Ideal spot for date night. Service and ambience was exceptional. I had the filet mignon. Probably top 3 steak in my life. Totally amazing. My date's chicken Francese was pretty Damn good too. But, it all began with calamari. Superb!!
Lovely restaurant and atmosphere! We had our wedding reception here too and it was beautiful! Everyone loved the food. Favorites were the Italian salad, stuffed mushrooms, beef medallions, and the four-cheese ravioli.
I am never disappointed with Maggiano’s. The front staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was energetic and the service was awesome. We started with appetizers, some calamari and garlic bread. Both were great and I highly recommend them. We ordered chicken cutlet parmigiana with penne pasta. This was absolutely delicious and is typically my “go to” dish. We also ordered chicken piccata - which was amazing. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed delicious food - what more can we ask for ….
Maggiano's Little Italy is a fine dining authentic Italian Cuisine located in an affluent neighborhood & offers convenient complimentary parking lot to it's satisfied customers. Restaurant offers tasty & delicious food in a pleasant, clean & comfortable environment. Staff is very friendly & caring.
Came after I had my daughter 15th party. Food was great
Celebration for my friend's birthday and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I can't remember our server's name but she was Phenomenal. The food was delicious 😋 the individuals that had alcoholic beverages were pleased. Great experience for all of us.
I was invited to a conference at Maggiano's Little Italy and had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the conference rooms were spacious and perfect for a professional event. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was both elegant and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Our first time visiting. We had the baked ziti and spaghetti, with Caesar salads and cheesecake ( was amazing)…. The peach frozen drink was absolutely delicious. Customer service was awesome. Thank you so much!
We had a wonderful experience at Maggiano’s while celebrating my grandma’s 77th birthday. Julio, who was not our server, went out of his way to make the day incredibly special. He came over just to sing Happy Birthday to her in Italian, and it absolutely made her day. His kindness, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm meant so much to our family. It’s moments like these that truly set Maggiano’s apart. Thank you, Julio, for making my grandma feel so loved and celebrated!
It was all very good. And the service was so attentive. We tried so many things because of the 2 entree meal and the family $44 each for 4 meal. Calamari was good but the dip was the star. Chicken Alfredo and spaghetti meatball and meat sauce were all so savory.
Outstanding service thanks to Claire! We had an amazing experience at Maggiano’s, and a huge part of that was our server, Claire. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu inside and out, made excellent recommendations, and checked on us at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. Claire’s energy and professionalism really elevated our entire meal. She made us feel taken care of and added to the overall vibe of the restaurant. It’s rare to come across service that feels both polished and personal, but she nailed it. If you’re dining at Maggiano’s, do yourself a favor and ask for Claire—she’s a true asset to the team and made our night memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
The food here was excellent, I came here on Thanksgiving with my family and got the $50 deal per person, and I would say it was worth it. The only thing they were lacking on was staff. My waitress did a fantastic job I'm not mad at her at all, what they could have done now is had a few extra waiters and waitresses on staff 45 minutes for our dessert which was absurd. I would think when you spend $350 on Thanksgiving for the family we would be a little bit more attended to. I could see it in my waitresses face that she was overworked, she needed people to help her so I wasn't mad at her at all by any means. She got our orders correct and when she could and she refilled our drinks and made sure our food was brought in a timely manner, but like I said about the desert I think that was a little bit uncalled for. Also considering that the cake was cold and so was the pumpkin cheesecake tells me that it was premade so all they had to do was cut it and bring it to our table so why it took 45 minutes is beyond me. I just would think the owners or managers would have a little more integrity in certain things when you're running a high-end restaurant like this. I'm not asking for a free meal by any means. The food was good, and I was happy I got this Thanksgiving with my family. But next time do something a little bit far-fetched and actually attend to your customers. After tip and everything I believe it was closer to 500.00 on just one lunch. So owners and managers what will you do to take care of where we were lacking here. PS I forgot to mention they tried to stick us in a room that was really loud and not even the correct amount of seats. Do I recommend this restaurant absolutely, there's just a few things that need to be addressed. Best wishes D-Mills
The food was AMAZING ! Service was IMPECCABLE ! Our server, Nate was a pretty awesome guy, he recommended this blackened salmon dish that blew my mind. My tastebuds went wild. This was one of if not the best meals I’ve ever had at a restaurant. From appetizers to the dessert, I rate it 5 stars. Even the cocktail was really great. He was an amazing sever. Maggiano’s may be my new favorite restaurant after this experience. The staff was so nice I felt like I was in a VIP section. -Crab Cakes 1000/10 -Meatballs 10/10 -Blackened Salmon 1000/10
Maggiano’s North Park is hands-down my favorite location! After a good shopping haul, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. I love coming here for lunch. It’s quieter, with softer lighting that gives it such a cozy, romantic ambiance. At the same time, it’s also very family-friendly, which makes it great for any occasion. Always a wonderful experience!
