My husband and I ate here for my first time and his 1,000th time this past week. The food was absolutely amazing, huge portion sizes, the wait staff was on on point and really did a great job. We walked in and got seated immediately. That typically does not happen. There is usually a 45 minute to hour wait. I recommend making reservations. The dessert was AMAZING! We had strawberry cheesecake.
I was having a girls day with my girlfriend and we decided to have lunch at cheesecake factory and it was a wonderful experience. Whitney was our waitress and she was awesome. Very attentive. We chose something off the lunch menu. I had the Louisiana chicken pasta and normally I get something different but it was fantastic and also had a mocktail. I think it was the mint passion fizz so definitely a great experience. The parking lot's easily accessible, which it's not always in every cheesecake factory, so I definitely would recommend in the lunch. Potion is like a dinner portion. I took much of it home.
I absolutely love the stuffed mushrooms from their SkinnyLicious small plates menu, it’s my must-order every single time I visit The Cheesecake Factory. The sauce is incredibly flavorful and makes the dish so satisfying. I also tried the Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake, and it was delicious, the perfect sweet treat to end the meal.
I absolutely love this location! We went on Valentine’s Day and even with a packed house the service was phenomenal. Food and drinks were exceptional, I will definitely be making this place my go to. 10/10
Great food. is not really expensive for the quality. The service is just great. Try the food there is plenty of choices.
First time at this location. Is it me or the parking spots are made for compact cars? We arrived around 8:15 it was definitely busy, the wait for 2 people 50 mins. But i was expecting that. We didn't get seated until 9:26 which was kind of late. Gael was our server he was fast & sweet. We ordered the Sampler eggroll Sampler, Korean Fried Chicken & The Carne Asada steak. The food was fresh & tasty. Then we ordered 3 cheesecakes to go. It was About $100 which isn't bad for a little date night. Then we leave only to see someone busted out our car window in the parking lot & I'm assuming other cars with all the glass on the pavement. Which that was a bummer & of course NO Cameras. So if I return it will definitely be during the day.
My Husband And Went To Dallas TX, For Christmas And He Took Me Cheesecake Factory And Everything Was Fabulous We Even Came Across A Wonderful Couple Sitting Across From Us There Now Are Friends ❤️ The Food And Staff Were Excellent ,I Will Return Again Nezr Time That I'm In Dallas Tx .
My friend & went for lunch today. It was nice & quiet at the bar. Tia was very welcoming, kind & gave great service! We got the coconut mojitos & she made them perfect! The food was also amazing! We enjoyed ourselves & the service.
Come here a lot! The food was good but the last server I had was so rude… it felt like I was walking on eggshells to ask him for anything. Tipped well even though he probably didn’t deserve it. I saw the table next to mine getting great service. So it’s not everyone just the waiter I got.
I am not sure who is responsible for making the meatloaf on October 3rd around 8pm but that was some of the best meatloaf I've ever had! I really wasn't expecting much but that will be my go to going forward! It was a good portion too. The picture is what was left after eating a piece. I also tried the Mango Key Lime cheesecake which is the best one i've had and I've tried plenty of them. We also had the shrimp scampi which was okay. This was take out order.
Happy Birthday to ME! Cheesecake Factory is one of my main birthday celebration spots, so on June 19th, my mother and I were in the building! For starters, we were hungry--that poor bread basket didn't have a chance! Our server, Janae (sp?), was very personable and was familiar with several items on the menu, so i trusted her opinion. I dont think I've ever been disappointed with their food. Their menu items appeal to the masses, and their portions are huge! I tried the Truffle Honey Chicken, and it was so good! Their mashed potatoes stay winning, and i had broccoli instead of asparagus. My mom ordered the lunch portion Barbeque Chicken Salad, which is one of my favorites! I mean, who wouldn't love onion rings on top of a salad?!?! Then there's dessert...I tried the lemon raspberry cheesecake. It was tart and tangy--I enjoyed it! My mom, not so much! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service, and the ambiance! I really want to try their brunch. I know those biscuits are going to be something serious!!! Sidebar: I kind of wish they would bring back a few items (Lasagna Verde and Chicken and Biscuits), but I know I'll always be able to find something I like!
