Great location to dine in, the wings were fresh and the staff was great. Shout out to Christopher that helped us with our order, very helpful with deciding which combo to get for our family of 4. Convenient spot right off the highway. Location was clean inside and out.

We went for the 30-piece chicken wing combo for just the two of us, selecting three flavors: mango habanero, Korean, and garlic. Honestly, all of them tasted fantastic, although the mango habanero could've been spicier to match expectations. The cost is a tad steep, but considering the quality, it's definitely justified. Their fries were amazing, and the veggies that accompanied the combo were a pleasant addition to the meal. Surprisingly, the quantity was enough to satisfy us. The staff was quite friendly too.

Took entirely too long for my food. I ordered my order online and I got here and it still took another 30 minutes. He tried to make it an excuse to say that well done takes longer but when I go to other Wing Stop, I don’t have this problem. Thank you

So Wingstop is good not an issue there. But this particular location is the worst when it comes to staff I swear you have to order your food two days in advance or you just have to take a day off of work in order to go to lunch there they’re not very busy however they just don’t have the crew to keep up with the minimal orders they get. Every time I’ve either walked in or came to pick up there’s only one to two people working in the entire building, so I can’t imagine that you can actually be running the fryers making the food and running the cash register with two people efficiently. So Wingstop if you wanna know this is one of your slowest locations just observing I could be wrong. You have the numbers I don’t.. but let me add as stressful as the kitchen might be they are never rude and they tend you well.

Last couple of times order have been either not correct or missing items! This last time I received totally wrong order, I tried Contacting store multiple times but the employees never pick up and the call center isnt much help

How are you gonna tell a customer who just spent 71 dollars in your establishment that your restrooms are "closed" and that they can't use them while they wait an eternity for their order. That is horrible customer service.

Literal trash under my food. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches with NO pickles, all sandwiches stuffed with about 5 pickles each. Every time I order here the food isn’t ready until about 10-15 minutes after the estimated time. When I picked up my order they only gave me 1 of two bags and I had to drive back from home to pick up the rest. The second half of my order was already cold. The restaurant always smells like a smokers home. And once again trash under my food how can you be that careless.

They allowed a delivery order to be stolen, and the cashier with the thick black glasses sported a snotty attitude telling me it wasn't her problem. Worst customer service ever. If I had that attitude I would be FIRED!!!

no gloves are being worn in this location! I'm sitting here watching this guy walking around flicking stuff off on his clothes his hands touching walls doors and people and food then I was told "we don't use gloves" wow in 2025 body... I already rarely buy wingstop but trust I won't be back period

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION Ordered online for a pickup. They didn't have my order ready for over 50 minutes and the woman at the front had the audacity to say they didn't have an order under my name when it's literally on the board IN FRONT OF HER FACE. Waited another 20 minutes and the order was still wrong. DO NOT GO HERE. under any circumstances close this location and or fire that woman. She was rude to every customer and doordasher.

You can come place an order but they don't even have change to give you they were worthless because they don't want to even look in their register to look if they have changed to break a hundred the worst part about it the customer service here is worthless they act and treat you like you're doing something wrong to try to Rob them.. multi-million dollar company like this and they were refusing to even break a hundred she opens the register and she has nothing but 20s in there and it's still unwilling to change and break a hundred I have to ask 50 other people around the little neighborhood and then finally a generous person next to me actually says hey I got to change 4000 right in front of the stupid little girl sitting here looking at me like I'm dumb.. they want you to do business with them but they don't want to give you change or look at anything else for you..

Do NOT place a online order here! This Wingstop allows the delivery drivers to steal your order. then they give you a hard time about refunding it. The so called Manager on duty today 7/30/25 at 7:30 pm claimed her name was Shannon was extremely unhelpful and sounded as if she could care less. Smh Dont order here!! You will be very disappointed with the service abd Management Save yourself a headache and order somewhere else!!

Yeah, just no! The wait times are 30+ minutes, the employees always have a nasty attitude (especially if they mess up your order), no gloves, no hair nets. Messed up my husband’s order and the pink hair lady refused to even come speak to us about it, and fix it. Left it to the darn cashier. At this point, just close it down!

I love wingstop the past 10 years and I have enjoyed to eat classic with atomic flavor all the time but Today is the worst that's why I give this bad review. I found hair greenish color folded each other. My eating appetite dropped to zero 0 from hundred 💯. I don't know what to say.

I’ve waited more than 3 bad experiences to finally give my review. I’m truly disappointed the service here has always been good. But the food is horrible, 2 visit and the food was extremely salty we had to throw away most of our food. Now today was icing on the cake horrible, the sauces were just thrown on the wings. I mainly took pictures of the bbq ones, but our Cajun, lemon pepper and Parmesan were drenched in oil that poured out on the bag, the seasoning was on the corner pooled. A few wings had the seasoning sitting on top the wings, had to scrape it off (still too salty) while the others had no seasoning but salty. The barbecue boneless were not even tossed. Such shame but I am no longer wasting 45-50 dollars per order/visit ever again.
