It's a all you can eat pizza buffet that is cheap. I believe it was $8.99 + tax per person and a drink was an additional $3 per person. Lots of different pizza options they also have salad, soup, pasta and dessert. For what you pay you won't be hungry. Not very busy on a Monday afternoon. Overall a good experience staff kept the buffet stocked.

Manager charged me for 2 buffets with drinks and came out to 23.99. I only got a dollar back so he kept part of my change. It's not about how much he kept, it's about what he did. Imagine if he steals one penny per customer or just keeps all the coin change for a whole month. It wouldn't be right if I walked out with some pizza, would it? And/or if every customer walked out with one slice or a couple. Check up manager because I wasn't really happy about that and did not say anything because my Daughter was with me.

I'm Italian so I know a couple of things about true pizza and this one was very authentic and good. Tried many varieties and they were all tasty. Of course it's different from Napoli authentic pizza but that's a different food altogether. Enjoy!

My husband and I went to this location.The staffs is very nice and friendly. Everything is nice there. My husband enjoyed it a lot! We will definitely go back to this store again.

Went to this location on 04/10/2023, and I have to say this is one of the better Ci Ci's pizza in the Dallas area. The pizza, pastas, and desserts were hot and fresh. The restaurant and the buffet line were clean. The management and employees were professional and courteous. My only minor gripe was that some of the employees did not speak English, so I could not communicate my order. However, overall this location is great and I will be going back.

Got here right when it opened a they have nothing ready … maybe I’m being a stickler but don’t open up if u don’t have the food ready smh

Great service and atmosphere…the pizza bar is just not that great they don’t update the pizza and there’s dry pizza out there never fresh…customer service is great and make the specials quick

I guess for a buffet, you get what you pay for. Bad and cold pizza 🍕 although there was a young man there to make you a fresh pizza, it seemed as though he had a problem with Non-Mexican people. My daughter asked him to make a fresh pepperoni pizza, and she never got it, but yet he did make fresh pizza for 2 Mexican guests. I, as the older person there, felt it wasn't necessary to get into it with the cook 😕 then you don't know what they will do to your food. For the most part, the place was somewhat clean.

Look first of all revisited this location on June 26th 2025. It was myself, my husband, and my uncle by marriage. We were celebrating my birthday and I feel my birthday dinner got ruined we walk in and first of all the employees claimed that they can't speak and understand English when we asked about where silverware and stuff like that was. How do you not know how to speak English if you're running a business or work in a business? Second of all the pasta was flavorless and bland and disgusting we can't even eat it my husband tried he can't eat it I even tried it was disgusting. Then you have employees trying to close and do other closing duties an hour and a half before closing when they close at 10:00 p.m. and so an hour and a half early and people are still coming in to eat it's like they were trying to run the customers off just so they can hurry and clean up and be walking out the door stem cells at 10:00 p.m. I'm sorry but if you have a 10 p.m. closing time and you should not be walking out that door as in a closing crew till at least 10:45 p.m. 11:00 p.m. or later. Then you have people cleaning around where people are eating which is a health code violation. Then you have the bus boys making the customers bust the tables for them and having them all the plates from the table instead of asking the customers oh hey can I get these dishes for you they just stood around they came around but they stood around and waited for us as a customer to do their job for them. I write about it in about a couple days later I get some email from some random person saying he's associated with CiCi's and I tell him what happened and he's asking me to tell him all what happened and then that was it. Exchange account for emails and then that's where the conversation dropped it seemed like CiCi's was not interested in making the situation right for the customers and they didn't care about the fact that someone's dinner got ruined especially a birthday dinner and it's like the area Management in the Dallas area