Lovely Italian restaurant adjacent to north park mall . Atmosphere is elegant casual and friendly. Food is of very good quality and value . As appetizers We had the fried zucchini which was delicious . So was the Cesar salad. Chicken rigatoni was delicious Fettuccine Alfredo was good Meatball spaghetti was good , the meat has beef only component which was good . Overall a pleasant place to have a good meal .
If i had to pick one word to describe Maggiano's Little Italy, that one word would be Stupendous. It was such a wonderful experience. The food was excellent. For the Appetizer, I had the Crispy Mozzarella, it was prepared to perfection. My main dish was the Blackened Salmon, it was so savory, it puts a smile on my face just thinking about it. The icing on the cake was Brittany. She was very professional and gave over the top service. I totally give Maggiano's a 5 star rating.
I am happy to give our waiter Britany a 5-star rating! Despite visiting on a busy day with a fixed menu, she went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs. Though the chef was clearly pissed off and sent us boiled pasta with no sauce( picture attached)but we took it lightly. we appreciated Britany's genuine care and effort to ensure a positive dining experience.
Great service by my waiter Chris W to say the least. The food was the best it’s ever been. The new Alfredo sauce deserves an award! The tails could be removed from the shrimp, but that’s the only critique. I always go for my birthday because I know the service, atmosphere and food will always please. I left smiling from ear to ear.
Maggiano's is a go to favorite for my family. We eat there every time we go to Northpark Mall, and it never disappoints! The portions are huge, so just know that when ordering.

First time at this location and was just as good as their other locations. We were warmly greeted as we arrived and seated quickly. The server was very outgoing, professional and attentive to the needs of the table. One thing I have noticed at their other location is the manager is on the floor, walks around and greets customers which I find nice and that didn't happen here. I just feel it adds to the customer experience and raises the standards of service. We started with the bruschetta which was very good. However I wish it wasn't all together. I prefer the pieces to be separated already and the bread to be cooked a little more so it doesn't fall apart so easily. But it was very fresh and tasteful. We both got the lasagna which was very tasty and fresh. The portion sizes are very good and the prices are very reasonable. We finished the evening with dessert. The apple crostata was excellent. It was very warm, moist and fresh. The dough was perfectly cooked. We also got the chocolate layered cake with chocolate mouse. This was good but extremely rich and sweet. Personally I wish it wasn't served so cold so the cake would be softer. Overall it was a fine dining experience led by quality service and very good food. I will say that on the way out no one thanked us as the hostess was just talking to another coworker
I think the only reason I wasn't completely satisfied is that I had high expectations that weren't met. We had a reservation at 7pm for a birthday. We waited over 30 minutes for our table. We also were not served bread while other tables were. We had to ask for us to get some texas roadhouse bread rolls. I expected focaccia at this place. The pasta was okay. The cheese they offered looked like powdered Kraft parmesan cheese was placed in a stainless steel serving bowl. Overall, the bruschetta was great. The simple vodka pasta was good too. I guess those expectations were met. The servers were busy, it seems someone overbooked the place and our guests suffered for it. Oh and I also bit into a strip of plastic when I had a bite of my bruschetta. I almost forgot to mention that. Microplastics anyone? Who cut the packaging of an ingredient over the bruschetta mix? Someone did, because it ended up in my mouth. The stuffed mushrooms were good 👍
4.3 on this visit... I was in the mood for some Italian. I miss Italy, so I wanted to see what Americans call Italian family food. Sorry, too far off the mark. The service was nice. The gent did a great job of service without pressure or standing over me. The starter bread is more American than Italian. They provide olive oil to dip, which honestly tasted like your average olive oil. It is hard not to compare it to some of the best places I have been to while in Italy. The Crushed Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was good. The chicken was the best part. It had nice texture, flavor, and was a delight. The pasta was done completely as it should be done. The downside was the Alfredo. It lacked flavor and consistency for an Italian dish. With that said, I enjoyed the dish. I would recommend it if you are hesitant about what to have. The raspberry tea was a nice touch to the meal. The atmosphere is too cold for an Italian setting. Very nice formal restaurant with adequate seating. It isn't Italy, but it was nice. Cheers

