Loved everything about this place., visited on. Sunday afternoon for lunch. The lamb shank was delicious. I went for a beer but their cocktail looks delicious. Will definitely return to check it out.

Yes. Absolutely amazing food. We ordered the chicken and lamb kebabs. Both dishes were fantastic. Well seasoned fresh food very high-quality. The sides were wonderful. Very fresh vegetables. Hummus was on point Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I love love love this place. As you walk in, it feels like you are stepping into a restaurant in Istanbul. I had my dogs with me, and we sat outside. The decor was beautiful, and I love the music they had playing. It wasn't loud so you can still talk while still submerging yourself in the ambience. We ordered the tiger prawn and my husband had the lamb burger. The burger was okay 3.5/5, nothing special. The tiger prawns were wonderful and I would definitely order it again (4.5/5). I also had the Chefika gin drink.... as a gin drinker, I love this drink (5/5). Finally a gin drink that is fruity and sweet. The service was exceptional and the owner was very loving towards our dogs.

The food was amazing! Highly recommend. We tried the cauliflower for the starter and it was so delicious. The lamp chops and chicken kabob were so flavorful and hit the spot. Bella was our server and was so sweet and attentive. Great ambiance. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing Tuesday night at Chefika Café! Luka, our waiter, was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. The hummus, old fashioned, and chicken kabob were all excellent. Dessert was a perfect finish with pistachio cheesecake, baklava, and Turkish tea. Can’t wait to come back!

What an absolute gem! We stumbled upon Chefika when looking for a second option after finding out another restaurant had closed down. Definitely was worth the visit! The lamb was absolutely succulent! Tender and combined with the eggplant puree it was a burst of flavor in every bite. The rice wasn't overcooked and was aromatic. We couldn't get enough of the bread either! Plenty of seating for small and large groups alike. Would love to come back and experience breakfast as well as happy hour sometime.

Very good food. Happy to find a new Turkish place in DFW that serves quality dishes. The flavors were on point. Good chicken and lamb options with satisfying portions. We enjoyed the Adana lamb kebab and Grilled chicken kebab. The Muhammara started us off well. I was delighted by their drinks. They are able to do mocktails for 2 of their signature cocktails - Chefikas and Fig Dream. Highly recommend you try them! In fact, I ordered the Chefikas twice. Overall, the ambience was nice and bright. I saw live music being setup (perhaps for dinner). While we didn't have any issue with the service, compared to industry standards, they could improve it a touch by more mindful checkups. Parking available in the garage behind. Will definitely return!

Last-minute date night with my husband led us to this gem, as all other restaurants in our neighborhood were closed. We were delighted to have found this place, especially since it’s one of the few upscale Mediterranean restaurants in our area. The decor is simply breathtaking, and the bar is a great spot to unwind. The service and food were impeccable. We tried the garlic shrimp with pita bread, Greek salad, Adana and chicken kebabs. Each dish was a delight, and we couldn’t stop smiling. We’ll definitely be returning with friends in the future.

Chic vibes, delicious bites, and service with a smile! Everything we ordered came out fast and tasted amazing. We tried the Girit meze and hummus first—both MUST TRY. Then we ordered Turkish breakfast for two, and it was spot on! The staff was so friendly, they basically felt like brunch buddies. Even our 8 month old daughter was loving the vibe, you can spot her approving look in the photo! 😄 Bonus points: there’s even a baby changing station in the men’s restroom. I love it! ♥️

Stopped by Chefika and ordered the lamb chops—and let me just say, this wasn’t your typical “grilled and glazed” situation. These chops were expertly cooked, juicy with a clean char, and seasoned like someone back there actually cares about balance. You get warmth—maybe cumin?—but there’s brightness too, almost citrusy, and a touch of something earthy I couldn’t quite place but loved. The whole plate felt Mediterranean at the core, but there were these Turkish hints that pulled me in—like a memory you can’t quite place, but want to chase down. It didn’t feel like the kitchen was trying too hard; it felt confident, like “we know what we’re doing here,” and that came through in every bite. Sides were solid. Presentation was clean. And the portions? Generous but still elevated—nothing sloppy, nothing overdone. Chefika isn’t loud about it, but it’s quietly doing something special. If you're the kind of person who notices the layers in your food—and appreciates when a chef doesn’t drown good ingredients in show-off nonsense—you’ll get it here. Definitely coming back. The lamb alone was worth the drive.

We had such a great experience here! The food tasted incredibly fresh and high quality. They have an amazing drink menu with lots of options. For appetizers, we ordered the bread and shrimp garlic, both were delicious! For our main dishes, we had the lamb chops and chicken kabab with basmati rice and veggies. Everything was so flavorful and seasoned perfectly. The weather was beautiful, so we chose to sit outside, but the inside is just as nice with a great atmosphere. Side note: I loved a piece of art they had inside, and I know it sounds crazy, but the women’s restroom smelled amazing…definitely a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place!

Hands down the best Mediterranean restaurant I’ve been to yet. I ordered the Mediterranean salad with salmon, and I cannot say enough good things about how perfectly prepared this dish was. I’ve ordered salmon from many decent restaurants that were perfectly prepared, but this place is a notch above them all. The deserts were beautiful and flavorful. And the Turkish coffee was delicious! Great Service and nice atmosphere. We will most definitely be back!

Great Turkish / Mediterranean place. We got many appetizers and shared them family style. Cocktails are decent. Warm bread with green olives dip was great. Hummus was quite creamy, felafel was crisp. Roasted cauliflower was quite tasty. Beet carpaccio was amazing. Highly recommend the felafel platter and chicken kebabs from entrees

If you’re muslim, a POC or woman, this place isn’t for you. Don’t ignore the reviews about poor service! I’m not sure if it’s because we were females or because of my mom’s disability but the manager/owner was our server and I can’t explain how awful he and his staff were. The women who work there are fine but the men-the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. 1. We had reservations, assumed we were walk ins and immediately tried to seat us far inside when they saw my mom was walking slow. 2. After waiting for 20 minutes, he came over “Are you ready? What do you want?” I had to tell him, we would at least like to start with water to drink. 3. Multiple staff members saw we had empty drinks and waiting on them and would swiftly walk away. 4. I asked for my check THREE times and started to get an attitude with them because that is ridiculous and they SLAMMED the check on the table. I anticipated to spend well over $100, because of the disrespect, and lack of service we were ready to get out of there. The food is fine. I saw multiple tables full of white people being served swiftly, it was us who weren’t. They are obviously racist against their own kind and it’s clear as day. We wanted to end with tea but it took another 20 minutes to just wave someone down so I just left. I’ve seen maybe 5 restaurants in the location this one’s at and with the way they treat people, I highly doubt they will stick around. The owners backwards thinking won’t get him far.
