First time here and I really enjoyed it! Great variety of choices to add to your nachos, burritos or tacos. I LOVE that Freebirds offers a meat alternative- Beyond Meat- because I do not eat meat but still want the texture and flavor of meat on my nachos. The restaurant was clean and customer service was great.

We eat here probably way too often! The burritos and bowls are just awesome and you can custom make them like other places but their ingredients are free range proteins and more healthy veggies with larger options. We can't get enough! Generally, Freebirds is great, and we’ve never had an issue. We recently ordered, including for our toddler. Sadly the quesadilla was below par, as well as missing key ingredients. Maybe the preparing was having an off day, but it left us disappointed.

Good burrito with great service. The staff are noticeably more friendly than your average Chipotle. The ingredients also differ from competitors, like having Spanish rice and unique sauces. This location is clean, and wait times are not very long. Overall, a good spot for a burrito.

The food was good and the staff was decent and patient. They were also busy. i just wish they would have told us upfront how much the "extras" were that you add to your burritos. Like the papas, they had been sitting out for a while (obviously) and I got charged extra for those. They weren't that good on the burrito, a little hard but luckily it didn't detract from the overall burrito experience too much. I also upgraded the size of my burrito and purchased the birria (a "limited-edition" burrito). The upgrading to the monster size was straightforward. My burrito ended up costing over $20, something that I wasn't happy about. My partner had the burrito bowl and some chips. Overall the experience was a good one.

Very well done burrito. I’d say they have a unique spin from the competition (chipotle, qudoba, etc). Pros: - specialty rice, tortilla, meat options - generous quantity - clean interior - speedy service Cons: - staff is doing the work and not much more - dark interior - lazy or no effort in ambiance or atmosphere - no reusable packaging or recycling options

Just a little better than eating nothing. The sweet tea tastes old, like the inside of the container is probably moldy. We threw it away. The food quality is lacking. It comes across as prepackaged and kinda sorta warmed up. No flavor. The rice is overcooked and looks like it’s been sitting there all day. The atmosphere is dim and bleak. The two men working work nice. Greeted us and told us they’re be right with us. We were the only customers inside. They seemed to be in a hurry, just slapping the food together. Spent $30 to be disappointed.. I used to love freebirds. But I won’t be back. Next time I’ll eat what’s at home..

food is good when you get it, ordered online and went to pick it up but was told online system was down so waited for 20 mins to see if id get my order but nope, had to go back to work and was told to cancel it. Only thing is you cant cancel it on their web order so was charged for food i couldnt get so i tried to call the number on the receipt and no answer, tried multiple times and no answer. K contested through the bank and was denied a month later ofcourse, tried calling again and no answer ofcourse. Submitted an email and still no response, at this point im done ill take the L and move on as its a 30 min drive for me. Plenty of other spots to take the place

By far the worst freebirds experience Ive ever had. The service here sucks, and the food quality needs to be checked! Food was already being put away almost an hour before closing. Would NEVER recommend this location.

This place is nasty. In need of a clean up big time. Bathroom looks as if hadn't been touched in years. Counter need windows sticky and nasty. Food wasn't that great at all. First time experience was horrible.

We just picked up an order from this Freebirds and that included a Regular Chips and Guacamole. We opened up our order and had a bag of mostly crushed chips about 1/8 full and a 3oz guacamole that is missing flavor and not up to the normal level of Freebirds quality. Very disappointing, especially after paying so much for the Regular order.

This was my first time visiting after seeing the place on Facebook, and I was excited to try the food since it looked amazing. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. One of the employees, a white gentleman, was very positive and helpful while preparing my order. However, I noticed another employee being rude to him while helping wrap a burrito, which seemed unprofessional. I tried to ignore it and continued with my order — a Freebird burrito and large nachos. When I went to check out, I mentioned that I still needed to add the nachos to my order. The cashier, who hadn’t heard my full order earlier, became visibly annoyed when I asked for the nachos. His attitude made me uncomfortable, and I decided to leave without completing my purchase. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service. I wish I had checked the reviews before coming in. Now that I see the reviews about employees being stoned during lunch hour is kinda true when I saw the other 2 employees being rude. Disappointing

My daughters and I came in today and the gentleman working the grill with all the piercings was amazing!! However the young man who made my salad was very rude and was not following directions and even took a phone call from his smart watch and brought my food up to his face to talk to his wrist! I was not happy with the customer service and felt like not only was that rude but why are you bringing my food bowl ip ro uour face?? Totally put off by the meal and portion and the customer is a no for me.

I eat at this restaurant often and today was the worst experience ever. They had 2 workers and one stayed in the back until we were served. Was standing arnd when we walked in but played busy when we walked up to the counter. Didn’t greet us at all which was my 1st sign to walk out but we didn’t and the server wore shades the whole time. Stood there for a couple minutes before he walked over to ask our order. The rice was hard and the food was bland. Couldn’t even eat it. The sweet tea was disgusting as if it was leftover from yesterday and had no lid covering both. Went to Raisin Canes after leaving there. I will never be back on a Sunday.

Flavor wise, the food was okay, but the circumstance of food service not so much. Tortillas straight out of a bag. Line items that should be served at least 165°, were barely above room temp. My granddaughter enjoyed her Freebird build your own burrito. I had steak tacos with meat and cheese only, and queso blanco(the only thing served hot) and chips (great flavor and crunch). My husband went with a steak keto bowl. All the food items had a nice spice after burn, but flavor is not enough to overcome the drawbacks of the place. Service is cafeteria line style, then get your own drinks. This is where the place went down to one star. Large black gnats flying all around the drink station. When getting my drink, I was concerned about getting a bug in my cup. When I went for a refill, I almost barfed. The ice chute is clear plastic, but behind it, I saw a line of green algae telling me this area hasn't been cleaned in waayyy tooo long! YUCK! YUCK!! YUCK!!!