As hospitality professionals ourselves, we value service standards, guest connection, and the small details that elevate a dining experience. While visiting Dallas, we chose Maggiano’s for what was meant to be a special date night. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of even basic hospitality expectations. The dining room was quiet upon arrival, and we were greeted and seated by the manager/host. Our server approached the table shortly after, but from the beginning, there was a noticeable lack of warmth and engagement. He was difficult to hear and did not appear enthusiastic about serving. After taking our order, he returned to reconfirm a detail. Rather than acknowledging the interruption with a brief apology, he abruptly asked, “Do you want meatballs or no meatballs?” In hospitality, tone and phrasing matter — and this felt transactional rather than service-oriented. When the food was delivered, the runner placed the dishes down without any explanation or attempt to connect. Presenting dishes and engaging guests is a fundamental touchpoint that was missed entirely. Our side of spaghetti aglio e olio was notably bland. During the quality check, we shared this feedback professionally and respectfully. Instead of apologizing or showing ownership, the server stated he would call the manager. The manager arrived several minutes later, apologized, and offered to remove the dish and provide dessert on the house, which we appreciated. However, the service style remained abrupt. When offering dessert, the server asked, “Do you want dessert or no dessert?” — again lacking warmth. We selected tiramisu, expecting to enjoy it tableside. Instead, it was brought out in a takeout container without explanation. For guests who had indicated in advance that this was a date night, this detail felt particularly thoughtless. Hospitality is about anticipation, empathy, and creating moments — especially on occasions when guests communicate ahead of time. While food issues can happen anywhere, it is the response, tone, and ownership that define the experience. Unfortunately, those elements were missing during our visit.

We have been longtime customers of Maggiano’s for over a decade and have hosted many family and business gatherings at both the Plano and NorthPark locations. Easter celebrations, Christmas parties, and milestone events have always been held here, which is why this experience was so disappointing and honestly shocking. We booked a private party for 25 people. Only 20 guests ultimately attended, which in our past experience has never been an issue. Typically, that simply means there are leftovers. This time, however, when the food was served, there was clearly not enough food even for the 20 people present. Guests were still hungry, portions were noticeably short, and dishes ran out quickly. When we politely asked the waitstaff if additional food could be brought out, the response was extremely rude and dismissive. We were bluntly told there was no more food. That made absolutely no sense. We paid for 25 people, yet there was not enough food to feed 20. Things escalated further when one guest needed to leave early and requested a small to go box. After the box was provided, we were told that no more food would be brought out for the entire party because a guest had taken food to go. That explanation was both confusing and unacceptable. We were made to feel as if we were doing something wrong for asking for food that we had already paid for. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager did apologize and eventually brought out additional food, but by that point the damage was done. The mood of the party was completely ruined. Guests no longer felt comfortable eating, and several people simply stopped altogether. No one should feel like they are begging for food at a prepaid event. To make matters worse, the food quality itself was very poor. Several dishes were overcooked to the point of being inedible. The chicken was dry and tough, and some items tasted sour, as if they had gone bad. This was not the Maggiano’s quality we have known and trusted for years.