The Cheesecake Factory is always terrific. We debated driving out here on a quick overnight in Dallas, but I'm so glad we did. I LOVE the Parmesan Crusted Herb Chicken, and cheesecake is a must. My wife tried the Chicken Parmigiana Pizza Style, which was new and unique. The kids had fried Mac & Cheese and Evelyn's Favorite Pasta, which might be the healthiest thing on the menu with grilled chicken, asparagus, broccoli, and zucchini in a light sauce. Kayla, our waitress, was on the spot, kind and courteous. Everything was great. We got a couple of Cinnabon slices of cheesecake, my son got a classic strawberry, and my daughter got the carmelicious Snickers slice. They were all great. We'll be back for sure, on the next overnight with flights in and out of Love Field.
We had a great dining experience! The spicy chicken pasta was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, while the burger and fries were perfectly cooked and super satisfying. The portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. The only downside was having to track down our waiter to get the bill, but aside from that, the service and atmosphere were wonderful. Would definitely come back for another meal—and of course, dessert next time!
What a wonderful experience we had from the time we walked in with the hosts, to the waitress. I will say it was totally fully house, but we were able to get squeezed in to celebrate a birthday. The food was cooked to perfection, the stuffed mushrooms were filling for an appetizer. But the cheesecakes were all delightfully delicious. Our waitress came through with singing the happy birthday song, much thanks for that. Will definitely eat here again, when making our two hour drive to visit family.
I personally didn't think the waiter paid our table to much attention and he wasn't that busy. We had to keep trying to get him to the table. That's is a serious pet peeve of mine when I plan on tipping a person.
We are regular customers of The Cheesecake Factory at different locations, and it’s always one of our favorite places to dine. This time at the Northwest hwy location, the experience was extra special because of our server. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he was a young gentleman who was extremely kind, respectful, and attentive. His service made our visit even more enjoyable. The food, as always, was delicious, and we truly appreciate the warm hospitality. Definitely recommend this location!
Our waiter was very kind, but the wait was ridiculous, we had a reservation for 6:30 and did not get seated until 7. We did not get asked about drinks or apps until around 7:10. We ordered our meal at 7:30 and did not get our food until 8:25!!!!! Not to mention, I ordered steak frites, rare, and this is how it came out, completely unacceptable and so much fat on the steak which made it inedible.
Overpriced Pizza, No Bread & Ignored for Dining Solo? Ordered the pizza and tiramisu cheesecake—pizza was just average, definitely not worth the price. The cheesecake tasted good, but $12 for a small slice? A bit much. What truly ruined the experience was the service. I went alone, and it felt like I was invisible. After waiting 5 minutes without being approached, I had to move to the bar just to get noticed. Even then, I never received the complimentary bread they’re known for. When I asked, they said they were “out”—yet I saw a group of five get a fresh bread basket right after. It honestly felt like I was treated differently for dining solo. Atmosphere was decent, but for the price and treatment? Not worth it. Felt more like a “pay-and-go” than a hospitality experience. Follow me for more real, unfiltered food reviews around Dallas!
We visited The Cheesecake Factory and were very disappointed with the overall experience. We were added to the waitlist but never received the text notification so we had to wait again once we realized we had been skipped. After being seated the service continued to feel unorganized. My daughter received her kids chicken Alfredo first and it was extremely watery. When we asked about it we were told that is how it is made because it is a cheaper kids dish and that kids like it bland which was surprising and disappointing. When I mentioned the overall timing and service issues we were met with excuses rather than solutions and were told it was not supposed to be run like this. The timing of the food was a major issue. Everyone received their meals at completely different times spaced about ten minutes or more apart. My husband received his Cuban sandwich but my son who ordered the same thing did not receive his until much later. My son’s girlfriend waited even longer for her meal and I was served last after everyone else had already finished eating. We also had to wait again just to receive pre sliced cheesecake. There were no water refills and no check ins from our server throughout the meal. I understand it is a busy time of year around Christmas but spending over one hundred twenty five dollars plus a twenty percent tip for this level of service was very disappointing. Unfortunately this visit did not meet expectations.
Came by kinda early and we were seated within 10 minutes. It wasn’t too busy so we were happy. Once we sat, the waitress came by and we ordered our food. I asked if they still served the bread and she yes. Waited a while for our food and still no bread at the table. Waited a bit longer and bread came out (i had asked again about the bread) we finally got our food, I ordered the Crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp - had to send this back to the kitchen, some chicken was rubbery and hard. Rice was also cold. Husband ordered this chicken sandwich- isn’t worth the $20. Kiddo got the sliders and he was pretty happy with it. I ended up ordering the Farfalle with chicken and this was good. Overall, not happy with this restaurant.
