Drive through only but before the menu you go by the NASTY garbage bin area. Makes me wonder if the inside looks like your first impression of the outside. Baked extra sugary mini donuts are great when they are warm, but not as lovable after they cool off. If you don't mind paying $2.50 an ounce for donuts!

So I didn’t have the best experience here, the layout was confusing, we didn’t realize it was walk up and drive thru only. My husband said his orange juice tasted expired, and they were out of a lot of options when we went which was early morning. Other than that it’s your typical Krispy Kreme’s .

I was wondering why my hot chocolate tasted funny… it’s because whoever made it DID NOT stir the chocolate with the milk. All I tasted was hot milk at first I was so mad then it started tasting better as I got to the bottom. This is the second time my family has had an issue with the older lady who seems to dislike her job and the clientele you serve. We came thru the drive thru because we received an email for coffee day coffee and donut. We ordered thru the drive thru asked for the offer and an additional donut dots for our daughter. When we arrived to the window she quoted us the price including the donut and coffee. When we asked about the offer she very sharply said "YOU MUST HAVE ORDERED WRONG." This is a truly shocking statement coming from someone who didn't repeat back or confirm the order. But a young man came from the back and corrected the price. When we offered payment afterwards she took my card and stared at me like I was personally taking money from her pocket. Finally after handing back my card she glared at my wife as she slowly handed her each item one by one. It was only three items, but it took so long my daughter stared to cry. (She's a toddler and doesn't like sitting still for too long) but this was a very poor interaction from a company that emailed me asking for my patronage. I will be unsubscribing and sticking to my local FRIENDLY donut shops where customer service matters and isn't combative.

Getting fresh donuts from here is like playing the lottery. I've gotten donuts from other KK locations that would stay good for at least 3 days. That's because I get them fresh and I know they're fresh because those locations were dine-in locations. This location is not a dine-in location. They mass-produce donuts to be distributed to local places like Kroger, Walmart, etc. They have 10 delivery trucks always parked there that they use to deliver the donuts. Because of this, it seems they have so many old donuts in stock that if you ordered donuts... it will probably be from a batch made 12 to 24 hours ago (or maybe longer). Where does the lottery part come in, you can order donuts and hope they one you get was recent compared to what they made have made earlier during the day or the day before. I ordered 2 dozen... the Passport to Italy dozen and the original glazed dozen. The original glazed dozen felt like it was a few hours fresh while the Italy dozen tasted like it was made a day or two earlier. I've gotten limited edition donuts from other locations and they remained fresh for at least 3 days.

I spent $20 on the assorted dozen and got one of every donut for EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM to taste stale and like they were days old. Only the original glaze was edible enough to even enjoy. I am beyond disappointed.

Allen location closed— so this is closest location to is in Rockwall This was one of first locations in DFW… Many cherished memories here… The free donuts - piping hot! The aesthetically pleasing atmosphere… The coffee!!! All gone not… Just a simple distribution center with a window pushing out pre stacked cold donuts… What a waste of a trip with a total letdown of what was an awesome donut experience.

I placed a mobile order, the car in front of me is taking a while to move forward after getting his order. They probably are checking if they got the correct order and that encouraged me to check my box, too. I ordered 3 donuts and a box of 24 dots. I only got 2 and didn't bother to check the 24 count box. I came back and asked for the missing donut. I got home and I only got 21 dots instead of 24. I'm sure it's not intentional but it's an opportunity to be better at. Definitely check ALL of your orders before leaving.

I ordered three dozen donuts for the special day, plus and bottle of dots, decaf coffee. It wasn't included in the offer, even though it was offered as free. No problem, and I paid for it. When it came time to receive the order, a dozen glazed donuts and the coffee were missing. I'm really disappointed with the way you handle orders. The driver said you hadn't given him the rest. He said he'd only been given a couple of boxes. It's not anger, it's disappointment. There won't be enough donuts to share.

Waited to go when Fresh hot sign turns on. Drove cross town to eventually get cold donuts. They were not working the belt and claimed had just turned it off and all donuts were boxed. They didn't let us purchase what we went for. Harry Potter donuts are limited 2 per person. You will loose money with lazy people working here. That is one reason the other locations closed. I will think twice before driving from Mesquite. This is the 3rd time we get cold donuts. Not happy at all.

Came by just a few minute after the opened and there was a line. This location is drive thru only, and so had to wait to get my order. Less than 10min after they opened and the donuts I got were cold. It used to be that simple glazed donuts would be fresh, hot and melt in your mouth delicious. This was hardly the case. For the quality I should’ve just gone across the road for good fresh donuts and delicious cronuts instead. What a disappointment this was.

I have tried going to this donut shop 3 different times. I had to drive off all three times. The customer service is horrible. Use to bring my 3 kids who loved it. Now you have drive through only. They don't have all thier donuts anymore. So when your ordering the attendent talks over you while ordering. 6 donuts was going to cost me 14.00 dollars. This was such a great place to go when it first opened. I will not ever go back. KK Donuts do better!
