Today we ordered from here for the first time. We ordered lunch to be delivered for 7 people. A lot of options to choose from, ordering was smooth, ready pretty quick and pickup and delivered all within 30 minutes. Food arrived still warm and packaged well nothing messed up from the delivery. All lunches arrived as ordered, nothing missing or changed from the order, and names were written on each order so it was easy to discern which order was whose. I ordered the chicken tenders with white Mac and cheese and okra. Everything was well presented and appealing. Everything tasted great, the chicken breading was light but still crispy. Everyone else also enjoyed their meal, and I am told the chicken enchiladas are amazing, will have to try them next order. We will order from here again! Thanks Cowboy Chicken for a great lunch.

The strawberry shortcake is perfect 👌🏾 The enchiladas go very well with the beans and rice. The 2 piece dark is also good with the mash potatoes and gravy.

I recommend this place if your looking for good chicken. I have come various times and never disappoints. The chicken is very juicy and tasty. Service is always good, they always bring out your food fast. Definitely coming back.

Multiple rotisserie of chicken an option for adding brisket and wings Beans were ok street corn was off the cobb exbut tasty. 2 pc dark moist good flavor. I got extras rolls for like a quarter each and it was too much for even my big mouth so I gave them away. Nice assortment of teas and lemonades I really liked flavor of the regular lemonade best will definitely go back

Chicken and Brisket are amazing! I gotta say though for such a big selection of lemonade they are not great at making lemonade! The sweet tea was definitely made by someone’s auntie! Today was my first time trying Cowboy chicken, and I enjoyed my 1/2 chicken plate! The decor and atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The only things I did not like were the employees not handing me a number for my order and the cucumber jalepeno lemonade. It appeared that the cashier today was in the habit of handing out a number to customers for the waitress to deliver their orders. I noticed that I did not receive one nor did any of the customers after me. The waitress had to go to another customer to verify the order before finally delivering my order to my table. The cucumber jalepeno lemonade would be more refreshing if there was a little less jalepeno. I was unable to taste any cucumber and only a small amount of lemon since the predominant taste was jalepeno. All in all, I will come back since I liked the rotissarrie chicken and sides!

Today we went at lunchtime. Every time I go to Cowboys Chicken I get the original enchiladas w/twice baked potato. The original enchiladas were excellent. The green sauce they put on them is so good I used what's left for the twice baked potato. My wife got the lunch special, she said it was "just okay". Both are pictured. My wife really likes the variety of non-carbonated drink options. Today she had the cucumber-jalapeno lemonade and really enjoyed it and said it was spicy. These too, are pictured. Parking is always a little challenging during lunch, there is always a spot, just a lot of traffic in the parking lot. I also dinged the atmosphere in this review because the line to order goes through the dining area and today was all the way to the door. I guess it's the price of success. Seating was available but very limited. I'm confident a party of four could have found a place to sit, with a little patience, but any parties larger would have most likely have found it challenging. We've been here on weekends for lunch and there has been plenty of space available, I think this is a weekday lunch issue. Tables were cleaned quickly, so they opened up as soon as someone left, and the food was also delivered to the table quickly. Good service.

Chicken was the best part of the meal tbh. Okra wasn't fully cooked and taters/gravy really didn't have that good of a taste. The peach cobbler did not have a crunchy crust to it and was runny while the banana pudding was subpar. I went expecting better quality of food but was very disappointed. And one of the staff (young guy) there is very unfriendly and had an attitude like it really bothered him to have to take our order. Unfortunately we would be back to this location sad to say.

We went on a Sunday around 5:30 pm. dinner time! We all tried the Laredo sandwich. So yummy. Fresh and delicious. There’s a type of aïoli on there, giving the perfect flavoring. THE FOOD WAS FIVE ⭐️STARS. The CUSTOMER SERVICE—-needs some attention from the owners‼️‼️ -* ⛔️⭐️I took one star away because the cashier messed up our order, and it caused some confusion with the sides. We thought it was over then another cashier refused to give us a missing side that we had already paid for. I had to “re-explain” the situation causing me to bring my receipt to the counter as proof. His response only made the situation worse, and he didn’t even apologize 🫤 -* ⛔️⭐️ I took another star off because this short brunette working behind the counter was “LOUDLY” voicing her frustration and questioning the cashier (who was a total sweetheart, BTW) on why we paid individually; if we came in as a group, we should’ve put it all on one ticket. Huh! 🙄! She expressed that our way of ordering was an inconvenience. ****** I guess all customers in the restaurant put all their money in a “pool” before ordering —— we missed that memo….. The restaurant was clean, and the strawberry lemonade was tasty. THIS IS MY OPINION AND EXPERIENCE. I STILL GIVE THEM A TRY.

The rotisserie chicken is good... If you can get any. We have tried this location two times. We took our kids because they have free kids meals on Mondays, which is a great deal. However, both times we have gone, several months apart, we had to wait an extremely long time for food. This most recent time, they were out of rotisserie chicken and said it would be a 45-minute wait. The kids were already hungry, so we stayed and just got different food than we had planned. We had to wait over 20 min even for that food, and had to ask where the rest of it was. It's always pretty chaotic with a ton of people waiting around for to go orders and dirty tables, but maybe we have just caught them at bad times. Anyway we love the food but not them being out of it. Other locations have been much better experiences.

The last two times I've been here there had been a 30-45 minutes wait for their rotisserie chicken. Rotisserie chicken is arguably their main thing. Would not recommend this location. It's tasty though.

We called in an order for 2 families. Total was $145.00. When we arrived to pay they said that we couldn’t pay with tap pay. Which is crazy for being in a high volume area. Evan the Wylie location accepts Apple Pay and tap pay. They couldn’t sale us the food and they just threw it away. Waste of time and food.

Placed a to go order for my clinic staff working tomorrow 12/25 so they can enjoy a Christmas meal together while on shift, to only find out they were closed and didn’t get the order. I placed the order at 10:44 AM with email confirmation, but closing supervisor D.C. copped an attitude telling me they didn’t get order till 4:44 PM when I have confirmation of the order in the morning. He said they had “hundreds” of orders and just didn’t get “around “ to mine without any notice of the order not going to be made on time or in this case at all. I asked for the store manager’s name and he gave the name and when asked for the last name his response was, “you’ll just have to find out when you call Friday.” Terrible choice of supervisor in my personal and professional opinion.

Been to many chicken establishments. First time at Cowboy Chicken. Nothing like biting into a raw bloody wing. I felt the raw piece of meat in my mouth and immediately spit it out. I showed the staff and they all wowed in disgust and immediately first thing they did was take pictures. Not caring about me and they offered no way to make it better. Some other customers saw and cancelled/changed their orders. I initiated and demanded my refund, but they said it would take 4-6 days to get back on my card. Ridiculous. Then they asked for my name and number so that the general manager can contact me. I then asked for the photo they took, but they didn’t want to give it to me saying that they can e-mail it to me... Excuses. I told them I need my proof because I had a feeling they were just going to sweep it under the rug like it never happened. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times, but they were beating around the bush the entire time saying she was busy. It’s almost as she was scared to come out. While I was standing there furious. The entire staff found it entertaining which was humiliating. As a manager in my own career field as well, thanks for being so poorly attentive to your first time customer who bit into a raw chicken wing. That night I had stomach pains until the following morning which resulted in no sleep. As a better who’s experienced food poisoning a few times in my life, this place has ruined wings for me forever. As a person who’s suffered tremendously this year from health issues, they put my health at risk. This is what happens when you get complacent at your job. Double check and verify. Because if you don’t, this is what happens.
