn't have the authority. Come on... let's get this together.

This was a family weekend for my Son's birthday. We had loads of fun at Knotts Berry farm. Afterwards we came to Wing stop. It was a clean environment. The service could of been better. The cashiers were all together in the front laughing and talking. Like 4 people all together for no reason. If they would concentrate on the customers and not having their on conversation, then it would of been a 4. Customer Service is very important!!. If they would mix it up and have about 2 males working there, instead of chatty girls only, then maybe that would make an improvement. Please change it up!!!!.

Its not as good or busy as the one by my work. I have been here several times and just dont go thete any more. One time the wings were only fried on one side, it was gross and another time they didnt put the lemon pepper on. There is no excuse for that so i just go the the place by my work which is great. Look at your food before you leave if picking up to go.

DO NOT ORDER extra seasoning or extra anything. Been to this place 3 times ordering extra seasoning on wings and fries and this time, it comes out with barely any seasoning at all. Wings are plain as well as the fries, they just do 1 or two shakes, 1 flip and then serve. Tired of getting plain wings. I'll drive the extra 10 miles to the other Wingstop.

Absolutely horrible. If u ever had a piece of boiled unseasoned chicken that is what their chicken is. (Couldn't even finish them with no flavor. Corn was good tho)

Wrong order was delivered, called the store to report the incident was placed on hold manager never picked up my call. 1-15-22 at 6:01 pm is when I made the call in case the Gm cares to investigate. hopefully their owner operators can spend some money on customer service classes for there management team. I was trying to give them 0 stars but google is too nice.

I don't like that Wing House. I had to have them replace my wings with other wings and they were too hot. I will never go to that place again besides they have the wrong color on the outside of the building, green. It should be orange to represent the orange sauce on the chicken. The chickens were little dried-up they were not moist. I don't know how they lasted this long. And you don't get napkins you have to share napkins coming off a roll that everyone else has touched. This disgusting. The people are nice but the chicken was not moist.

Ordered wings well done. Got them delivered. Became violently ill from them. Missed a week's worth of work pay, had to make a trip to the ER, who confirmed it was food poisoning. I would caution, DO NOT EAT HERE. IT COULD COST YOU YOUR LIFE.

Placed an online order and came to pick it up just as i was about to leave i noticed the bag was too light as i checked the order was missing an item. I went back in to tell them and they looked like they were annoyed with me, and kept on questioning it. They did’t even apologise for the mistake they made. They did eventually fix it but Customer service is just terrible here. Go to BWW it’s 10 mins away and always great customer service.

They take forever to cook your food! I can literally look inside the kitchen and just see the workers standing there. Be prepared to wait

Updated: Ever since Cesar corrected my last issue, the mistakes continue to be made, just overall done with WingStop... When this place is on point, their food is too! Cesar is the manager and he takes full responsibility for his team, but he makes sure they improve on previous mishaps and I appreciate people like him for doing their job right, keep it up Cesar!

Terrible customer service. They kept getting my order wrong after being repeated to them many times and kept me waiting for almost 30 minutes for nothing. They said they would fix the order but then proceeded to forget about me waiting altogether. They just looked like they did not care. Their overpriced junk food is not worth this kind of frustration. I will never buy from Wingstop ever again.

It was my first time ordering online to a disappointment. I ordered cheese fries for my kids. By the way, this was the first time them trying the gourmet fries. I drive home to some regular fries instead. I had to drive back to change the order. Aside from the crew being not remorseful, it was a waste of time and gas (considering the gas cost). Very disappointed!

Also the wings have a lot of breading & hardly any meat. One has to inspect them through a magnifying glass to see the actual chicken. Monday's & Tuesdays wings are $.70 cents.
